During my stay, the area was hit by severe storms which included heavy hail. The hotel lost electric power which had not been completely restored by the time of my checkout. The staff, however, in the face of this adversity, were able to maintain a very professional level of service, including offering the hot breakfast in the morning. Honestly for the Price this place is Awesome. I love the new Flat Screen TV with onscreen channel Guide. It makes me feel like I am using DISH at home. Beds are also very comfortable. The only issue I had at this location was the cleaning person POUNDING on my door at 8:30 AM. My customers usually dont open until after 11 am so I tend to work late and […] sleep late. Was very happy with the price. Clerks were very friendly and polite and was able to help us get on the right roads to find the hospital where a member of our family had a biopsy scheduled. Room was very comfortable and clean. Just wished that there had been somewhere close by to eat. There was a call in menu to a contracted restaurant that delivered […] but didn't have alot of options on it and the pricing of the food was high and a the food wasn't very good. The food call in wasn't operated by the hotel. The continental breakfast offered by the hotel was very nice and well stocked. Granddaughter loved the waffles. Was disappointed with this hotel. We have stayed in other La Quinta's and had good luck but this was not the case here. Had to clean the toilet seat before using it....nasty! The noise level was crazy loud from road noise. Front desk staff were all super friendly but that was the only great thing about this hotel. Will not stay there again.

If you need to stay in the St. Louis County area, this is probably the best rate, but, be prepared for a below average hotel. This was probably the dirtiest hotel I have stayed at in years: Coffee pot with visible crud when you opened it; scum around the vanity faucet; HVAC unit that has not been descummed in a decade; a toilet that does not flush without […] holding down the handle: and an exhaust fan vent that probably has Jimmy Hoffa's DNA in it. Although the staff appeared to be courteous and efficient, there was no shuttle. Taxi service was paid by voucher but time spent waiting was a bit more excessive than a shuttle....

Good place to stay for a good price. A bit noisy, lots of kids in the halls, but other than that, the room was great.

The staff was very competent upon check in and check out. They apologized when a drunk tripped and fell into me during check in (he was taking outside). The room had a large sticky spot under the desk. Other than that the room was in OK condition. The people in the next room were loud. That was during the weekend. During the week the hotel is filled […] with adults. Avoid the dodgy sports bar in front of the place. There are much better places to eat and enjoy a drink just down the street. Most of the complaints about the place regarded cleanliness. Check over the room first before you move your stuff in. This hotel had a great deal. I only stayed one night but I could have stayed more. Location was very good, both the neighborhood and hotel transportation.

Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. They were always courteous and kind. The hotel was clean and in a good location. Would definitely stay there again.

La Quinta Maryland Heights was easily accessable. Tiunna at desk was very helpful and eager to please as was the the night desk clerk but I didn't get her name

Service was fine. Condition of the hotel could be better. First room was dirty. Second was tolerable for the amount paid and the short time in the room. Not recommended even on budget rates.

Would recommend refrigerator in the room

This is an older motel, formerly another brand, I'm sure, and not up to the quality of the La Quinta I know. Interior of our room and bathroom need some upgrading/redecorating and maintenance! For example, towel rack falling off the wall!

Breakfast was good but I was so tired I just needed to rest. Wish they had more cable channels but I enjoyed myself.

I rented 3 rooms. One had the lock break and could not get in or out for a long time. Another had a sink that was stooped up and took 20 minutes to drain. Also, the highway noise is very loud and the heating unit did not have a fan setting to drown out the noise. Beds were comfortable and the location great. Every La Quinta I've been in has been has been fantastic. And I appreciate the desk space and free room internet. That said, I'd have liked to have a fridge for my children's leftovers and a microwave to reheat it with. Oh well.

Toilet water didnt want to flush. Shower was cold for 20mins before getting warm not hot. Staff was friendly. Ran out of towels...

While it is a fifteen minute ride to/from the airport this hotel is well worth the ride, it is the cleanest and best of the discount hotels near the the airport

cant beat it for the money

My husband and I took a trip to St.Louis and stayed at LaQuinta Inn in St. Louis Maryland Heights. The beds are very comfortable.We where close to all major atttractions. The hotel rates are very reasonable and the serve was awesome. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

This hotel is in serious need of some carpet replacement and an update.

I stay with my family in the hotel. My wife gave 4 Star. Nice place to stay with the price. Can't go bad. We recommend this hotel.

Stayed 4 days had room serviced one time, no clean towels, no new coffee packets, bathroom door did not close, bolt on toliet seat was not attached, and no light in desk light.

Great place to stay if you're planning to attend a concert at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, as it's barely a 10 min drive. Definitely cheaper than closer hotels. Not a luxury hotel by any means, but if all you require is a clean place to sleep, this fits the bill. Decent free breakfast for the cost as well. The hotel was nice. Clean comfortable room. Next to a very busy street with a lot of semi truck traffic. I love that they allow pets.

Two of the four days we were there the hotel did not make our beds or change our linen. When asked why not, we were told because" we had C-PAP machine on the nightstand." What does a C-PAP machine on the nightstand have to do with changing linen or making the bed? Customer service was horrible.

Nice room, good rates. We stay here regularly when in St Louis and the hotel is always friendly and well kept.

it was nice but we missed not having a pool if it had a pool i think more peopl would stay but the food was good thay had a nice varitey the desk people were nice and gave us more blikets and pillows so that was good .

I would never stay here again. I actually like staying @ Laquinta, I just accidentally selected the wrong location. I would recommendthe particular hotel to anyone
