This hotel is in front of the big shopping center. Also, it is 20min. walking distance from the VIC, which I liked walking the street. It is clean and fomfortable hotel

Twin beds which couldn't be pushed together due to a socket being in the way, shower screen attached to the bath tub was far too small/short which flooded the bath no matter how careful one took a shower, no tea/coffee facilities in the room and no way to adjust the heating. During our three nights stay the hotel was far from being fully booked but […] somehow everyone seemed to be located on the same floor all next to one another, babies an all, which made for interesting night entertainment (noise)!! Not even a 3.5-Star. If it was represented as a 3-Star, I probably wouldn't have gone with it for the money, but I would have had not complaints if I did pay for it, as it would have been honestly represented. I was changed to a 'Superior' room, which was only superior in the sense that the WiFi actually worked there. No Iron or board, paltry selection […] of toiletries provided, small analog TV, small rooms. I've stayed in hostels recently, so I'm not a hotel snob... but when I select and pay for a 4-Star, I expect it to be a 4-Star. Thankfully, I was only there for one night. All of this said, the staff was PHENOMENAL. They understood that things weren't as they should be, and did all in their power to make things right. 더 보기

It only takes a few bad experiences to make a review look worse than it really is. I'll mention the problems, but I would probably stay at this hotel again. First, we asked for a room with 3 beds. We were given a key to a room already occupied. Then we were given a key to a room with only 2 beds (and a smoker's room). The clerk was frazzled. She said […] we hadn't specified "no smoking" (but there was no where to check that box on the reservation form!) It still didn't help us with 2 twin beds for 3 women. After doing her best, she finally gave us 2 rooms at no extra cost (which was nice of her). However, she then forgot to call in and reserve our bus tour to Budapest as we'd requested. No shuttle arrived for us at 6 a.m. the next day, so the daytime staff apologized & put us in a cab (at their expense). However, the next day, we tried to get reimbursed for the return cab fare and were told they couldn't pay for that! (Eventually they relented.) I called about my shower not working properly, and it was only half fixed the next day. Little things like this made the stay very frustrating. We spent well over an hour and half (on a very short trip) just sorting these things out!! I have to say that the daytime staff was excellent (but the nighttime staff seemed overwhelmed). Perhaps they need another employee in the evenings to lighten the load. While it was not in the historic district, the subway was right around the block, easy to figure out, and very convenient to all the sights. Also, we walked to a mall that had wonderful restaurants. All in all, it was a good stay. Rooms were very comfortable. 더 보기

Es ließe sich einiges verbessern. Frühstück viel zu neuer. Verkehrsanbindung an Öffis sehr gut. daher Lage sehr gut.

Liegt in Unmittelbarer Nähe eines großen Einkaufzentrums und hat in direkter Umgebung U-Bahn-Verbindung zur Innenstadt.

Allt OK, enda problemet var "silverfiskar" i hanfatet i badrumet.

sehr angenehm, trotz der Lage in einem Einkaufszentrum ruhig. Besonders anzuführen: öffentliche Verkehrsmittel im Umkreis von 50 Metern! Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Perussiisti hotelli. Ystävällinen palvelu. 10 minuutin metromatka keskustaan. Vieressä iso ostoskeskus. Lähistöllä uimapaikkoja, puistoja. Kallis aamupala, mutta viereisessä ostoskeskuksessa useita aamupalapaikkoja.

Отель не плохой, удобно расположен пусть не совсем в центре, но нам понравился. Если соберемся еще раз отдохнуть в Вене, вполне вероятно вернемся в этот отель.

over all is good hotel. not 4 star but 3 stars. we had a bad exprience with our bill. when we cheked in, the counter told us the breakfast time. and we assumed that breakfast was included in the price of hotel, but it wasnt. we were 2 adults and 3 youngster. they want us to pay 180 euros for three days breakfast. 15 euros pr day pr person. too much […] money for an ordinary breakfast. they forgot to mention the price for us, so bad exprience. and price for parking is 17 euros pr night. also a high price... so watch out for breakfast prices and parking prices 더 보기

Hotellet var enkelt, rent och billigt. Låg kanske inte så bra till om man önskar tillbringa sin tid i de centrala delarna av Wien.

Problemas con la reserva a pesar de estar abonada

It was fine, but not great. To be honest. the room was quite ugly, the toilet was leaking, and the wi-fi didn't work. But generally the hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. It's next to a big shopping mall and the underground station.

Vinduet kunne ikke sikres skikkerlig - det var mulig for gjester på de andre rommene å komme seg inn via vinduet. Vi måtte gå gjennom spisesalen for å komme til resepjonen.

Kauppakeskuksen yhteyteen rakennettu hotelli. Hivenen kaukana keskustasta, mutta maanalaisella pääsee nopeasti keskustaan ja takaisin. Suuri ostoskeskus hyvin lähellä, josta löytyy shoppailijoille tutkimista. Huoneet olivat ihan peruslaatua, joten meille se sopi aivan loistavasti. El hotel es cómodo y su personal muy amable, Estancia agradable.

Sijainniltaan hyvä hotelli. Lähellä on niin metro kuin ratikkapysäkitkin joilla pääseen kätevästi lähes kaikkialle Wienissä. Hotelli on kylki kyljessä isoa Donauzentrum-kauppakeskusta jonka kiertämiseen kannattaa ostoksista nauttivan varata aikaa. Hotelli itsessään on perussiisti ja rauhallinen sekä palvelu mukavaa ja auttavaista. Hotellin pieni ja […] rauhallinen aulabaari palvelee iltaisin janoista matkailijaa. Aamupala hotellissa maksaa erikseen, mutta pienemmällä budjetilla selviää kun käy läheisessä ostoskeskuksessa maistelemassa vaikka erilaisia voileipiä, paikkoja on monta. Känsla av en hytt på en färja - men rent och helt okej badrum. Frukosten, 300:- för 2 personer var ett "rån". Blev bara 1 frukost av 4, resten blev på stan.
