A friend and I booked a room for a last minute stay in Florence, and although the hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, there is NOTHING else good to say about it. Our room was not even in the main hotel building itself, but rathe we were given a key to an "apartment" located around the corner. Through which you had to travel through […] dark corridors attempting to find the light switches as you went. I have never felt more un-safe in my life! The bed was a fold out couch with all the uncomfortable springs included. The shower was over the toilet with a curtain, and drain, but nothing separating it, so water would have soaked the floor. That is even if you attempt the shower. We did not, and wanted out of the place as soon as the sun rose. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND. 더 보기

The hotel is clean, the rooms are big and confortable. The bed was very huge. Perfect if you are travelling by car also because there is a free covered parking. At less than 5 minutes walking there is a bus stop that can bring you in the center (the bus works till 23 pm, and cost around 1,20 euro one way). If you want to go in the center on foot you […] need around 30-40 minutes (it's around 2,5-3km from the center). The breakfast is served till 10:30 and it's good but nothing of extraordinary. The restaurant of the hotel is not working on sunday but around the hotel there is same pizzeria and fast food. If I will go back in Verona I would book again this hotel. 더 보기

we had a good experience in this hotel and would certainly book again if we go to Verona. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful.

Hotel Maxim bad experience overall. On arrival the lady at the reception desk was unfriendly and unhelpful, Hotel felt like a morgue at all times with limited staff and what appeared to be no other guests. If you wanted a drink from the un attended bar it was a task to get one. The room was big in comparison to other italian hotels we have stayed in […] but was advertised as having airconditioning which it did but the hotel decided to turn it off the room was a big spaced filled with hot stale air. This to us was totally unacceptable when we lodged a complaint with reception our arrival impression stayed true as reception merely said air con was switch off and could not be put on even though the particular week we stayed in the hotel there was a heat wave! The surrounding area was dead and a good distance out of verona. Would not recommend this hotel whilst it may be classed as a four star from my stay i would struggle to class it as a two star. To sum it up avoid unfriendly unpleasant all round bad experience. 더 보기

it is nessery to have a car to travel around verona not only to the arena .

FOOD WAS GREAT, BEDS VERY COMFOTABLE, NO SAFE IN ROOM AS ADVERTISED AND NO COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES, OTHER ROOMS HAD THESE. GOOD VALUE BUT A LITTLE OUT OF TOWN.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the Maxim. The room was large with a flat screen TV and English language channels. The bathroom seemed to be very new. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Disappointed that we had to pay 12.90 per day for wi fi but glad the underground parking was available. This is a lovely hotel with a great breakfast and reasonable rates, but it's so far from the city center and the train station. You can get there by bus, but it's a bit of a pain. Otherwise, if you're traveling by car I'd definitely recommend it. If not, then try to find something closer in town.

met all our expectations. nice hotel, great value. about 2 miles from city center. we walked it both day and late night. felt safe.

Good hotel for the price. Hotel was easy to find, staff spoke english, rooms spacious and clean, plenty of free parking. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I'd put it as 3.5 stars rather than 4 - large room, clean, bt nothing special. Breakfast was basic. 30 min walk from center of town, though buses are frequent. If I were to go again I'd get somewhere in the center.

sehr angenehm. Wenn der Lärm der Eisenbahn nicht wäre, dann wäre es nahezu perfekt.

O hotel esta longe de ser 4 estrelas, primeiro que nao tem servico para retirar a bagagem do carro. Quando perguntamos sobre isso o recepcinista disse que o carrinho estava a nossa disposiçao. Pedimos 2 copos no qauarto e tivemos que ir buscar no restaurante e o servico do restaurante muito ruim, apesar da comida ser boa.

Είναι καλή επιλογή καθώς συνδυάζει χαμηλές τιμές από τη μια και εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης από την άλλη (σε δέκα λεπτά είσαι στο κέντρο αλλά μόνο με αυτοκίνητο ή λεωφορείο). Πολύ καλό πρωινό, δωρεάν κλειστός χώρος στάθμευσης.

Na italia terrivelmente cara e com hotéis que não valem as estrelas que ostentam este hotel foi uma ótima surpresa. barato, limpo e com quartos amplos.Recomendo.

В целом, хорошо. Соответствует своей ценовой категории. Расположен в 3 км (7 остановок) от центра. Добратьс легко на автобусе за 1,5 евро, либо на такси за 12 евро. Таскси лучше заказывать, так как найти на улице сложно, особенно вечером.

Wir haben eine Übernachtung in diesem Hotel gebucht, weil wir auf der Durchfahrt nach Venedig waren. So entschlossen wir uns, einen Tag in Verona zu verbringen um anschliessend das Wochenende in Venedig zu verbringen. Ausschlaggebend war der Preis für eine Übernachtung und die nicht zu zentrale Lage des Hotels in Verona sowie die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit […] in der Tiefgarage. Dass wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden haben, haben wir relativ schnell bereut. 1. Wir Nichtraucher erhielten ein stinkendes Raucherzimmer. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, da alle Nichtraucherzimmer ausgebucht waren. 2. Das Zimmer befand sich oberhalb der Hotelklimanlage mit 6 riesigen Ventilatoren, welche ausserordentlich laut war. 3. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer, welche auf maximaler Leistung und somit starkem Gebläse auf 19 Grad runterkühte konnte man nicht abstellen. Auch diese war nicht gerade leise. Somit blieb uns nichts anderes übrig, als mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen und dafür den Lärm der Hotelklimanlage in Kauf zu nehmen. 4. Das Hotelpersonal schein den Gästen aus dem Weg zu gehen. Begrüssung/Verabschiedung miserabel. Fazit: Wer einen leichten schlaf hat, soll sich lieber ein anderes Hotel suchen. Obwohl mit 4 Sternen angeschrieben, entspräche es eher einem 2 Stern Hotel. Wir werden definitiv nicht mehr hier Übernachten und empfehlen fernzubleiben. 더 보기

Ottimo servizio, gestione più che soddisfaccente ,pulizie stanze e organizzazione ottima,servizio ristorante più che ottimo. Un ottimo prezzo per l'ottimo servizio offerto. Hotel che consiglio voloentieri,anche perchè servito nelle vicinanze di servizi publici per raggiungere velocemente Verona centro.

soggiornato 3 giorni con bimbo 4 anni per visita a verona. a qualche centinaio di metri fermata autobus a 10 minuti dal centro. buon compromesso qualità/comodità e prezzo. colazione ottima e abbondante. nel complesso sono rimasto soddisfatto

Wenn man von der Umgebung (etwas entfernt vom Zentrum, Randlage) absieht, bietet das Hotel für die bloße Übernachtung mit Frühstück eine günstige Möglichkeit, Verona auch mit dem Zug zu bereisen. Vom Bahnhof Anschluss mit den Buslinien 11,12,13 bzw. abends, an Wochend- und Feiertagen mit den Linien 90 und 91bis zur Haltestelle >>Via (Giovanni Verardo) […] Zeviani<<, dann ca 200m zu Fuß. Geht auch als Rucksack-Tramper. Einfache Fahrt € 1,20 im Bus lösbar. Gleicher Weg zurück führt auch ins Zentrum! Taxi ca. € 15,-. Für Arena-Vorstellungen gibts einen Hotel-Shuttle (günstig). Sehr gut: Supermarkt direkt im Gebäude, Kühlschrank im Zimmer befüllbar. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Service freundlich, Zimmer sauber. Lediglich bei der Abreise (am Feiertag) eine vermutliche Fehlinformation, dass keine Busse fahren würden zum Bahnhof - die wir, dann mit dem Taxi fahrend, doch sahen.. Alles in Allem aber (fast) sehr zufrieden gewesen. 더 보기

Hotel Maxim i Verona, er et pænt og meget funktionelt hotel i den stille ende af Verona. Der er lidt langt til byen og hvor ting sker. Til gengæld er der super betjening og hjælpesomhed i receptionen, så hjælp til bus og taxa gør det nemt. Morgenmad var af rimelig standard.

Très bon hôtel tant du point de vue du confort de la chambre que de la qualité du petit déjeuner avec un excellent buffet . A réellement recommander pour pour tout voyageur motorisé . Attention pour les autres : l hôtel se situe à 3/4 d heure à une heure de marche du centre historique ! C 'est qu'il existe des bus quand ceux-ci ne sont pas en grève […] . 더 보기

Das verkehrsgünstig gelegene Hotel hat leider den Nachgeschmack, dass es an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt. Sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und gratis Parkgarage. Leider dauert der Fußmarsch ins Zentrum 40-50 Minuten. Möchte man das gesamte Sortiment des Frühstückbuffets genießen sollte man dort nicht zu spät erscheinen.

Ein super Hotel,das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.Ein gutes Hotel,um an den Festspielen in der Arena teilzunehmen.Für die Vorstellungen wird ein Bus eingesetzt.Klappt prima.!

A pesar que se dice "cerca del centro", se encuentra a considerable distancia, y no es bueno para movilizarse. La atencion en si es buena, el desayuno que sirven tambien. No fue de nuestro agrado su ubicacion alejada.

Bom hotel, porem distante de todas os pontos recomendados da cidade. Por ex. fica ha mais de vinte mins de onibus da Arena.A entrada lateral com grande escadaria para subir, o que torna meio inviavel para quem tem problemas de locomocao.Bom cafe da manha, Se chegar depois das nove da noite o restaurante ja estara fechado, e ha dificuldades para comer […] nas proximidades. O restaurante é amplo, a qualidade da comida é boa, mas se vc chegar faltando 4o minutos para acabar o horário, a comida não é reposta, e o staff vê que vc não comeu, mas vai tirando as bandejas de comida. Com o café da manhã é a mesma coisa, o pão acaba e não é reposto, frios, etc
