It was a fair price. The room was clean and comfortable and had the necessary amenities to live at the setting for longer than a vacation. The staff was helpful and generally accomodating although you cannot reschedule your housekeeping day which was a bit annoying. 1. The stove did not work in the first room, so had to wait for them to get us into the second room. 2. Location is right off the highway, but not in a good neighbourhood as such.

It was great. Clean, quiet, safe, friendly, cheap.

I understand that this is a extended stay hotel, but the rooms still need to be cleaned before a new person takes over a room. We didn't want to touch the bathroom until we went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it ourselves. The people in the other rooms were sitting outside in chairs and they were kinda scary, but that's not the hotel's fault. […] I would have not stayed here by myself out of safety reasons. At night when we made it to the room we locked all of the locks on the door, out of fear, even though we were on the 3rd floor in a corner. The only reason we picked this hotel is because of the price and we are college students who were coming in town for a wedding so we were looking for something reasonable. I have stayed at this hotel chain in other locations and it has never been this bad. I was surprised and if I had to do it over I would have just paid the money to stay in a better hotel. 더 보기

When making the reservation, I was told I could check in at 8am, but when we got to the hotel, we were told that checkin was at 3pm. We needed to checkout at 6am and checkout is at 11am, so we were told to leave the key in the room. There were no cups, ice. We couldn't get the a/c regulated and at 2:30 am the garbage truck came. i wouldn't recommed this hotel to no one.. no swimming pool ( i was told they had one) have to pay for the internet service, no ice machine, only a few t.v. channels...nothing for children to do. room was nasty.

This place is definitely a good value for the money. Unlike similar hotels at this level, there were no other guests outside grilling in the open hallways, nor sets of construction worker shoes hanging from doornobs to dry. The front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful. The surrounding neighborhood tends to shut down at 10p, but at least there's […] a Starbucks the opens early across the street. Don't believe the hype in other reviews about the there being too much noise from the highway: there is a car-wash across the street, but the noise isn't that bad. The flip side from that is that, the airconditioning in my room was really loud. Too loud. But consider it white noise to drown out whatever is going on in the street/car wash. Oh, and the cable tv selection bites rocks. But one doesn't stay there to watch tv. 더 보기

Our room was filled with fleas and roaches. Yes those things are normally but when you are away from home for a weekend get away, you want to enjoy your room in comfort. I was very uncomfortable because I was bitten several times and I accidentally left food on the counter and guess what happen? Roaches crawled in it. Another thing I was charged 57 […] on my debit card and I reserved the room for 40. That was very deceitful to me. I would not stay at this hotel again. I am in Mobile at least once a month and I will not stay there next month. I might could have dealt with the roaches but fleas that's a no. The hotel was appropriately priced for the condition and service. I would stay here again because I'm not too picky. It was clean enough, although housekeeping services were not consistent. I'd recommend that the hotel put ashtrays in the hallways as there were a lot of smokers tossing their butts on the ground. First time staying at an Extended stay and I'm not a picky person. Could have been a bit more clean... again ok for one night.

My Stay was awsome. They look out for the security of my things, maintenance, tidiness, everything is perfect. I never had to ask for anything and I was totally comfortable. I am garunteed to come back many many times more.

For the price the hotel is fine, but make sure you don't get a room on the backside where the interstate is. The traffic noise is not pleasant thru the thin walls, kept waking me up thru out the night. But if you are on the other side of the building away from the highway, I would think you would be just fine. I think this hiotel is a good value for the money. It has a full-size fridge,microwave and am electric stove. Great if you're there for a fews days and want to save on eating out. There hotel in right off the interstate and iit was nice and quiet during my stay. The first room they gave us was terrible but we had a reservation for 2 nights and the 2nd night they put us in a really nice room. They also issued us a voucher for a free night to make up for the first night which was very bad. Overall the hotel staff was very helpful and they dealt with our situation quickly and moved us to a different room as soon […] as we let them know we were not happy. 더 보기

Nice room layout, although there were quite a few temporary workers there who were quite noisy and rude at 5:30am when they were getting up (repeated knocking on their coworkers doors to get them up, loud walking across the floor). Having a small kitchen was very convenient, even though there weren't many dishes/pans, it was adequate for 2 people.

I checked in pretty late since I was driving from out of state. Front desk staff was not very friendly and seemed like she was ready to go home. It was like a wham bam thank you mam check-in. Over all it was OK nothing special.

The hotel was Outstanding for the price we paid. It would be nice if there was somwere to get ice at the hotel.

I would not stay here at all. phone did work , no hair drys, they should not be flying the flag! it was over all drity

The hotel room had a funny smell, but that was listed on other reviews. We checked in late at night and our key would not work. it took about 30 minutes before we could actually get someone up to the room to get the door open.

The cost of the hotel exceeded the expectations. The place came equipped with a kitchen so we could have prepared a meal there without adding any other expense to the trip. Staff was friendly. We had to pay for the internet, but at a such a low cost for the room it was a fare exchange.

The stairs and walkway needed cleaning. The refrigerator in my room contained food left by a previous geast. The iron did not get hot. Other then those things the room and hotel was fine.

Room on whole was clean and well-maintain-ed;price was competitive; however,hallways were filthy with old cigarette butts, trash and dirt (condition reported to management at check-out).

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. I didn't have any problems with anything... the room was clean, although it was a little smelly. The last time I stayed here I was in a different room that was smelly too. Air works well and it was nice to have a kitchen in the hotel, especially when you're out of town for multiple days. There was a small fee for internet […] access which really wasn't worth it because the service was extremely slow. There were a lot of construction workers staying at the hotel, which did make me feel uncomfortable from time to time while walking into my room. I researched a lot of hotels and read many reviews before deciding on to stay at this hotel. You honestly can't beat the price in Mobile. It's located in a nice location off the highway and very easy to get to. I inspected the room upon arrival and everything was fine. Although I was unable to get a wake-up call and an extra pillow for my husband the room was nice.

Although it wasn't the most comfortable stay I have ever had, for the price it was fabulous. We had a no smoking room with a queen size bed. The room was clean and the bed was large enough for my husband and I. It was VERY firm. He loved it, however, I prefer a softer mattress. There were two tables and internet access. The refrigerator, oven, sink, […] and microwave were all in good condition and working order. The bathroom was clean and working well. It was not 5 star quality, but most certainly adequate. It is located just outside the poorer area of mobile. But, it was perfectly safe.
