This hotel was close enough, but not too close to the airport. Easy drive back to get my return flight. Hotel was friendly, nice big rooms (more than expected) and great free breakfast. I'd stay there again.

Great hotel, very clean, but small beds. They are narrower than full-size so if you are planning to sleep four people to a room, make sure they are all narrow people.

The staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and nice. Will stay there again next time I'm in town

We had a wonderful stay! Hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and quite serious about making our stay a good experience. The restaurant they recommended near the hotel (Charlston) was excellent. If ever in Oklahoma City again, we will definitely stay at this hotel!

Everything you need as a business traveler. I wish there were more hyatt places around so I can stay more often. Nice flat screen in the room that swivels from the couch to the nice king size bed. Free high speed internet in the rooms and free breakfast. Small fitness center allows you to get your heart rate going. Bathrooms a small and cramped but […] that would be my only complaint. 더 보기

We were very pleased with our stay. The only thing is that we were told free hot breakfast and there was a charge for the hot breakfast. The free breakfast was a continental breakfast.

It is a above average hotel. Good for stay close to the airport. The breakfast area is good and comfortable. However I felt the staff did find the need to please their guest. Not a very motivated staff. Overall good.

I stayed here because of the convenience to the airport. It was a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay the night. There is a large selection of restaurants close by. The air-conditioning was wonderful in the Oklahoma heat.

Clean establishment, super friendly staff, easy check in/out w kiosk located at front door, free breakfast, free wi-fi, all great. Check-in/Check-out was super easy @ the kiosk. The hotel was clean & staff were very eager to help or assist with anything.

Pros: -very clean and SPACIOUS -free parking -great customer service! -the room! loved it! -can't really hear other people next door Cons: -at times need more than one front desk person -no lotion in room, need to ask front desk -sink pressure very low

Stayed at the Hyatt for business. They always have comfortable beds. This hotel particular hotel needs some updating in the bathrooms and the rugs are pretty worn. The service was great and the pool clean.

room needed a little maintenance, but was clean and convenient. Staff was good.

Great place! Workers were very helpful and nice. Check in/out was super easy with kiosk. It took less than a minute. Easily slept 6 ppl in our deluxe room. I would go back for sure!

these rooms have a big sitting area, nice couch and desk area. very nice for the price we paid. Didn't spend much time there except to sleep so didn't use any amenities except breakfast(cereal, toast, bagels. coffee and juice.)

Although I am sure this doesn't happen everyday, at 1:40 in the morning, the anchors holding the curtains up fell down. No way to fix it and we were on the first floor facing the parking lot! They told us to leave our stuff and go to another room, but who wants to leave computer, camera, jewelry, etc. in another room. We had to get up early and go back […] to the original room before the cleaning staff came. The hotel said because I booked online they couldn't do anything. It is a really nice hotel and we will probably stay there again, but they could have done something if they wanted to. Good customer service is always an option! Loved everything about this hotel from its boutique look, to the excellent (included) breakfast, to the extremely friendly and helpful staff. I would suggest you look no further than the Hyatt Place at 1818 on Meridian for your accommodation needs in Oklahoma. Right out the front door - most within walking distance - are enough food choices from fast […] food to mid price range to keep you going for 4-5 days and more choices available within a 5 minute drive. Cool but rooms next to elevator are noisy and doors are thin. You can hear in the hallway very clearly. The cheaper priced rooms may be the ones next to the elevator. Other than than really cool place.

This is the 3rd time I've booked myself at a Hyatt Place and I've not been disappointed yet. Free internet, free breakfast, confortable bed and a bid flat screen to watch sports or rent a movie. Kicked back one night a laid down on the sofa and coverd up with the blanket and watched a little TV. The refrigerater in the room was handy too. The airport […] shuttle there in OKC came in real handy as I did not have to rent a car and I did not have to get anyone to take me back at the crack of dawn the day I left. 더 보기

Very nice hotel, in a good location near many restaurants and gas stations. Right off of I-44 and I-40.

Everyone on this hotels staff was very helpful and friendly. From the front desk to the shuttle driver. Bartender to the morning staff stocking breakfast items (which was excellant), I highly recommend this hotel and what a value. Outstanding.

I enjoy Hyatt Place hotels because they are easy to access and affordable. The rooms are comfortable and have plenty of space.. The o/c staff were very friendly.

When we walked in the staff greeted us and were nice to us. Gave us an option to check in a sefl check kiosk or have a staff member check us in. We had a minor issue on booking two rooms under one but they wanted to different credit cards from the guest. That was resolved quickly. We had one other issue with the cleanliness. Both rooms itself were clean […] but the for some odd reason the room I was the bath tub/shower wasn't clean to my standards as I thought a Hyatt Place should've been. After our stay I asked mentioned to another member in our party who was in a different room and they said they were satisfied with the room they thought their bathroom was a bit dirty as well.
