Very convenient, clean and reasonable compared to casino hotels

Stayed at the Sheraton on a Saturday night on the Club Level.....It was a busy day in the hotel with what seemed to be members of a fraternity staying there as well as a high school prom....Between these two groups, the lobby was rowdy and full of people at times so I'm glad that we were on the Club Level and away from their blocks of rooms.....To get […] to the Club Level, you need to use your key card in the elevator, this did not always work and we got stuck having to go back down and using a different elevator (best advice, wait until the doors are closed and the elevator starts moving, seemed to work best)....The 16th floor is where the Club Level offers free breakfast (yogurt, bagels, pastries, fresh fruit) and free food in the afternoon from 4-7pm...The night we were there they had out fresh fruit and vegetables, a cheese platter, a pasta dish with chicken and vegetables, desserts...They also had soda (served in glass bottles), coffee/tea and water...The refrigerated water is available 24/7 and is complimentary...Our room was clean and comfortable...Nothing special, but exactly what we were expecting...The location is a bit off the Boardwalk so depending on the casino you are going to, you may need to take a cab...Very close to the outlets and shopping...The doorman will call a cab for you when you're leaving if you need it...Valet parking was $20 and no hassle....Overall a good stay that was made better by the privacy, quietness and amenities of the Club Level 더 보기

We had a ball during our stay at the Sheraton Hotel. When you leave a hotel with nothing negative to say, "you must've had a good time"! The hotel location was just where we needed it to be. Close enough to all the action, yet far enough away to avoid the crowds. Thanks again hotels.com.

We had a great stay and loved the fact that you accepted dogs.. the only two things i would like to mention is the air in the room was not cool at all. The room was very hot. The other thing is we waited in vallet to gwt the car parked cause we had a lot of bags but no one came out. I waited 15 min not one person said can i help you. Well we checked in and we wanted to drop our bags, wash up and meet friends for dinner. I ran the water in the sink and noticed right away the sink was clogged. We had valuables to put in the safe, and it was locked. so I went to the desk phone to report the problems and the desk lamp didn't work either. After a 20 min wait they came for safe but couldn't […] open it. They gave us another room witch I had to go to the front desk for the key. After we get to the new room with all our bags, we see this safe is also locked. We had to wait again another 20 min for someone to come, now we are late for dinner app. They get there and they can't open this one either. Finally someone went to check the next room first before they gave it to us, I still had to pick up keys myself. We got to dinner all our friends were leaving the restaurant. The hotels MOD Gwen did step in and set everything strait for that Evening. The next day I ordered room service for lunch. The gave me french fries with no ketchup. I called to ask for some, it took 15 min. French fries was ice cold by then. 더 보기

I attended a conference here for 4 days, for the simple matter of convenience to the conference. Other than that it is a ways from the boardwalk where we were warned by everyone to not go out after dark and to take a cab everywhere. The gym facilities are wonderful and clean and convenient. Check in was OK. When we got to the room the card key was not working. Trip to the lobby. Second key finally opened the door. Room advertised as non smoking. You could smell that someone before smoked in the room. We went to the lobby to change the room, front desk employee changed our room. Our option was a ADA room on 11th Fl, with roll in shower. […] Room was clean, bed ok. There was a problem with the bathroom it was smelly with odor of urine. We got two rooms. The rating seems good for this hotel and the price is about the same as Harrahs. We thought it's a better idea to stay in this one, so we can easily walking to outlet area during daytime. It is quite convenient. The downside is there is no casino in the house. There is a major complaint about the hotel room is the shower, it vibrates so hard while using hot water and it's quite loud too in both rooms. We can even hear the noise from other room while people are taking shower. There is also not enough hot water when you shower in the morning. We didnt really bother to make the complaint to the front desk because the busy schedule and kind of just "blah" with it since we didnt stay in the room all the time. Also, one of the room stinks. It smells like mildew + smoking (it should be a non smoking room). The front desk was really nice when we were checking in. Maybe they would have done something if we made the complaints. Not sure. Overall, its not a bad place to stay since its in the center of everything. Oh~ one more thing is the parking. It's not that convenient as you will need to walk from the convention center parking lot to hotel without the roof. It was rainning on the first night and we had to walk under the rain. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves in AC. The Club room was clean,spacious and the room service was really good. The pub downstairs, the food was very good; service was really good too and very polite. We will definatel be back for the view alone! We had a very nice stay.

The water in our room looked like motor oil. Forget about showering. Our friends had a "double room" which was a regular room with a fridge. Parking was limited. I had to wait for someone to leave before I could Self Park

Staying here allows access within walking distance to the boardwalk, casinos and outlet shopping, without paying the high room rates of the large casino hotels. The Tun Tavern, located in the Sheraton, provides excellent pub fare. Our room was exceedingly clean (especially the bathroom), but the chair, desk, and lamp were old and in disrepair. One word […] of caution...it's easy to miss the entrance to this hotel off of Baltic Ave. And if you miss it, you will be whisked back onto the Atlantic City Expressway with no option to turn around for miles. The address says "Convention Center Blvd", but the entrance is actually at the corner of Baltic & Michigan Ave. In fact, following Michigan Ave north, across Baltic, will bring you directly through the entrance. 더 보기

When booking this stay there were 2 options. A refundable rate & a non-refundable rate with the promis of a shopping coupon book & discount parking which is what I chose. There was no coupon book offered & no discount given on the parking. The plumbing is loud & can be heard from other rooms. My faucet dripped from the 1rst time I used it, vending machines […] had sodas & snacks in one so the sodas were not cold. If your attending an event at the convention center & want convenience this is the place. If you don't mind a little walk or jitney ride to the convention center you can get a better deal at the casinos 더 보기

This was a great hotel to stay in AC. Very convenient to everything.

Would have preferred a view of the lights of the Casinos at night rather than a view of the highway side. Unfortunately, when booking a night with this hotel, did not realize I booked with Hotel.com. I would recommend booking directly with the hotel and requesting a specific view of the Casinos side at night. happy with the hotel, except upset over the tun restrauant, they wanted to charge a customer who was a navy man still in the service 22 dollars for a half of gallon of milk for his baby's bottle. instead the service man had to walk 5 blocks to get milk, he was a customer at the restrauant and at the hotel. shame on them,

It was close to all the Casinos. Plus it had easy acess to all the highways and the outlet stores. Love it. The staff was nice and the hotel is not to expensive but the quality was excellent. My favorite part of the hotel was the gym. Absolutely fabulous.

The only compaint I have is that the housekeepers on our floor where shouting back and forth to each otehr. There was no was we could sleep in. Very disruptive!

There was some kind of altercation in the hallway in front of our room at 5:00am. I spoke to the front desk and they appoligized for the inconvience. My wife and I will not stay there again!

Very pleased with this hotel, its location and convenience to the convention center. The only reason I rated service as a '4' is based on the fact that my on-line reservation included a request to have a room away from the elevators and vending machines. Room was very clean. Hotel Lobby employees very informative and polite. Great access to convention center and of course shopping. Had a king size bed that looked out toward the ocean. A little pricey considering it was off season.

We asked for a single king, and got two doubles - apparently there was nothing they could do about it. But the rooms themselves were nice and clean. The view is alright, but it's a bit of a distance away from the boardwalk. All the surrounding options aren't too appealing... The "bar" on the second floor is kind of awkward, and reminds you of an airport […] waiting area, with drinks and a place to charge your electronics... hm. If you can't get a casino hotel at a reasonable rate, the Sheraton is a good alternative with an easy-to-get-to location. However, for those with mobility issues, you should know you have to walk approx. two blocks from self-parking to registration, @ $14/day.

The room was beyond clean and beyond comfortable!! The only negative was the fact that you had to park in the garage behind the hotel and you could not see your car from the hotel. With that being the only negative...I will DEFINITELY be staying here again!!

The Sheraton wasn't on the boardwalk but was close enough walking distance. It is right by the shopping outlets and food. The rooms were clean and comfortable, toiletries included a loofah! Front desk staff were very friendly. I would definitely return again.

Aside from being convenient to the outlets...train stations...a casino....the room and bed was so comfortable I almost didn't want to leave... I will definitely be back soon..

The pluses: Friendly staff, quick check in and out, room very clean, walking distance to outlets and some casinos. The minuses: not the most comfortable bed and be aware of your neighbors. Unfortunately, our room was on a party floor. This meant loud music, fighting, cops, and a very RESTLESS night.

We were attending a trade show at a nearby hotel so it took $10. by taxi one way twice a day - the hotel should run a shuttle to the Boardwalk area for easier access to other activities. We upgraded to the club level, a bit roomier, nice bed, nice view, clean and smoke free. The lounge offers breakfast and other things , nice stay

We asked for a double room with conjoined rooms. Did we get that no. Our rooms were on two different floors, so we wouldnt be able to hang out with all our friendsr. I was the first one there. I went up to the room with all my luggage because no one asked to take it or help me. By the time I got to the room after check in I had to use the restroom (as […] I had a long drive). I get the room and the key doesn't work. I can't get the door open. So I had three heavy bags in the hallway trying to ask the maid next door who could barely speak English to see of she could help me. Well of course she had no clue what I was talking about. Finally, I got on my cell phone and called the front desk and they said they were going to send someone right up. Then right after the call a bell hop walked passed me and saw me and all my stuff in the hallway. I told him what happen and he said he would go down there and get me a new key. After 30 minutes the same bell hop finally came to give me a key that works. At this point I still didn't go to the bathroom and the maid cleaning the room next door would not let me use the bathroom. I would have walked down there myself if I didn't have all 3 heavy luggage bags and I didn't want to miss the person coming to my room with the right keys. HORRIBLE!!! 더 보기

it's difficult to find something to eat or drink in the Hotel. It seems to much quite to be in Atlantic City.

Ok hotel. Very expensive compared to the great deals around it. The pool and work out room were closed and our room service tray sat out side our room for two days before anyone cleared it. The walls are also very very thin and the neighbors were having lots of fun! I guess that's expected when youre in AC.

e rug was damp and the room had an funky odor!

The hotel was a very comfortable place to relax the view was amazing from the floor i was on can't wait to stay again.

Our room had 2 queen size beds & an old chair that could stand to be updated. No refrigerator or microwave which was a bit disappointing but other than that, nice & clean room with good service. Is recommend!!
