싱가포르 올드시티 초입에 있어서 싱가포르를 처음 방문하는 관광객에게 매우 유리. 부기스 MRT 역에 인접하여 모든 지역으로 이동하기가 편리하고 대중적이면서 깨끗한 시장과 푸드센터가 많음. 특히 한국인들이 여기서 부터 시작하면 도보나 MRT, 택시 등으로 시내 중심가의 어느 곳이나 접근이 용이하다. 래플즈시티, 마리나베이, 클라크키, 오차드 등이 다 접근가능. 호텔 깨끗하고 적절한 가격대로서 인터내셔녈 관광객에게 무리 없음

가격대비 너무 별로 였어요.인도사람이 90프로 이상이었으며 조식도 인도 음식이 대부분 이어서 음식도 입맛에 안맞고 주위에 쇼핑몰도 없고 환경도 별로였어요.가격대비 절대 비추입니다.

저희는 이곳에 9박 10일 동안 있었고 다른 분들에게도 추천합니다. 저희는 방을 2개 예약했었는데 접수처에서 저희에게 붙어있는 방을 줘서 기뻤어요. 호텔 방은 정말 깨끗하고 객실 청소는 좋았어요. 방이 장식 면에서 약간 오래됐지만 저희가 필요한 건 다 있었고 저희가 시내를 탐험하도록 훌륭한 기반이 됐죠. 만일 별 4-5개짜리를 원한다면 여긴 맞지 않을 거예요. 하지만 친절한 직원들이 있는 별 3개짜리의 적정한 품질을 원한다면 이곳에 묵을 만한 가치가 있습니다.

이 호텔은 싱가포르의 아랍구역에 위치해 있습니다. 다양하고 훌륭한 자그마한 아랍 음식점과 도심에 가깝습니다. 호텔은 굉장히 오래돼서 완전히 새로 보수공사를 해야 할 것 같은 인상을 줍니다. 저는 성수기에 있었기 때문에 가격이 더 비쌌고 호텔의 실내장식과 오래된 것을 고려한다면 꽤 비싸다는 생각을 했어요. 첫째 밤 사용한 1인용 침대는 매우 딱딱하고 2개의 베개 중 하나는 너무 딱딱하고 다른 하나는 너무 폭신폭신했어요. 가구는 매우 검소했으며 흠집과 자국이 많아 낡은 표시가 드러났어요. 화장실도 매우 작고 단순하고 욕조 주변의 밀봉재는 매우 지저분하고 모퉁이에 곰팡이가 폈어요. 제가 싱가포르에서 투숙한 호텔 중에서 최악이 […] 었어요. 더 보기

훌륭한 위치. 아름다운 수영장 구역. 객실은 보통 - 약간 업데이트가 필요했어요. 이 호텔의 유일한 단점은 휴식을 취할만한 곳이 수영장 구역을 제외하고는 없었다는 겁니다. 접수처는 영화관 대기실에 있는 것 같았어요! 주말은 피하세요. 결혼식 피로연을 장대하게 치러 전체적으로 지나치게 운영한다는 거죠.

The rooms are very comfy and the staff are very efficient and friendly. However I was a bit annoyed that while I was having a nap with my fiance on my 2nd day in the hotel, the reception called me to come down to the reception for deposit which puzzled me as to why they only mentioned this upon check in and trouble me to go all the way down to the lobby? […] I hope that such careless incidents won't happen again as overall it was a lovely stay and I would definitely return to Landmark Village again. 더 보기

I stayed for 2 days at the Landmark Village Hotel . My room was nice and clean but with a queen bed. Hotel has a indian restaurant inside and serves nice food . Lack of communication between Hotel.com as booking allowed to book deluxe smoking room, but during check in, the receptionist told deluxe room all none smoking!

The staff were patient, efficient and friendly even when I was being a little difficult during my check in due to my room being available only at 4 pm when I reached at 2 pm. The duty manager on duty during my check in was reliable enough to pull some strings to get the room ready as soon as possible.

Service at reception was very slow, always not enough staff available, house keeping not very helpful i.e. room service. Everything else was very good, good location, safe area to walk around at night, and staff where excellent when you finally got to speak to them.

The hotel was in an excellent location, within walking distance to bugis junction and Arab st, and the room was clean and modern, however the service was appalling. Staff at reception and bell counter were rude. I travelled with 4 other adults whom between them had 7 children and the staff did nothing to accommodate our requests. For example my cousin […] called the bell counter for someone to pick up the bags before check out and when she advised them she had 8 bags (including hand luggage) the person rudely replied "8 bags?!" as if the request was ludicrous. Also be careful what you leave in your room when putting on the "make up room" sign on as my sister and i had half packed and left a number of plastic bags lying around near our suitcases and were going to double check them when we finished packing however on our return all the plastic bags were gone (which were nowhere near the bins), so we didn't get to double check if we had left any items in there. The lifts were also shocking and functioning properly. They kept going up when you pressed down and vice versa and we heard a lot of other people complaining about it too. Also I wouldn't recommend the travel agent near reception to book tours or universal studios tickets etc...very dodgy! She gave us some very misleading information because we weren't paying cash and made up some excuse about her credit card machine not working. Overall I would probably stay here again if they fixed the lifts and improved their service. 더 보기

Not a happy stay at this hotel. Was clearly set up for tour groups. The location is fantastic near to the Bugis MRT and shops, pity the hotel is so run down. Breakfast is just terrible which added to costs as we had to go out for it. The newly renovated rooms are a definite improvement over the old. Only drawback was that there was still renovation work being undertaken - slightly noisy even on Sundays.Also the lifts need improving too. Thanks!

this hotel has an excellent location, but it needs major renovation and ti be cleaner. Surprisingly the swimming pool was in excellent clean conditions, but rooms were kind of ok.

We used this hotel as a base for attending the Singapore Grand Prix in 2011 and again in 2012. The location is fantastic. Just one stop from City Hall on the underground means that you can be inside the circuit in half an hour.

Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Hotel is clean and well looked after. Pool area very nice and well kept. Beds were comfortable and we did sleep well during the night; However! the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything! that goes on in the rooms around you. Most annnoying thing was the doors slamming closed from an early […] hour every morning, (i know some hotel room doors are setup in a way as to ensure they close tight upon exiting the room, (and fair enought too) but with the thin walls around you this is very loud and woke us up very early everyday). 2 mornings out of 4 this (noisy closing doors) was very consistent as there was a very large group of touist's from an organised tour bus occupying the majority of the hotel, who all departed at the crack of dawn. (i'm not a light sleeper either). So the noise factor from other guests / and maybe normal hotel operations and services (which, you know; is probably just people doing their normal thing and their jobs, etc) is not helped by the ability for noise's to be easily dispersed throughout the floor. For small family with 2 children, this hotel is accomodating enough as temporary homestay in Singapore. Distance isn't becaming handycap. Halal food also easily finding and available with many option. Very close to Sultan mosque with keep maintaining Malay tradition. Very disappointed by Hotel. We waited a considerable time to be served on arrival and the reception staff were disinterested, We found the carpets in the passageways and room very shabby. The room contained no information about the Hotel's sevices. It was difficult to book a shuttle bus to the airport the following morning. We would have liked to have […] had a light breakfast before leaving but the 2 restaurants only served full buffet breakfasts and there were no shops open outside the Hotel. When we mentioned this on check-out we were told we should have ordered a Room Service breakfast. With no Hotel information in the room this was not possible. Whilst the hotel is slightly dated in appearance, the room sizes are generous and the hotel is conveniently located for my purposes. Wifi is not free as standard but is inculded in some of the booking packages.
