Would recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a spacious room. The breakfast was good and there are order to made service. Clean room and fascinating swans!

Would stay at them more often but they have all these charges - Internet, parking etc. Hilton's less expensive chains offer these services free.

Let me first start off by stating that I love Embassy suites and in my travels, this is my preferred hotel of choice. I was a bit disappointed in paying a $10 a day to park?? Park to stay @ your hotel (say what!!!), then the hotel hot tub was out of order, which one of the workers @ the desk said is always out of order. I had to convince her to give […] me free internet in my room for the inconvenience but she was not that willing to give @ the beginning. Overall, the hotel was nice. My kids love the swans. Bartender was excellent! Breakfast was pretty good but the parking and hot tub was a bit disappointing. I still will stay again @ Embassy Suites not sure this one. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Galleria Mall though...I guess that is why they are charging that perhaps....but still disappointed by that :( 더 보기

Lovely hotel. Enjoyed the Swans in their pond in the middle of the hotel. Close to the Galleria and many restaurants. Room was very nice with two large flat screen TV's.

Nothing bad to say about this place! Everything was ad we had hoped for a family vacation. Pool is a little small, but manageable.

my stay at this hotel was great. I was travelling with 2 small children and they were very helpful with all requests. my only complaint was with the A/C. my husband and i were staying in the bedroom and had our kids in the living room with the door shut to sleep, it was really cold in the living room but pretty warm in the bedroom. so we had to wheel […] the crib into the bathroom to keep them warm and us cool. but other than that it was a great stay. 더 보기

Stayed here while visiting friends in Houston and it was a good location and easy for me to go to Heights and Washington Avenue and up and down Westheimer. I didn't go to the Galleria, but did run in the nearby neighborhood off Hilalgo Street which was nice. They don't have trash cans anywhere in the lobby or parking area so I had to bring trash from […] my car to the receptionist. 더 보기

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms clean. Awesome breakfast! Plenty of choices for our picky eaters. The indoor pool was just what we needed for the kids to unwind. Plenty to do around town. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

The pool area of this hotel was a great disappointment. I usually stay at an Embassy wherever I travel and this time - this didn't measure up! The location was really great - lots of things to do within a reasonable walking distance.

I was greeted by nice professional employees who were very helpful and the hotel is beautiful, the happy hour is a nice touch! Relaxed in the jaccuzi and felt so much better.THe breakfast was perfent! Looking forward to returning!

Our stay was first rate from check-in to check-out! After we got settled, we went down for the free happy hour. The food and drinks were amazing as was the atmosphere in the open-air lobby. Our weekend was great. Evening snacks were great and as usual breakfast was wonderful. Only downside was there were alot of kids using the pool so we didn't venture in. We were even able to extend our stay one more night for not much money.

Beyond happy with the hotel-suite rooms were updated and better than pics-full breakfast was wonderful and great galleria location

Upon arrival the room was clean and well organized. This establishment is located near everything. The showerhead was to die for. I didn't want to get out of the shower! The breakfast buffet was very well prepared. The grits and eggs were very good. We love embassy suites. The swans are always a huge hit. The kids can even feed them. The breakfast was wonderful and already cooked unless you want a specific omelette or something. The staff in the breakfast area were amazing. The were amazing!! We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and the front desk was very accommodating. Could not get the room to get cool enough.

The hotel was a typical Embassy Suites and in a very good location. The staff was very helpful. Recommend the hotel.

The front desk was very friendly, check in and out was very easy. They had a great happy hour and the buffet was great. I couldn't believe starbucks was part of the complimentary buffet. Location was great! Close to all shopping centers, great restaurants and clubs. And most important, beds were super comfortable!!!!

The hotel outside esthetics was nice, however it was extremely hot inside the room. We lowered the ac as low as we could and it was still hot. We woke up around 1:00 am miserable and the ony thing they could do was switch rooms, which did not seems feasible considering we were already undressed & in the bed as well as would have had to repack our things […] to onlly check out in a few hours. Great place

First of all, multiple rooms are under construction. While they weren't working at night or TOO early in the morning, they were still working fairly early given the fact that MOST people staying at a hotel during the Christmas holidays is on vacation and would like to sleep in. Second, we had to leave early for a family matter. We were booked to stay […] 3 days and left after the first night. We were not refunded any of our money, even though I heard 3 managers talking about how excited they were to have an extra room because the hotel was booked and they needed the extra space. Our suite was roomy and clean. Ideal for families. We did not participate but were suprised to hear that there was a FREE happy hour at the bar. Also included in the prlce of the room was a large buffet breakfast with eggs, meat, fruit, and most importantly Starbucks coffee. Overall, we were very pleased. We will stay there again.

Great location but heated pool did not seem very heated. I didn't have much time to use it anyway but it was one of the reasons I chose hotel.

Terrible service attitude from the reception desk - immature, arrogant young ladies (Valerie). Requested a non-smoking room, got a stinky smoke-entrenched room. They said they guarantee the availability, not the type of room. The A/C was freezing and it took hours after turning it off to heat the room. Heating was not working. We chose this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool and hot tub. This was a mistake. The pool water was so dirty and murky that you could not even see the bottom of the pool. Ditto for the hot tub. My ten-year-old son took one look and refused to swim. Other than this, everything else about the hotel was great. I love the Embassy Suites, and have come to expect a certain level of service, comfort, and attention when I stay there. This ruined me. First, there was a youth football team in from Dallas, and the noise outside was at a roar. The doors do not form a seal at the bottom, and the noise comes right in through the atrium which acts as a megaphone into […] the rooms. We called down hearing children running and yelling at 10:30pm, and the manager (J.W.) said he "didn't hear anything". An hour later the noise finally died down. The beds left my back hurting. I kept waking up in the middle of the night. tossing and turning. Breakfast was a free-for-all. The Embassy Suites breakfast is usually well organized. There was a huge line for breakfast. The items - like bacon and eggs - were completely out, and we watched for a long time to see if they'd put out more. They didn't. I called down to the manager to let him know I was happy, and he said "sorry", and started to argue with me. I just hung up on him, and vowed to never return. If you are a glutton for punishment, love noise, hate comfort, and like to wait around for your "free breakfast", then this is the place for you! 더 보기

The beds were very comfortable. They supplied lots of pillows but they were very small and did not provide much support. They had a great breakfast buffet. I recommend you have them make an omelette with whatever you want.
