Hotels.com gave us a reasonable rate for a one night stay. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Breakfast was satisfactory. The room was pleasant and comfortable. Overall, nice stay.

why this is such a basic thing for every hotel to have.

Excellent location! Right around the corner to plenty of shopping and variety of restaurants! About a 15 minute drive to the train station for the Polar Express! Would recommend and stay again!!

Stayed at this hotel while attending a funeral out of state. Other family members also stayed but did not book through h.c - those that did (3 of us) were given rooms near elevator, ice machine, over the front door that opened and closed all night - you get the picture. The second you walk into the hotel it reaks of cigarettes, and I smoke every so often and I was even offended by it. The next thing that shocked me was while I was walking down the stairs the stench was overwhelming. It smelled like a wet dog in a locker room. My bathroom also smelled a little stale. The rooms desperately need redecorating. My room […] had a recliner in it that had cigarette burns (even though I was in a non smoking room) and a grease/black stain where your head would rest. Why would you leave that in a hotel room? It made me wonder about the cleanliness of everything else... 더 보기

Front desk staff is adequate, not particularly helpful about amenities and nearby restaurants, just doing their job, no more. No extra towels at the spa, so you need to bring one from your room, unusually awkward. Suites are very nice and comfortable.

We have stayed in several La Quinta's and this was unfortunately a bad experience. We arrived later than we planed or I would probably have cancelled the reservation. Check in was ok but as we walked to the room I could smell an odor in the hall. When we opened the room it smelled like my sons closet (arm pit city). The tub/ shower was clean but there […] was hair in the corner of the floor and a large nasty stain behind the door on the wall that just needed a maid to clean it up. Plus the towel rack was bent. The house keeping was very bad. If there was a leak causing the stench it should have been repaired and the carpets cleaned. The is no excuse for the hair/ dirt on the bathroom floor and stain on the wall other than very poor housekeeping structure. I would have moved rooms at a minimum or changed hotels had I not been exhausted. Nothing worse than waking up with arm pit stench or not feeling comfortable placing luggage on the floor (we left on top of the cabinets at all times). The first room we were given smelled horribly like cigarette smoke but we were immediately changed to a different room which was much better. The hotel was old and the elevator had a funky smell, but the room was very clean and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Good value for the price. Close to the major highways. 20 mins or so from Cleveland. Free breakfast was adequate.

We were disappointed that we requested non-smoking rooms and both room had a strong oder of tobacco. When we went to the front desk all they kept saying is that we got the rooms from Expedia and that was it. We had to go out and purchase room deodorizers They did not however charge extra for the dogs. That was nice.

Very friendly front desk staff. Pool and hot tub clean and nice. First time there was enough blankets on a bed in a hotel, so that was nice. But get your breakfasts early! They cleaned up the breakfast station 10 minutes early and even took down the coffee. People couldn't get food..

The hotel was great for the price. Needed some updating but we were comfortable enough. AC worked, staff was great, and food was near. Would stay there again.

Hotel was nice, pool was nice, spa tub was nice, my room was nice, breakfast was nice. I had never stayed in a La Quinta so I was pleased. My only grip was getting to the hotel was a nightmare, but thats probably more Clevlands fault then LaQuinta. The exits were messed up and confusing. Clean, convenient. Couldn't get a nonsmoking room when I reserved one but we checked in pretty late. Still seems like a reserved room should be available. Room fine except for old bedding, bed very comfortable.

The hotel has a convenient location with plenty of good restaurants. Clean room, quiet location.

rates were good bed was too soft hair on bathroom floor good to have pets(major factor in our stay) friendly staff nice pool and spa close to gas and food

Moved to Louisville, Kentucky over a year ago. I'm not sure if it's the depressing weather or what, but coming back for a baby shower reminded us of why we left. Rude people, cold weather, and less than clean surroundings made it great to go back home to Kentucky. The bathtub was not clean around the drain lever fixture and the drain leaked out water when I filled it for a bath, otherwise the room was clean and pleasant. We came to Cleveland to visit the Rock and Roll and Football Hall of Fames. This hotel was very comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was accommodating and the Breakfast was wonderful. great hotel for money

The hotel is clean and pleasant but could use a little upgading. The bathroom sink was cracked , the bed was very comfortable but the bedding seemed old and worn. TV old. Staff friendly and pleasant. Free breakfast was fine.

I was really pleased with everthing. All the staff were outstanding. We didn't have any need or question that wasn't answered promptly and correctly !!!! Kudos to your EXCELLENT staff!!!!!!

Arrived late at night. Quick check in with friendly staff. Room was as I ordered. Very outdated. Smelled odd. I was on the first floor and I think there were only a few others in the entire hotel. I left early the next am for a meeting. Breakfast was average. Waffle, boiled eggs, 2 kinds of Cereal, Bagels and juice, muffins and danish. I returned about […] 11:00 to change and check out. I found that housekeeping had come in and "cleaned" my room. I changed and gathered my stuff, brushed my teeth and used the rest room. I then check out and complained that they had cleaned the room. Stating that I hoped they went back and did it over before the next person. I was told that housekeeping had to clean my room to keep on schedule. Very odd considering there were very few people in the hotel. I also felt very nervous in the parking lot. Over all not real safe. I will not stay here again. Convenient and well-priced hotel; clean and comfortable. Service no more than average but everything was above ave. Would stay again.

I had a chance to rendez-vous with my sister who was in the same neighborhood paying $89 a night to stay at a motel that wasn't any nicer than the LaQuinta. She couldn't believe what we were paying, remarking, "Does it have running water and electricity?" The bed was great, the TV was okay (not HDTV), the cleanliness superb. Very accommodating. We had traveled from Florida all night and arrived prior to check in time. They allowed us to check in early (10:30am) so we could take a nap and shower before attending a 3:00pm wedding. We also traveled with our dog and they were so sweet to him. We enjoyed our short stay and appreciated their wonderful attitude and service.
