Very polite staff and awesome stay.

We were quite satisfied with our stay. Clean room and surroundings, friendly staff. Only compalint was the room carpet needed cleaning, manager said they were in process of installing new carpets. We will stay there again. Good value.

While the hotel and the conditions were nice, the management and staff are what made it special! Great job and the hotel was VERY busy and yet they all did great!

The Baymont exceeded our expectations. The gym could be a bit better, but every thing was good. The pool has to be the cleanest pool I'ver ever been in ... Great place....!

This is a wonderful pet friendly hotel. Our room was spacious with 2 queen beds having elegant wood furnishings. The sink was outside the bathroom for convenience when 2 are trying to get ready at the same time. The tub was roomy and easy to get in and out of and there was adequate fan ventilation to reduce steam. The towels were plush. We had a fridge […] and microwave, coffee maker (but it was only a single cup style) and free WiFi. We were unable to take advantage of the free breakfast due to an early ring time in Birch Run and the need to groom our schnauzer but it looked like maybe there were some oatmeal packets available. The nicest part of our stay was the indoor pool. The pool and spa were at the end of the building in a heated glass enclosed atrium. It was almost too warm in there but I loved it as I am always cold. The lounge chairs were comfy and it felt like summer at the beach. The location is not far from downtown Frankenmuth as well as the outlet mall in Birch Run (the next exit south). There is a Cracker Barrel Restaurant right next door and a 24hr Mc Donald's a block away. Be careful you don't miss the entrance as it is a bit west of the hotel via a long drive way. In the dark it might be hard to find. Our room was clean and updated and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again as the price was right. 더 보기

We had great service and the room was nice. Only a few minutes from Bronners and downtown Frankenmuth.

Very nice hostess, come to think of it every time I visit I have a wonderful experience due to their staffing. Great location, only 10 minute drive to frankenmuth and it is a very well maintained hotel. I was very satisfied with my stay that is why I always book with this hotel.

I have stayed at plenty of hotels and was a lead housekeeper for 3 yr and this stay was by far THE WORST stay ever! The room was absolutely disgusting. Every towel in the room had nasty hair on it, there was black hair all around the bottom of the toilet, there was a safety liner from a womans swimsuit on the back of the bathroom door and both beds […] were broke! When we packed our stuff the next morning we found nasty dirty socks that did not belong to us under both beds and the desk and on top of that there was some sort of white stuff splattered on the side of the night stand! WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! 더 보기

We made a reservation for a room with 2 double beds as there were 4 adults staying in the room. When we arrived we were given a room with 1 bed. The hotel was completely booked and they could not offer us a different room. We ended up with 2 cots to sleep on which they charged us $8 per cot per night to use.

We had a king room, the room was nice and quiet, the furniture and bedding was much nicer than other hotels. The hall carpet was in need of a cleaning though.

Nice place, reasonable rates, would not hesitate to stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Couldn't have asked for a more comfortable bed and just loved the pillows! Everyone at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was cozy and clean, staff was friendly and prompt, pool was clean and warm (perfect for my 10 month old) and it was close to a Kroger and Frankenmuth...what else do you need? :)

The chairs both dirty in need of shampoo or replaced. Never left room until check out on Sunday got sick. Great kind staff hats off to all of them.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was very helpful and the room was immaculate. We could not have asked for a better stay, especially for the price!

This hotel and room exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend for anyone looking for a clean place to stay. There's nothing luxurious about it, but for the price, it's a very nice hotel. The only downside is that there was a strong scent of chlorine in the halls from the pool, which was somewhat alarming.

I had read some not so nice reviews and was nervous about this hotel, but I must say, it was very nice and convenient and loved the hot tub. I would stay there again. From Cleveland, OH

We were very pleased with the Baymont Inn in Bridgeport MI. It was close to all shopping and restaurants. The staff were great and the continential breakfast was quite lovely. We would definately come back!

Arrived Friday night - sceptical upon entry to hotel - cleanliness of foyer and elevator area. King bed in room - pulled sheets down - body hair all over sheets. Appeared as though not changed from previous occupant. Issued another room - sheets appeared clean however were not comfortable with surroundings. Met hotel clerk in elevator, addressed my […] concerns with her, she appologized and stated that they go through a ton of the sticky lint rollers to prevent this. As dictated upon booking through this site - no refunds. We in turn went to local department store, purchased sheets and put over the ones that were on bed. Also purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned most surfaces. If I had a vacuum, the carpet would have been done also. Stairwell and hallway in same condition and also ice machine appeared not to have been cleaned in quite a while. As continental breakfast was included, we did not partake due to the above noted conditions. Went to the restaurant next door. I do not feel we are overly picky with regards to cleanliness, however expect a reletively clean room. Should have cut our losses and found a room elsewhere as spent additional money on bedding and cleaning supplies. 더 보기

Overall the hotel stay was pleasant. The rooms were nice, bed was fairly comfortable. I was a little disappointed in not having a refrigerator in my room.

The hotel was farther away from the downtown tourist district. The hotel was a little worse for wear. It is getting older and is need of some updating. Room was cleanish, not as i would have liked but I stayed anyway. Bathroom was small. Fridge was dirty and the door did not shut all the way. The front desk staff was friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems.

The bed was not very comfortable but overall it worked.

Checked-in by a wonderful young lady. However, the hotel was a bit dank & musty smelling. The rooms were small, but functional. The beds were firm, almost like sleeping on boards. Our bed mattress was sunk-in slighty. I checked all the sheets & everything was clean. The bathroom was extremely clean but small. Location is kinda hard to find at first, […] but right next to the Cracker Barrel. We walked over and ate dinner there. It wasn't the best Cracker Barrel that I've eaten at (biscuits tough, vegetables not seasoned like normal), but was better than driving-around to find something else. We were there to shop in Frankenmuth, so it was a short drive the next morning. While the room was okay for our intents, I think if I was returning I'm sorry to say I think we'd check other places. 더 보기

extremely difficult to find and enter the hotel

Good clean hotel.Has a Cracker Barrel right across the street but no heavy traffic to cross. Handy to Birch Run and Frankenmuth. We only stayed overnight and shopped so we didn`t use the pool and other things.

My husband and I stayed here during a weekend getaway to Frankenmuth...it was close to Frankemuth right off I-75. We were very pleased with the room...it felt more like a bedroom than a hotel room. The only complaint I have is that the ice machine on our floor was not working..it wasn't even plugged in and the machines on the other floors were out […] of ice. Close to food, shopping and of course Frankenmuth. Hotel staff courteous; hotel under renovation at time of stay. Room was clean and as expected. Continental breakfast was very basic. Would stay here again

I checked in later at night than I had planned and did not notice at first there were no towels or washcloths in the room at all - the first time I had ever experienced that at any hotel! Although the staff was immediately responsive when I went to the front desk, it was a real inconvenience.

Hotel room had burns in the carpet also the bed was very uncomfortable. Room smelled a little musty and the carpet could have used a good cleaning. It was a little sticky and my socks were black after walking on it for a while. Room could have been dusted a little better.

Rooms are all wonderful...Rooms are so very clean. Pool is well maintained and kept up beautifully all of the time. Stay here more then 5 times...always come back...Staff & Continental breakfast quite good here. All the way around. You won't be disappointed in the service department. Get as many pillows or towels needed during your stay. Best price […] for the money. Only think lacking...is good internet speed on hotels own Dinner room location...rather slow at best there. We stayed here after visiting Frankenmuth. It doesn't look like much from the outside and is quite close to the highway, but the furnishings were exceptional and the room was gorgeous. The indoor pool was nice. Also right next to hiking trails. In-room fridge also a plus!

horrible- we will never go back- staff was VERY unaccomadating

The lobby and our adjoining rooms had a distinct cat urine smell. Our room had a nice burn on the floor where someone had set down the iron and the drain from our tap leaked. We were happy with the price and relieved we were very busy outside of the hotel for the duration of our stay.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Gave third nite for same rate secured online (hotels.com). Easy to access from highway and approx. 10 mins to Frankenmuth and Birch Run premier outlet shopping. Hotel had a funky smell but couldn't quite pin point it...although not revolting. Small pool but does the trick. Continental breakfast was so so...it is […] to be expected. Bagels, muffins, oatmeal, cereal, bananas, orange juice and coffee. Cracker barrel next door to have breakfast if you want. Small fridge and microwave in room which was convenient.
