Hotel Shuttle was quite unfriendly, borderline rude. Great service at front desk and good choices on food in the dinning area. I'd prefer to speak to the Marriott personally about our experience on Nov. 19th if they would like to call us. We also stayed with them Nov. 11th and had an extremely good experience. I was in town alone for a business event. The rate was good, the hotel was conveniently located and the room & service were fine. The only negative was the noisy fridge.

My girlfriend and I were camping at Lake Mead when a thunderstorm hit and we needed to find a hotel room to dry off and sleep in. I can't think of a more prefect stay. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of the room, and the complimentary hot breakfast makes for the perfect stay.

Really nice hotel I would stay there if I am in the area again and free breakfast and grocery store at walking distance and good for the family no bar no slot machines but it has a swimming pool and basketball court which is nice

Residence Inn in Las Vegas was very nice. The rooms were roomy and clean. The continental breakfast was good. Front desk very cooperative. I will stay there again.

When I checked in I had a dig which was no problem. He collected some information about the dog and we checked in. I was never told there was a $100 charge for the dog no matter how long you stay. In my case it was one night. I could have put the dog in a fancy dog hotel for that amount for a night. When discussed it at check out all she kept saying […] was it is corporate policy. Nothing we could do.... With a smerk like smile that told me I was a sucker. I will never stay at another Marriott brand hotel again. Business or pleasure. 더 보기

Weekend rates at the Strip hotels are super expensive. The Residence Inn in Henderson provide a cost effective option (about half of the mid priced Strip Hotels). The hotel & room were clean, in great condition, and the staff was friendly. Continental breakfast had sausage, eggs, waffles, french toast, OJ, coffee, danish/etc., so it was better than […] the typical ones. We had a car and with the Strip only 5 miles away, it was worth the drive. After the Friday & Saturday night stay, we checked into a Strip hotel, using the money saved to upgrade to a suite.
