From this hotel you can walk to Riverwalk,Burben St and manny other location.Some good restaurants close by and the free breakfast was good

The staff was great. We had to ask for extra soap and shampoo as it was not in our room upon arrival but service was wonderful. We needed some hand lotion but not available from the hotel and a staff member gave us some from her purse that had not been opened. That was really great. I wish we would have gotten her name. The variety of breakfast items […] was great, but the eggs, potatoes, and meat left a lot to be desired. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, and other items were enough to satisfy anyone so overall was more than OK. The bathroom floor was not swept as well as I would have liked (hair behind the door) but sinks, tubs, and kitchen were clean. Nicely stocked kitchen with items needed to cook (which we didn't). Close enough to walk to trolley cars (streetcars?) and the French Quarter if you so choose. I would stay there again. Thank you. 더 보기

This is a solid choice for families looking to visit the Crescent City. Location is close to French Quarter and area museums but not in the middle of all the night time celebration on Bourbon Street. The hotel was under construction for expansion and renovation as are many in NOLA but the staff was very courteous and friendly. Very nice staff and went out of their way to be helpful. Good breakfast. Room needed several maintenance items done but I don't thing thek care to do them until the entire section of the hotel is scheduled for renovation. Very poor mattress on the sleeper sofa.

Would not stay again but I must say that the personnel Was great. Trully showed New Orleans hospitality.

Close to all attractions,Riverwalk, casino, Bourbon St,French Quarters, all in walking distance

The Residence Inn of Marriott is a great place to stay. I was very satisfied with the condition, cleaniness and the space of our room. Walking distance to the dome and only minutes to Canal. I would highly recommend it. There is a $20 charge for running your debit card for incidentials, mine was never refunded.

Nice comfortable rooms, above average breafast and good location within the warehouse district. 10-15 minute walk to the French quarter. Sidwalks in the district are in disrepair so not a good chase for elderly people.

While a bit difficult to find..mapquest it folks...the staff was great! We loved the room and even tho I had a bit o a issue when i got a note under the door that the water system would be down all week - the day after I arrived....no worries - staff explained that it was periodic outages as they upgraded their system. I will definately stay again […] when I am in town! The suites are HUGE and my sons and I truly enjoyed the hot tub, basketball court and the amount of space we had - especially after being in the car together for 2 days. The evening social was great also - good food and good company! Kudos to the staff and everyone who made our stay special! 더 보기

My husband and my stepson stayed here and had a great time! We loved the room, the free dinner, the free beer and wine, the free breakfast, and the great HD television. Please note that there is a charge for parking and that there is NO...I repeat NO valet parking as was mentioned on Hotels.com!

We stayed in the Mariott Residence Inn twice, before and after a cruise. The hotel is clean and comfortable enough. It is convenient to the cruise terminal. There isn't a whole lot immediately around the hotel but the trolley line is a few blocks away. The first room we had was in the main building. It was adequate, but the main building seems like […] it could use freshening up. Our second stay was at a two room suite in the newer (East side?) annex with the atrium. It was very nice, very comfortable for the three of us. The price was fair, the location safe. The pool and hot tub were well heated. The breakfast was ok. I'd say this is a good choice for us. It was a pretty good value, had easy access to the Cruise terminal / convention center, and easy enough to get to the French Quarter and the Garden District by trolley. 더 보기

You can walk from here to the French Quarter and the WW II museum. Clean and friendly. Very nice courtyard. Full breakfast with eggs, sausage, grits, potatoes, waffles, etc.

Loved this hotel! The staff was so friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It's also just a few steps from the National World War II Museum and the riverfront shopping area. I'll definately be staying here again!

Beautiful courtyard,pool, fitness room, nice breakfast area. But the beds are uncomfortable. The location is not that great. I don't think it is located in downtown New Orleans, more like behind the warehouse district. Not too bad if your not going on Bourbon street.

The location was convenient - Warehouse District, not French Quarter. We walked easily to many shops, restaurants, and the French Quarter -- even with 3 children. The Children's Museum was just around the block -- great for smaller kids. The staff was helpful enough. The room size was quite nice for a downtown hotel. The breakfast was good. I would consider staying again. service was good, staff was very nice. they have a nice pool, basketball/tennis court, atrium w/grill to use and a very good breakfast. the parking is not that great. you have to unload, then circle back about five blocks to a parking lot adjacent to the hotel, which is an extra $20.00/night, that they do not tell you […] about until you are there. 더 보기

The room was unique, welcoming, and had everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and good-natured. A little more room in the bedroom and bathroom would have been great, but for the price they were fine. My husband and I brought our 2 14-year old sons, who slept on the sofabed. The hotel was clean, the staff helpful, especially the doorman, who knew the best places to eat. Only a short walk to most of the places we wanted to visit - Preservation Hall, streetcars, Bourbon Street. There was quite a long wait for valet service to bring cars to you, but there were a lot of people, so that is to be expected. Parking is valet ONLY, […] which I didn't like, but many like that. It was very secure. The restaurant on-premises served a great breakfast buffet, and these were the only meals we ate at that restaurant. It was pricey, even by NOLA standards. The coffee was good! The room itself was small, as was the bathroom. The king size bed was too soft for my comfort. All in all, it is a nice hotel, clean, safe, and close to all French Quarter attractions. We were visiting uptown quite a bit, so had to wait on valet for car some. We could have taken the trolley, however. If you like a full service hotel, this is a great place to stay. 더 보기

i stayed for one night and i think the room was overpriced, the room was very small. the staff was very nice but there was some sort of extra charge if you use the phone or incidental charges for i dont know what. i didnt use the phone(i was barely in the room) but i got an extra charge added to my bill. i still dont know what for.

The room exceeded our expectations and we received exceptional front desk service during our stay.

The hotel is located in a very busy location and needs to be taken into consideration before booking. The parking was horrible and is not complementary. You can try to find a spot on the street but then you must risk getting a ticket, boot, or being towed so be careful. After checking in, I went down the hallway looking for the elevators. The hallway […] lights are dim, creepy, and reminded me of a scary movie. The rooms, on the other hand, were pretty nice although the bed was pretty low to the grown. At night, especially over the weekends, you may hear a lot of noise and music from party goers at the surrounding clubs. the bed was uncomfortable and location was not the best

The property was really unique, and the rooms were private and quaint. I loved having a mini-kitchen in the room for meals, and the complimentary breakfast was GREAT! Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

It's my understanding that some of the rooms have been refurbished; however, my room was in dire need of an extreme makeover. Stained upholstery, missing dining chair, broken freezer icemaker and inadequate freezing temperature in the freezer (ice cream melted into milk) were some of the problems encountered. I also noticed what smelled like a dead […] rat and finally the next morning discovered uncooked meatballs in the oven; while housekeeping immediately removed the food, the smell was there to stay. On the positive side, the neighborhood is terrific and the staff are friendly. I received an upgrade from a studio to a one-bedroom at check-in (without asking for it ... yeah!); however, I would have gladly stayed in a refurbished, meat-free studio rather than the disaster I encountered. Due to its location, I will go back to the hotel, but I will insist on expecting my room first! 더 보기

la surface de la chambre était impeccable cela ressemblait à un petit appartement avec kitchenette, 2 chambres et salon. Le gros point négatif est que le petit déj. n'est servi que jusque 9 h en semaine (quand on est en vacances c'est fort tôt, avant que tout le monde soit prêt) Le personnel est dans l'ensemble fort acceuillant excepté le Monsieur du […] petit déjeuner du 18 avril, qui quand on est arrivé à 9 h 15 nous a dit qu'on pouvait prendre les restes, mais il ne restait pratiquement plus rien même pas de pain tout en continuant à enlever le reste. Mais heureusement plus tard une de ses collègues nous a griller quelques toasts qu'elle a été chercher en cuisine. Encore un petit bémol, le lave - vaisselle ne'a jamais fonctionné, ce n'était pas trop grave puisque nous mangions à l'extérieur, et les femmes de ménage faisait la vaisselle à la main des quelques verres et tasses. 더 보기
