Overall the property is good, but the reason I chose it (close to airport) is also why I rated the comfort level lower than the rest. At about 5:30am I started hearing jets taking off and landing, which made it tough to sleep.

Pay-per-view didn't work in room, and front desk staff was less-than helpful. Walls & flooring are wearing, especially in bathroom. Tub backed up after a long shower, and water from sink ran all over the counter. There was no operating fan in the bathroom, so even a quick shower resulted in thick condensation all over everything in there!

Stayed here when taking my daughter to the airport. Could not have asked for a better location. The staff was very helpful and kind. Took the hotel shuttle to the airport before 6:30am. I had not been to an airport in years, thus I missed the return shuttle for being in the wrong location, but it was no problem for them to send it a second time. Free morning service was good enough. access from airport was good.

I stay in this hotel at least 6 times a year while flying out of CMH. You can leave your car in their lot for $5 a day and take the shuttle to the airport. The hotel is always clean and quiet. No frills just cheap and convenient. The only negative is the lack of an elevator but for the money pony up and carry your bag up the stairs.

The room was good, clean and comfortable. I just wish they had an elevator.

Nice, large "suite" rooms, but...outdated wifi that would not work with my laptop, kindle, or iPhone (it is somewhat telling that the connection instructions covered only through Windows XP operating systems). Reception on the outdated tube TV was absolutely terrible on just about every channel. If you are a light sleeper and turn in early, this is […] probably not the motel for you, as airplane noise is pretty significant through about 11 pm. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean. If you are on a tight budget, this is the most room you will likely get at the price. 더 보기

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. I stay in Columbus several times a month and this is my new favorite location. The only concern is that they do not have automatic doors on the front doors for people with disabilities. They also do not have an elevator, so people with disabilities need to be on the limited number of first floor rooms.

The room was great. Room amenities were more than we expected. My only suggestion would be putting automatic doors into lobby. It was difficult getting in with luggage.

Good experience, on the airport property, nice room, great value. Would recommend!

We stayed one night because we had a very early flight. The hotel was very easy to get to and to get to the airport to catch our flight.

Good for a one night stay.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice the room was. Very clean and well kept. Excellent Location. Less than 5 minutes to the airport. The shuttle service was very good. The front desk person was extremely helpful and friendly. Internet connection was decent and the quality of room was overall great.

When I checked in, they booked me on the second floor. I asked where is the elevator and was informed, " we have NO ELEVATOR", I was shocked. I am 67 yrs. old, and I had to two pieces of luggage because I was flyng out the next mourning. I asked if there were any rooms on the first floor, she said yes, but I requested two queens and that room happend […] to be on the second floor. The only reason I did was because the web site said that was all they had available. The female desk clerk finally gave me a room on the first floor, but I could tell she didn't like it. When I finally got into my room, it was a handicap room, which she did not tell me. The room was not very comfortable for me. I asked for a wake-up call, which I never got. Thank goodness I set the alarm clock. I will not stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone. 더 보기

This was an okay hotel....it needs an update badly. Tiles were stained in the bathroom and the early morning shift employee was brusk and impatient when we checked out.

I stayed at this hotel two nights - the first upon arriving in Columbus late at night and the second time was the night before an early flight out the next morning. The first stay was fine. Clean room. The breakfast is adequate but nothing special and minimal with regards to healthy breakfast food. The second stay was disgusting. When I went to go to […] bed I found the sheets were dirty - hair and crumbs and something on the pillow case. I had a double room as I had my son with me. His bed was clean. I called the front desk and they were very apologetic and quick to bring clean sheets. They offered to change the bed but I preferred to do it myself and gave them the dirty sheets. The location is great but there are many chain hotels in the area to choose from. I cannot recommend this hotel based on the dirty sheets. Sorry, but in my opinion that is just unacceptable! 더 보기

The hotel is clean & comfortable. McDonald in 2 minutes walking distance. The only problem was, there was no elevator. So if you carry many carriages or problem walking up & down the stair, make sure to get a room in 1st floor.

Great location just minutes from airport. 5 days free vehicle parking and $5/day for second car.

I had to change my room twice because there was an unpleasant chemical odor in the hallways and both rooms I was given on the ground floor. I finally relocated to a room on the second floor. This hotel was very clean with very friendly, professional staff. The continental breakfast was more than sufficient. Rooms are very bright and well maintained. We needed extra bedding and it was provided without question. I was impressed with the fact that we were next door to the airport and could not hear the planes landing or taking off.

Everyone behind the desk was very friendly and very helpful!! They let us have a late check out. The breakfast was really nice. All the regular stuff but also eggs, and bacon. because we had a late check out, the manager invited us to a icecream buffet that she had planned for the staff. Very happy with the stay.

I stayed at this same hotel before a trip last year and took advantage of their airport shuttle and park/fly options so I thought we'd give it another try. I was a little disappointed this time. There was a very loud creak under the shower and the room furniture/tv could really use some updating. The breakfast is great and includes hot items like waffles […] and scrambled eggs. A good hotel for the value price if you're just looking for a place to stay before a flight. The airport shuttle is quick and convenient. Wouldn't recommend for longer stays. 더 보기

Great hotel to stay at. Only complaint was no bar at hotel.

Clean, comfortable, quiet , for the money what do you need?

Although next to the airport our room was quiet and we didn't hear planes land or take off. Very easy access to the hiways for getting around Columbus. The breakfast could have had a little bit more varity to choose from.

Staff was courteous but room air was stale and moldy smelling.

Hotel has a fantastic hot breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage together with the usual: cereal, breakfast breads.

This hotel was great. Check-in went smoothly. They have a terrific breakfast, free, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc.We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel desperayrly needs an elevator!! This would be our chief complaint.

Easy acess to local shops/entertainment and still at the airport. Overall great beginning to the family vacation.
