the overall experience was great. very close to the airport and mall of america. very spacious, and very clean and modern interior. definitely worth the money. the breakfast was average, could use a bit more variety.

The room was big, very modern and comforable. The bed and linens were great! The lobby was beautiful and parking was a breeze, not too crowded and we had access close to our room which was nice. The only complaints I had were the bathroom-very small toilet and tub..had to be so you could shut the door to the room. Awesome hotel, night stay was quiet even though the hotel was near the airport. We were charged for breakfast omlettes.

The hotel was really nice. The service was really good and the food from room service was good too. The shuttle bus driver could have been a little nicer but other than that the hotel was great.

Our room was dirty and had the last guests floss thing in the bathtub. There was hair in the bed and in the sinks. Just dirty.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and every time its great. The staff is great as well as its location. The train is close to ride to either the mall or Target Field (Twins baseball)! Will always stay here for this low price!!!!

Great hotel, the staff was very helpful and courteous. Good breakfast selection that was included in the price. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The Hotels.com rate was very reasonable for the hotel.

The staff was friendly, decor was nice, the continental breakfast had something for everyone. The pool is a little small once children take over, but a hot tub would be a nice addition. It was conveniently located near the Mall of America and easy to find.

In particular, I want to commend the Host, Robin, for her "can do" effort to solve a problem we had with our reservation. The problem was not the fault of the hotel, but they were pro-active in addressing the issue. Thank you, Robin!

I love this hotel. We stay here every time we go the Mall of America. The double beds are a little on the small side, but you can fit two people in them. The pull out couch in every room is a plus when you have kids coming along like we did. The hotel pool is nice and the breakfast is great! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. also outside noise/traffic was heard.

Very Friendly staff, willing to assist with your needs. I do wish they had hot breakfast items as part of the package, as opposed to purchasing them. There is no laundry facility for guests to use, so you must pay premium to have clothes cleaned. The hotel is located very close to the airport and literal walking distance to the Mall of America. Our first time staying in the Hyatt was a very good experience. The Hotel was clean and smelled fresh. The customer service staff was professional and pleasant. We stayed here in New Years Eve, night before a Vikings game. Check in was great, hotel is clean, but I was shocked at the low quality of the mattress. I have stayed st Hyatt Place in other cities, usually have great beds. Ours was like sleeping on a square box. In the morning, the hotel was very ill-prepared!! Not enough staff, dirty dishes everywhere, […] no clean dishes, ran out of food... The breakfast area was very dirty and our morning experience was unpleasant. Stayed here with family. Two children. I was very satisfied with this hotel. I loved the room. The pool even had pool toys for the kids to play with! Very helpful staff. I will stay here everytime I visit the area.

Close to airport and Mall of America. Looks like the hotel was just renovated. Everything seemed new. Very comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel is physically appears great, with new renovations but there is absolutely NO SOUNDPROOFING: adjacent highway and airport noise is as if the window is open. My wife and I traveled to the Twin Cities for a weekend getaway. Shopping, dinner, relaxation were on the list. All were accomplised. The room was great with the small kitchenette and the couch/seating area. It's always better to sit and relax on a couch or chair thn to have to sit on your bed in a hotel room. We also took advantage of the free shuttle […] to the Mall of America. Even though the mall was less than five minutes away it was still nice to not have to worry about that. On Saturday the weather turned snowy, so the shuttle was very nice to use as well. Breakfast was more than adequate, and the coffee was great! Our stay could not have been better. From the size of the couch area and computer desk to the king size bed, we were very comfortable. The size of the television and the choice of viewing was excellent as well. We would rate our room very high in satisfaction and would recommend it to any of our friends. Hotel looks nice and our room was clean and not too bad, but the hotel charges you a ton for everything. Continental breakfast was subpar, but you can pay for some decent food. Didn't really consider our king "suite" a suite at all, and it had the tiniest bathroom I've ever seen.

We stayed here for two reasons. One the Mall of America was a shuttle away . Two the Train was one block away and took us downtown. Great people working there. Would stay here again 10 times over! Great Job Hyatt!

It's a beautiful and convenient facility, however, my visit there was spoiled by over-sleeping two mornings in a row due to the failure of desk staff to give me the requested wake-up calls. Bummer!

The staff was very busy. A lot of diverse clientelle. There were some language barriers, but the staff was very patient. I was impressed. We waited for a while before we got checked in, but we didn't mind because of how the staff treated each person!

This was a great place to stay. Many positives.

From when we arrived in the sleek lobby to our well-appointed room to video screens on the workout machines, everything was just what we needed.

We are in Minneapolis for business every six weeks, and we usually bring our daughter, so we are always looking for a nice, family-friendly place to stay. This hotel was a beautiful choice! I was impressed by how nice the rooms were in this hotel. I, however, was not impressed with the fact that we booked the room as a king-sized bed but were downgraded to what was referred to as a 2-doubles room. These beds were not double beds, as my wife and I had been sleeping comfortably together in a double bed for about 4 years. These beds were […] at least 8" less wide than a standard double bed. We ended up sleeping seperately for our 2-night stay in this hotel, so that we could both be comfortable while sleeping. I was also unimpressed by their continental breakfast. Really not much to it. Some fruit, cereal, and white bagels and white bread. I've become accustomed to having at least 1 belgian waffle maker with every continental breakfast that I've had in the last few years. the hotel is near Ikea and Moa where almost all people wants to go after a long hours drive from Canada, and after going to Albertville where also a lot of people went shopping and want to rest and go to sleep soundly. more fruits and waffles in the morning.

receptionist doesnt even smile when we arrived , doesnt even tell us what are we expecting in the hotel , Inside the room , its very big , but the queen sofa bed is not comportable its not soft anymore, the hd tv always freeze but the regular channels are good , foods are awesome . i still recomend this hotel if they are only 2 people checking in.
