received more service and quality room than expected for the price. I would definitely start there again. top notch service! so polite and speedy!

Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. A receptionist actually came out from behind the desk to cook the waffles during my stay! Excellent service and clean rooms otherwise.

Management was very cooperative in giving us a room more convenient to front desk. Clerks were friendly, breakfast was decent.

I would recommend this Days Inn to everyone. The clerk on duty when we arrived 8/10, was so wonderful. After a very long day of traveling it was so nice to deal with someone so friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was excellent also. We will be staying there again for sure!

On Hotel.com, this Days Inn was advertised to have smoking rooms, which we booked. When we arrived, we learned that the property was all non-smoking. This was faulty advertising on the part of Hotels.com. We could not cancel and get our money back, so we stayed. This was a very clean, comfortable place to stay. Just off the highway and easy to find. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

front door warped, would not shut properly. open outlet covers. wires on a broken bulb in the bathroom light fixture. burnt and melted light cover in the bathroom. found bugs and spiders daily in the bathroom. when I approached the staff they said they would take care of the issues. but said nothing much about the daily bug issues. overall the hotel […] is good for transient types or contractors. not family stays as the hotel is severely worn from use. there are also exposed piping over the laundry room from the floor above. the wood was left unfinished. 더 보기

We stayed 2 nights and each morning we enjoyed the continental breakfast. The gentleman who was making the waffles was a joy, what customer service!

The location was convenient to HWY 65. The evening clerk when we checked in helped us find somewhere for dinner late on Sunday night. She was helpful and informative. Room was comfortable. Breakfast ends at 9AM during the week instead of the usual 10AM. I walked in at 9:30 and the morning clerk acted like I should have known breakfast ended at 9. Stayed there before, same reaction, price was right. Did not have a business computer, not a problem when I booked the hotel, was when my laptop did not work. Not a business hotel.

We had never traveled with our dog before, but had heard horror stories from others. This hotel did not charge a pet fee or have size limits (and we have an 80 pound lab) so that was much appreciated. The hotel was also extremely clean, breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were all friendly and efficient.

We got lost trying to find this hotel. It is located behind other businesses.

Based on the number of stars this hotel received i was skeptical in booking. But since the personal reviews were decent AND they allow for pets i booked here. I was greeted warmly and even given a bag of treats for my dog. There is no pet fee, but they do require a credit card for potential damage. If your dogs are potty trained you should be just […] fine. I felt safe in the hotel, and it was very close to both a grocery store and movie theater. This was the nicest Days Inn we've stayed in.

Hotel very nice and ownwer very nice and appreciative of our business. Property very clean and inviting. Waffles were fun just like the folks in the other reviews said. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful hotel, very comfortable and an outstanding breakfast

This is a MUCH nicer place than the reasonable price would suggest. On-site owner/manager makes all the difference. All personnel are exceptionally nice and friendly and the breakfast is excellent!

It was obvious that the staff was concerned with making our stay a pleasant one.

I left my pajamas on the back of the bathroom door. When I called, later the same day we checked out, I was told that they weren't in lost and found. Nick, the man who answered the phone, said he would go check the room and call me back. Did he call you? Because he never called me! this is a good hotel to stay in. We have been coming back to the same hotel for the last three years. The Hotel owners/proprietors are very nice.

Was very pleased with my stay here. I greatly appreciated the atmosphere and the attitude of the O/O's, Mr. and Mrs. Chandler. And the breakfast was outstanding. Very large and clean room. Comfortable bed. Would highly recommend. Just a little hard to locate, no big deal.

This was our second stay here. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was clean. The complimentary breakfast included heart-shaped waffles made and delivered by the owner. This is the hotel of our choice whenever we stay in Springfield.

This hotel has a great location and is easy to find. The service was excellent including morning coffee and newspaper delivered to the door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!

very pleased with our experience at this hotel. staff very friendly and caring. hotel grounds and rooms very clean. only complaint was there was no iron and ironing board in the room and the shower curtain would not stay shut. very reasonable rate and will stay there again in the future

This hotel was nice, but the room had a musky smell to it. The breakfast was really nice, waffles were great but the serving area is very small, which made it seem very crowed. All the employees were friendly and very helpful. Over all, it was pretty good experience, and I believe we would stay again.

Nice hotel.. owners were almost over-friendly.. sometimes you just want to eat your breakfast and not talk to people. Breakfast was Ok, but not awesome. Maybe more choice..

Although it's location is hidden behind a shopping center and is approximately 5 miles from downtown the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

It was very difficult to get to sleep with three small dogs barking next door. When we called the front desk, they indicated they had spoken with the guests with the barking dogs. They continued barking for several additional minutes. It made it very difficult to get to sleep.
