The location to airport is perfect. However, the reception service was very poor.

A very nice, clean hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everyone was friendly, helpful and it had a great hot breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Very clean and friendly. One exception, not too many restaurants in the area, unless you have a vehicle. Overall, good.

I totally love this hotel. It is beautiful, in a quiet and polite area with hotels surrounding. Very convenient for my business appointments as the hotel is close to them all. Not much for eating or shopping around, but my trip is for biz so I don't really mind this. Staffs are friendly.

Everything was fine, except for the television and the a/c unit. The picture quality was very poor, and the remote did not allow for any adjustments. I arrived late as flight was delayed-I kept hotel informed so my room was available at 2am. It was clean quite and comfortable-perfect. I was traveling alone and I felt very safe and comfortable-Evening staff was very warm friendly and went out of their way to make sure room was correct and all was well.

Good stay and nice staff. Price ok.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, had a wonderful & friendly staff, good breakfast. It was close to restaurants and was conveniently located on JFK Blvd. It was also a safe place to stay.

Rug was a little dirty, but the room was quiet and the mattress was very comfortable . Room had a coffee maker, microwave, iron, and a small refrigerator, but no pay per view movies. There was a simple breakfast buffet in the morning featuring delicious do it yourself waffles in only two minutes. Good hotel with nice clean room. Bad because the air-conditioning was very noisy. Ugly it took an hour for the free shuttle to pick up from the airport. When you arrive at the airport you must phone the hotel and tell them that you need to be collected (there is a free phone). Alternatively take a cab for $10.

This is the second year we've stayed at this hotel due to an annual work event that takes place at a nearby venue. We really enjoy it and will continue to come back!

This airport hotel is perfect to make an overnight stop between two flights. Reception is fast. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice bathroom. Simple but good buffet breakfast is available and there is coffee and a microwave in the room. Wake-up service and shuttle to and from the airport (upon arriving you have to call hotel to send shuttle to your terminal […] though). If you are planning a short stay at IAH and leaving early in the morning, this may be the hotel for you. The Clarion was clean and convenient with shuttle service to the airport every half hour. My husband and I were traveling International the next day at a 7:30 a.m. departure which was the reason we chose to stay overnight close t o the IAH Airport. The 4:15 a.m. wake up call never occurrerd. We awoke at 5:38 a.m. to realize we were going to miss our flight to San Francisco and then on to Singapore!! What a nightmare!! The "receptionist" […] at the desk was too busy reading his paper to care about what was going on with the hotel guests!! Never will I stay with Clarion again . .nor recommend it to anyone else!! stayed for 7 hours waiting for snow storm to clear room was clean good shower easy to get to and from airport,

The room was clean, quiet and had all I needed. Iron, Fridge etc. Excellent location.

The staff was courteous, but our room was on the top floor at the very end of the hall & the keys didn't seem to work. So we walked down to the lobby twice, before realizing that the door was stuck & we just needed to push harder. There was a mildew musty smell throughout the motel, including the lobby & room. The free breakfast was very good.

exceptional for the price range. I was surprised.

Great hotel perfect for an overnight stay near the airport. Comfortable rooms, beds and pillows. Superb breakfast. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym. A bit of plane noise but hey it's close to the airport. For the price it can't be faulted.

Missed plane connection and needed a place to stay overnight. I was surprised to find the Clarion Inn was as nice or nicer than some hotels that I have paid much more for. The staff was friendly and our wake up call was on time. The hotel does not have a restaurant, there was a complimentary breakfast buffet however. A strip mall was located a half […] a block away with three or more restaurants. We walked over and ate Chinese for dinner and bought a nice bottle of wine at the liquor store in the same mall and relaxed in our comfortable, and clean room. This is a great hotel for the price!! They have a nice breakfast section which is very rare now. This hotel is a great value for its amenities and closeness to airport. The only thing that could have been better was some consideration of folks arriving XMas eve with no dinner available anywhere in walking distance after 7 PM. Some cereal and milk from the breakfast bar? (we managed). Otherwise a wonderful stay. Shuttle right on time in the AM.

Chose this hotel because it was close to george Bush Int'l Airport and I had to take a very early flight the next morning. I was at the hotel for less tahn 12 hours so I cannot rate most of their amenities - left too early to make use of their free breakfast. The hotel seemed to lack warmth and ambience. Tried to take a shower the next morning at 4:30 […] AM and was shocked to realize that there was absolutely no hot water. Unforgivable, in my opinion. I guess you get what you pay for. 더 보기

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Clarion at the Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient, the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the hotel itself was well maintained and close to restaurants and a few bars. The airport shuttle in the morning is complimentary and was right on time, just […] like the manager said the night before. Right at 5:30am it was pulling in. My husband and myself had a very pleasant & comfortable stay after traveling 24hrs from Australia. The room was spacious, which helped, since we had lots of luggage. I highly recommend this hotel if you're stopping overnight at Houston airport. Good value for money too!

Excellent hotel for a very reasonable price. The staff was exceptional. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was above average for the free continental. On-time shuttle service every 30 minutes to/from the airport is provided.

Everything was exceptional the first night that I stayed prior to leaving the country on a missionary trip. On my return to the country I chose to stay at the same location expecting the same results. Wrong! The person at the desk that evening failed to give my wake up call at 4 a.m. resulting in a missed flight at 0630. 10 mins from airport - use the freephone in the terminal, suprised there was no aircraft noise inside the hotel, large comfy beds, fridge & microwave and good air con. secure pool area with loungers and towels, vending machines and good breakfast - if you need a cab look through the directory as you will get a better car and deal than through rece […] ption. 더 보기

I used this hotel as I had an overnight layover at Houston airport, it was a reasonable price and had a shuttle bus. When I checked in the guy on reception told me I had a really nice room. I thought it was the speel and just was happy to get something clean and with a comfortable bed. The room was excellent, huge, with sofa, king sized bed which was […] very comfortable, a large bathroom, microwave, fridge. I had to leave before breakfast which is a self-service continental arrangement from 6.30am which was included in the price. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but in the lot next to the hotel there is a small strip mall with some run of the mill restaurants if you need a meal. I was pleastantly surprised and having used Sleep Inn on a previous lay over in Houston I would definitely choose to use the Clarion Inn on another trip. The remodel is lovely. The rooms are tastefully decorated in a sleek modern style. The bathroom decor is continuous, down to the variable setting shower head, Oh la la!
