The facility seemed old and tired compared to many many other Hampton Inn's I have stayed at before. The breakfast feature (which draws my and my family business) was sub-par. Food was cold, coffee was low and needed refilling, no lids for the cups, no cream (only milk in a pitcher). Overal the breakfast there was a big disappointment.

The hotel was in a convenient location, room was clean, continental breakfast was good.

We've stayed here a dozen times or so--comfortable beds, decent hot breakfast, good pool, clean place. This time, they lost us in the computer AFTER being checked in (we were told after the first night of a two-night stay that there was no record of us or of anyone in our room). Being from Michigan where we have a smoking ban, I forgot about requesting a non-smoking room and the room we got reeked of cigatettes. Also, frequently when we went into the building, staff would be out front smoking so we had to walk our children through a veil of smoke to get inside. Yuck! We recieved a call at about 9:30 pm one night saying that […] the downstaris neighbors were complaining about people in our room jumping when we weren't doing anything but moving about normally. 더 보기

Well things did not start out well with this hotel stay. It was very awkward to get into the hotel parking lot due to local construction. There were no signs to guide me so it took some time to find a way in. When I finally get to the desk to check-in they have me booked in a Smoking Room which is NOT what I wanted. When I requested a NON-Smoking room […] the clerk told me that none were available but that they had air fresheners if I wanted them!?!?! No offer of a discount for this problem from the hotel. When I walked into the room is smelled horrible and the walls and ceiling were brown from smoke. The bathroom was VERY small and I had to move next to the toilet just to close the door. The bathroom door was literally falling apart. The bathroom floor was very sticky as well. After getting past all of these issues, most of the television channels had terrible reception. The hotel was actually in a good location relative to my local business needs, but needless to say I will not be back to this hotel for my next trip in the area.
