only ,wi-fi isn´t very fast,congratulations for the personal,quality of service

Although the hotel is fine, I was taken back when charged $3 a day for some service fee. I was under the opinion that we had prepaid the room (and I am OK with charges for special services such as phone calls) but to have a charge that easily could have been added to the original price just is not right.

They need to update their beds! Both my wife and myself were in a lot of pain after staying here for 3 nights. The bed was so old that you could feel the coils pushing through. The rooms were big enough for a king yet they had what was called a queen, I'm going to say a very small queen. Our other complaint was the cable tv. Over half the channels came […] in all messed up with lines going through the screen like the old days with rabbit antennas. Best part of the hotel was the quietness. We didn't hear anyone around us at all! Get new beds and a better cable connection and this will be a nice place 더 보기

Absolutely nothing impressive about this hotel. The decor and bathroom were old, and bathroom was kind of dirty (mold in the grout, etc...). Hallways were hot and stinky. Pool was closed because they were "painting" it. Only one VERY SLOW elevator for the entire building. Housekeeping didn't get to our room until after 3pm. Very nice, quite area. Usually still here when I'm Orlando. The breakfast is good. They added biscuits n gravy to the menu. The location is adequate. Close to kirkman rd which leads you to international. I-4,is in the same direction. You cannot get lost. I recommend this hotel very much.

I got a great deal on a room for one night. The room was as expected, older and smellier. The hotel was great, customer service was good, but don't expect anything fancy. I would not want to stay here more than just a place to sleep before hitting the parks all day. The location is perfect to Universal Studios and Islands.

My husband & I wanted something close to CityWalk that's reasonable and clean. Very happy with the Quality Inn, the guy on the front desk very helpful in telling us about the taxi service and prices and room was very nice and clean.

Booked room and paid in advance, was not happy to find out at check-in that I also had to pay a 'service fee' before checking in. Got off elevator and immediately noticed the hallway smelled like a locker room. Entered room and was happy that it had a fresher smell, however the bathroom was not clean. King-size bed had what appeared to be 5 'throw pillows'. […] The day before checking out, the elevator broke, was still out of service when I checked out next day. Overall not bad at all. Room was a little musky smelling but over all pretty clean. Bed was comfortbale and bathroom had plenty of space. Great location, close to everything.

It was a great hotel. We were met with with happy employees that took care of our questions. Great place!

A little bit further away then for my liking to the night lfe but not bad if you are just going to Universal/Island of Adventure/City Walk

The room was very clean, no damp musty smell like you sometimes get with FL hotels. The price was great for the area and the locations was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location....almost right across the street from Universal. Excellent price for the room. Room was very clean. Bathroom a little outdated but clean. Had a nice selection for the breakfast...bagels, toast, muffins, waffels, ceral, yogart and alot more stuff. They had excellent customer service. Pool was small and not heated.

This hotel has got to be one of the most convenient Ive ever been to. The location was excellent and the room itselfwas really nice as well. Very nicley decorated and cozy as well. I will definately be coming back again !

Great hotel, well kept not like many hotels in the Orlando area. Many are not kept very well all they care about is getting your money. This hotel is the opposite it cares about you. I will retun again.

Good value for the money. The beds are not the most comfortable but OK for a few nights.

Excellent hotel at reasonable prices close to Universal Studios and the other theme parks. The reception area was being refurbished and this created some confusion for some but did not bother us. We will stay there again.

We chose this hotel for distance to Universal Studios and price, and were pleased with what we found. Excellent hotel at reasonable rates. Very comfortable beds, delicious and extended continental breakfast, including two waffle machines. Much parking space and numerous restaurants nearby. We will stay there again when we visit the theme parks. The only negative is the one elevator to service the three upper floors.

We had three rooms total. One of them smelled like smoke so bad that it made us sick. the others smelled like dirty molded and feet. There was no water pressure any of the rooms. I would not stay here again. The rooms were very looked very clean.

Staff was respectful. Good area, good price.

For the price this hotel is good. We are locals from Melbourne Florida so we were not looking to spend a lot. It was a little bit of a walk to Universal, but not too bad.

The Hotel is great! Very clean, very comfortable bed. Very clean pool. It is close to Universal Studios and less then a 10 min drive from all the night life and restaurants. Great price for the room and location.

Book this hotel if you are not at all concerned with luxury. At the low rate we paid we got exactly what we paid for. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool is small. The water wasn't working for a few hours. The location is good and close to the mall. It's an average hotel on a budget.

Great Rooms, continental breakfast, courteous staff. Complimentary shuttle to universal and back! Wonderful stay. Price we paid was cheaper than any military discount we could ever get.

If your just staying a couple nights this is the hotel to stay at, it was nice and quiet. I am a clean freak and my room was very clean and there was no musty smell from the other comments i read. Its comfortable and nice.

No ice for entire stay and no one got bags to loffer ice to customers, given bottle of warm water! Torn plasterin bathroom door frame.

For the price that was paid, this hotel had so much to offer. There was free breakfast in the morning that included make your own waffles, bagels, toast, muffins, donuts, cereal, yogurt...basically a lot. They provided a computer with internet access and printing for free which was convenient for finding a restaurant and checking in for flights. They […] also provide a free shuttle to local theme parks...it is close to Universal but I really dont recommend crossing the multi lane road to get there. The room look updated and we had absolutely no complaints. would definitely recommend. Also you should buy your park tickets at the hotel so you dont have to wait in line at the park. 더 보기

My husband and I went to Universal and Islands of Adventure for 2 days and stayed at this hotel. The location was great and out room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great! There was delicious biscuits and gravy, a waffle maker, mini donuts, toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs, fresh apples, oranges and bananas, yogurt, cereal, milk, coffee […] and orange and apple juice. It was nice to fill up on a breakfast before hitting the parks. I think the low price for the room was a steal for the nice stay. 더 보기

Clean lobby, below average rooms, poor service. $3 "cleaning fee" assessed that the person at the front desk told me was necessary and non negotiable--It wasn't worth fighting over but hotels.com price is supposed to be all-inclusive. The room had a large stain on the wall, and the room generally smelled musty. Bathroom was clean, and bed was comfortable. […] The TV was stored in the corner, in a place that is not convenient to watch from the bed. Probably a 32in tube TV approximately 8 ft away from the end of the bed. The staff (including those at the front desk) have generally very cold demeanor and they are not easy to understand. 더 보기

The room smelled musty. The bathroom was dirty. The shower had a hair all over the walls. The front desk clerk advised us that there was a store in walking distance. The store was about 1 mile away and had to walk through a very bad neighborhood. We had breakfast that next morning, the creamer for the coffee was bad and the toaster for bagels did not […] work. The staff was unfriendly and only foreigners. The computer they had for printing was incomprehensibly slow. The rooms were humid when we arrived and you can hear everything that is in the hall. From the hall you can hear the conversations of people in their rooms. The shower was old and needed updating.
