1st room I was issued was clean...changed rooms because the bath tub was dirty. The second room was cleaner, but I almost slipped and fell in the tub because of the slope on the floor of the tub. My stay was pleasant. I only needed the room for sleeping at night. The heat and z/c worked very well. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I really like the good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was very good, too.

only problems I had was slow wi fi, and lousy breakfast items. staff was friendly/ bed was very comfortable and retro decor of t the room and lobby was very attractive

The bathroom was not adequately cleaned during my stay at the hotel. The bath tub was filthy and the toilet seat was as well.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient. There was a bit of a mildewy, old smell in the hallway, but, other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay.

I read the reviews before booking this room for my mother and assumed it was going to be good. My mother became ill and couldn't make it so I stayed there one night and was so glad my mom did not stay there. Hotel is run down and nothing that you'd feel comfortable in. Needs to be renovated. A customer-friendly staff and nice place to stay that is only 5 minutes away from Cummings Research Park.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was all we needed and was very good. I have stayed twice and would stay again if ever in Huntsville for another visit.

Excellent customer service! We had a problem with the air not getting cool enough in our room...they moved us immediately...and we slept in comfort! They are very affordable...comparable to a motel-6, but nicer! The beds were pretty nice for the price, and our room was CLEAN. They have a pet policy and allow pets...but I did NOT see any other signs […] of people staying previously with pets...no hair, no itchy feeling, no spots on the floor. The stairwell was a little dirty...not too bad...but then again, I had two giant dogs with me! A+ for a surprising price! Comparable to a Holiday Inn Express...only cheaper. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay, then this is your place. The upgrades to the rooms from what they were when it was a Baymont Inn have done it some justice, but you get exactly what you pay for. The room was dirty...I took a wet wash cloth to the floor...and it was black with dirt. HIghly recommend that the hotel shampoo their carpets. By the way...TV was excellent...food was excellent...staff was attentive. Ken

The hotel was clean, and reasonably priced. It allowed dogs, which was important for us. The hotel was centrally located to down town. Their was not a lot of traffic or other noise in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Dirty Hotel - Half the satellite channels don't work-

the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. the tub was dirty and really needs to be reglazed. the hotel ran out of towels. the continental breakfast was spartan. the vending machines didn't work. no facial tissues or lotion in rooms. bedside lamp bulb was out.

Nice hotel in a good area with plenty of restaurants in the area. Nearby mall, Walmart and Sam's Club made for decent shopping opportunities. Overall pleasant staty.

It was awful, I saw that it got 3.9 stars on my phone, so I booked it. Customer service was fine at the counter, but the room tasted like lysol, you couldn't help but have that taste in your mouth. It was terrible. I guess it was clean, but they need to lay off the lemon cleaning spray.

The service at the front desk was outstanding. Person in next room was very loud and I could hear it all evening. Walls are very thin and also can hear traffic noise. I am not a light sleeper at all so it surprised me to hear anything at all. Hotel is very close to many restaurants and only about 10 minutes from Bridge Street which I recommend. This location needs renovation-carpets need replacing and they allow pets - I don't much care to hear dogs barking in the room next door or the frequent door slamming as they walk their pets late at night. Won't stay there ever again!

Well maintained, clean, comfortable hotel. Close to many eating places. Staff was very accommodating and polite. I would stay again.

Hotel was inexpensive so if you need a place to lay your head, it does the job. Plenty of places to get food by crossing university drive. Internet was decent speed but it's almost all wireless (except a few rooms) and completely depends where your room is how good of a connection. Front desk would have moved me to a closer one but I was already settled […] in when I said something. They allow pets apparently and someone's little dog startted to bark around 6 A.M. not to be out done by a larget dog at 8 A.M. everyday I was there. Very annoying if you are trying to just get away. Ask for rooms not near pets (thin walls and doors that don't seal very well for sound) and near the wireless router and you'll probably have a visit well worth your money. 더 보기

We checked into La Quinta on University for an extended stay (4 nights) while visiting family. We checked in around 9pm and the room was nice, the staff friendly, everything was great. We got up early had a great breakfast (make your own waffles- yum) and left the hotel around 9am. We visited with family and friends all day and returned to the room […] at 2am. To my shock the room had not been touched. The beds were unmade the trash had not been emptied.. nothing. I called the front desk to ask if there was a reason for the room not being cleaned. Nope, must have been a mistake, housekeeping and management would be alerted and the problem taken care of first thing in the morning. Fast forward to next day.. we get up very early and leave the hotel for a canoe trip at 6am, return to the hotel at 345pm.... room still not touched. At this point I am dirty from being on the river all day in 100 degree weather and want nothing more than to take a shower. I walk to the desk this time- is there a reason why my room has not been cleaned. TWO DAYS now! The woman at the desk alerted housekeeping to clean my room immediately.. so we stepped out for 45 min.. returned. The trash had been emptied, the bed made (same sheets) and that was all. The desk clerk came to the room to give us a voucher for a free night (as if) and asked if all was well. I explained that I am not generally a witch, but the room had not been cleaned.. no towels, no coffee, dirty sheets, no vaccuming.. nothing. She apologized and stated when we stepped out for dinner she herself would clean the room. We returned around 3am to a clean room. FINALLY. The whole thing was ridiculous.. 더 보기

Great work space area. Nice flat screen TV. AC worked great in 95 degree weather. Beds good. Bathroom small, shower worked nicely. Free breakfast included boiled eggs, fruit, bagels, waffels, muffins, and yogurt. Staff very nice and helpful. Pool could use some repair, but OK
