Walls thin--properly insulated??? Fortunately there were no noisey people in other rooms. Overall, is was good.

Pleasantly surprised with cleanliness/neatness. Not big, but comfortable. True to thepictures we saw on internet. Fairly convenient to Ashville sights.

The hotel was very nice. The room was beautiful. Breakfast was great.

This is, overall, an excellent choice for staying just outside of Asheville. However, if you are noise-sensitive, be wary of rooms facing the restaurant on the slope below the hotel. Having your windows shut will not prevent you from hearing the country-pop music that the restaurant broadcasts out of doors until about 3 AM.

The service and staff were top notch. The rooms were smaller than some hotels I have stayed in, but were very clean and comfortable. Only provide a shower, but good for business travel. This hotel seems to have been nicely remodeled recently. The lobby is on the plain side and our room was small but it did have new paint and modern art work, new linens, a flat screen tv and everything was very clean. Breakfast was well done with a decent selection. However, what I think they did not update was the quality or thickness of the walls […] between rooms. I heard very plainly people walking around in the room above us and people having sex in the room beside us. Unfortunately, all of this happened around 1 am and even if I had called down to the front desk what could have been done? People are allowed to walk around and have sex! I wish this hotel would do some more sound-proofing. Or, if that's not possible, update their air handlers so that a guest can have a consistent, loud fan noise all night long to work as a white noise effect. We tried using our air handler this way but it would cycle on and off. I would not stay in this hotel again but only because I did not get a good night's sleep. 더 보기

Sleep Inn West is located in between the Biltmore house and downtown, about 15 minutes each way. The hotel was clean and comfortable, a little small from what I expected but just about the same size as any average hotel. The breakfast was great. They had: waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, coffee, juice, bananas, little danishes, eggs and sausages. The […] rooms had a microwave and refrigerator which came in handy when I wanted to heat up my sausages. We took this trip during Easter time and to my surprise the weather was very warm. It was disappointing to hear they had no pool which is my only negative. Oh, and they also had chewy chocolate chip cookies in the lobby at random times during the day. I really don't know how to even rate this hotel taking into account everything. The breakfast was great the room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the location was awesome. However I was only able to get 3 hours of sleep thanks to the walls being so thin that i could hear the couple next door having extremely loud sex and the headboard of the bed […] banging against the wall where my head was laying. I called the desk after 2 hours of this and they tried calling them but they didnt answer. I slept at the other end of the bed and took sleeping pills as the noise was still sickeningly loud. After i woke up from my 3 hours of sleep thanks to them they were at it again in the morning, i couldn't even eat the breakfast because i was completely sick to my stomach, i took it to go and hurried about my 8 hour drive home. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of food. Other than the walls being EXTREMELY thin and the front desk not really caring to do anything about it it was a good hotel. 더 보기

Traveling on Business. Staff was friendly. Newer hotel with lots of up grades. WIFI internet. HD TV, work desk, comfortable medimum soft bed. Close to a lot of eating places. Hot breakfest. Very Clean.

The Sleep Inn in Asheville was a great stay. Simple, clean and affordable. We were 5 minutes from downtown Asheville. It was nice to be close, but not in the city. We have stayed in some ratty motels in this area of Asheville. This motel was clean and in great condition. We will definitely stay here when we are in Asheville again.

Clean hotel, convenient to food, gas and interstate. Breakfast was fresh and the waffles were great..biscuits & gravy, coffee & cookies available 24hrs. everything was clean and organized. New or updated hotel. Rooms are nice and bed very comfortable for a 2 star hotel.

I thought this hotel was nice and clean, which it was, I was just slightly dissappointed for the amount I paid for a room and the quality of things that came in it. However, the service was good, the rooms were very clean and neat, the furniture was nice. I was quite upset however as I had requested a nonsmoking room that the first thing I smelled upon […] arriving at my room was smoke. That ticked me off because a few rooms down the hall were smoking permitted. If I request nonsmoking, I dont want to be next door to a smoker. I still smell it. 더 보기

Staff courteous, facility clean, breakfast nice. Signage on road was a bit awkward. would stay there again.

We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean and comfortable and very adequate for the price we paid. Breakfast was good but the seating area is VERY overcrowded. Overall, a good stay and we would stay here again.

So happy we selected this hotel of all the offerings on line. Great value for the money. Very pleased and sad that we could only stay three nights. Comfortable quiet location. Extremely clean property and building.

What a wonderful hotel stay! The room was new and clean with a great shower. Wonderful complimentary breakfast buffet, many choices to choose from, the kids absolutely loved it. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed in a long time. Thanks!

This hotel is better than advertised. We were attending a convention at a nearby resort and needed something affordable for the two night we stayed. The rooms are large, new, and decorative. They even designed them to not be the typical squares like you see in many hotels. I will have to say we have stayed at the resort nearby and the rooms here are […] much nicer for one-third of the rate. You have close parking which makes it nice for those with a lot of luggage. And the breakfast is more than continental. They even had eggs and sausage on the platter, along with many healthy selections. Check in and check out was a breeze and I really recommend the hotel to anyone traveling in the Asheville area. We will return! 더 보기

Our main reason for staying here was because it was so affordable. But we were even happier to know that it included free parking, breakfast, and a fridge & free wi-fi in our room. Even though the hotel was close to restaurants/fast food, we decided to try the free breakfast buffet -- it was very delicious. Way better than your average continental breakfast! […] It had a waffle station, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, and juice among other things. Besides the TV reception being a little fuzzy and we didn't have a tub (just a shower) our room was clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Needed a clean, easy to find hotel with quick on/off highway near Asheville. This fit the bill perfectly. As a base for going into Asheville, you could get a bit closer, but run the risk of slightly older chains. This one seemed new and was in execellent shape. Easy to find. Nearby restaurants good enough for quick meal - Pizza Hut; Applebees; etc.

Our room was clean with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good. Many restaurants close by to choose from. I would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it is very nice. The front desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. The hotel and room was very clean. It was a nice experience all the way around.
