The location is good and the price is acceptable

There was paid parking available, at an extra charge but very good to have for me. Unfortunately, nowhere to park in front of the hotel and since I called Central Booking they did not give me the procedure that i could have used to save myself arguing with the metre maid who was going to give me a ticket when I did park in front, after having to go […] around a long block looking for a place to park.. James (the General Manager, I think) was very kind. Before 6 the next morning the buzzer on the alarm clock went off. It took me a while (and listening at walls) to determine that it was indeed the next door room. When I called the front desk they had someone come up quite quickly to shut it off. I asked the young lady at the front desk, when I signed out, if I could have my parking as complimentary due to the mishaps of the stay. She told me I couldn't. My understanding was that it was because I had prepaid. When I looked at my bill at home I had not prepaid the parking, When I looked at the bill when I got home I realized it had not been prepaid. Talked to James and her very kindly said there would be a credit issued to my card. Some of the 'nicer' hotels in the city were offering better deals in comparison but they weren't as handy I would recommend the hotel but only with a caveat.. 더 보기

The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. When we looked the room on line, we were to receive 2 double beds - but the beds were 48" (3/4 width) not 54" wide, a bit too cramped for comfort. Service was excellent. Fire alarm went off at 5:30 a.m. - no fire, just false alarm. Difficult to get back to sleep.

No fridge. Not as welcoming / comforting. I would go for a higher quality hotel next time. Location was decent.

Good value for the centre of Toronto Restaurant very convenient for breakfast I would stay there again

Very enjoyable and accomadateing. Close to everything i needed. Would defineatly stay here again.

Almost a perfect stay. Only problem is the water pressures of the shower is not adequate. Hopefully they adjust it properly.

The hotel is in a perfect location down town however uUpon checking in, we didnt have any towels for the shower, the toilet wouldnt flush properly. The shower made the entire experience the worst ever in any hotel by any company I have ever stayed with. The shower had no water pressure at all, I had to "cup" my hand to gather water and splash it upon […] myself in order to get any sort of "shower" I decided to cut it short and not even bother to wash my hair, I even decided to wash my face in the sink 더 보기

Never been to a hotel where the staff is so rude and accuse you of doing something when it's not true. Room was dirty and smoked in and I highly DO NOT recommend that you stay at this obnoxiously staffed hotel. We were very pleased with our experience! Clean rooms, great location just off Yonge Street. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay at the Comfort Inn was exhausating and not comforting at all. Me and my girlfriends had to change rooms four times and we only stayed at the hotel for two nights. We constantly got locked out of our rooms and had to go downstairs to get our key cards reprogrammed. The bathrooms were severly small and not properly cleaned. The aroma of the hotel […] smelled like mold and feces. This was the worst customer service and hotel service that I have ever experienced. Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse! Très bon rapport qualité/prix, super emplacement avec plein de restaurants autour.
