Very friendly staff. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and Caesars Casino. Parking on their rooftop was slightly pricey but very convenient. Free shuttle to the Casino.

Average hotel, no more than that. Kind staff.

The staff was really nice and the security guards were hilarious. There are a lot of rowdy people there because of the location so be prepared for that and a lot of noise. Don't expect to be asleep before 2am with peace and quiet. Rooms were nice and the hotel was located right across the street from the strip which was great! I'm definitely staying […] there again and if you're going for a bar trip, I'd recommend you to stay there, too. if you're going for business, find somewhere else to stay. 더 보기

We paid for" full breakfast included" for 3 people, but were given a voucher worth $20.00 to put towards our breakfast. It would have been less expensive to just pay for the room, and buy our breakfast. The Parking was also very difficult, as it was on the second floor, and there wasn't enough space. Other than difficulty looking for a paid parking spot, our stay and experience was excellent.

This was a great choice for the riverfront fireworks display...just a few blocks away...easy walk...very nice room...we were on the 5th floor and in back, so the street noise didn't bother us at all...very pleasant front desk staff.

If you are into the night party scene then this is your hotel and your beer spills and pot smoke will fit right in with the rest of the stains and smells. If you are here for work, find another hotel. Stay away from the side of the hotel bordering the street as the nightclub next door keeps you up till they close at 3 AM.

I stayed in room 626 and had not problems except for the shower. When showering and the water was set to a comfortable temperture the water became very cold then scalding hot, several time. I told my wife about this and she had the same thing happen to her. I reported this to the front desk and the desk clerk stated someone would have a look at it. […] I hope so as this could severly injure someone. Very ordinary for the price. Restaurant service (staff) very pleasant but food poor quality. Will not return.

The price was right, room was perfectly fine, the room service was outstanding.....what more do you need! OH...a STARBUCKs on the next corner. PERFECT!

The parking was the most impossible parking lot I have ever had to park a vehicle in. The non-smoking policy was not in place. The work out room was a joke. None of the equipment worked. The pool was too cold to swim in. The noise outside the hotel was ridiculous. Up until 2:00 am. No hot water for a shower in the morning. Not acceptable. I figure a […] morning coffee would help, so when I proceeded to make a coffee in my room, the coffee maker didn't work. What a big surprise. I will never stay at Holiday Inn again ever, or recommend it to anyone. The most frustrating part was that the Hotel would not do anything to accommodate me. Not a present stay at all. 더 보기

You can't beat the location, its right in the middle of it all. Also, they have many deals and discounts for the bars if you ask

Downtown Windsor is known for one thing: partying. If you're coming to partake in some adult drinks for the evening, this is the hotel for you. It is right in the middle of all the action, and literally next door to the tunnel from Detroit. In addition to the great location, the hotel is what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. The room was great, except for the fact that the bathroom door LOCKED everytime it was shut and the person inside was locked in until someone from the outside let them out. Someone puked in the pop machine on our floor and they didn't clean it up even after we called and complained about it. The excuse I got from the front desk for this type of behavior […] was, "Sir, this IS a dowtown hotel." I was not impressed. 더 보기

Perfectly located near the most popular bars in Windsor. Also a quick walk to Ceaser's.
