What a great deal -- comfortable beds, lots of hot water, beautiful lobby, and the hotel restaurant is an excellent choice for dining. Great location and valet parking. We will be back.

Great staff, good bar, nice location.

room was dirty and smelled horrible. the mattress was soaked in a mint oil of sorts and was unbearable.

I was pleased with the level of service that the hotel offered. The room was nice and well cared for. The view was the most stunning part.

What a great place to stay if you are going to a hockey game! We had a great time, and the accommodations were terrific!

Very nice hotel. They do charge for parking, and the underground lot is a bit inconvenient. However, it is a downtown hotel so that is to be expected. The only problem I had is that the rooms did not appear to have a "Do Not Disturb" sign available, and Housekeeping started knockIng on my door at 10:00 am. Was greeted warmly and the staff was very organized and helpful. Clean and well put together decor.... makes your check in pleasant. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. The view from the room lovely. Easy to get around in downtown and great restaurants and shops.... LOVE BOISE

When we got there: There was a strong paint smell in the room. We also noticed that there was a water leak coming up through the bathroom floor. When we called the desk regarding the issues, they apologized and asked if they could upgrade us to a suite..which was across the hall. The only complaint I have about this hotel is that we could not check in as early as we would have liked, which was probably not the fault of the hotel, since it was a very busy football tame day, The desk staff were very accommodating.

The hotel overall was a very nice choice. A few things though. Parking is limited and tricky to get in; you might have to circle around downtown if you don't know the area. The menu offers displayed online were not accurate from the menu in the restaurant. It also says on their website that you can observe "sporting events" while dining, but there […] was no such way of doing that. The bathroom counter space was small and the bathroom lighting was low. The suites are in the 4th floor and they don't provide a good view of the city as other more inexpensive rooms higher in the hotel. We stayed in a regular room in the 12th floor and we had a great view of the city and the mountains. Overall I would stay again, they had great service and the hotel was very nicely kept. 더 보기

I couldn't have been more impressed with the Grove. Fantastic location. The room was quite comfortable. The fitness center was incredible. The bar and the food were tremendous. And the service was impeccable. This is the only place I'll stay in Boise.

We stay at the Grove quite a lot. It's a great hotel, very comfortable and clean. It's also very conveniently located to the downtown area, which is what we like. The bars and restaurants are all within walking distance, as are coffee shops, and the Bronco Shop. Go BSU!!

perfect for the overnight stay when i'm in town for business. the bar in the lobby is great; lots of food places within walking distance from the hotel. call down for your car before hand or your hair will turn grey by the time the valet gets back with your car. the front desk attendant knows nothing about surrounding area specifics (which is hard to […] believe in such a small town) so yelp is a way better bet. 더 보기

The Grove Hotel in Boise was great. Close to everything. Beautiful place. Rate was comparable to other hotels in Boise we have stayed at that were not as nice a property.

We had the best time and couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations, service, food, etc... Highly recommend.

Very convenient to a surprisingly lively Boise downtown. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Only downside was that I couldn't log on to the hotel's wireless internet for the last two and a half days. Called the front desk to ask if anyone else was having an issue and they said no and transferred me to the IT person who was not in. Tried again the […] next day (Saturday) and was informed that the IT person was off. The only other time I've had that happen was on a Saturday in New York. Within a few minutes an IT person from the hotel was calling me from home on his day off and he walked me through the issue. Perhaps a suggestion for the Grove's management. Otherwise we had a great time. If you stay at the Grove make a point of eating at one of the restaurants across Capitol Street in the Basque block. You won't be disappointed. 더 보기

This location was very close to all that the downtown area had. It was worth the price and we enjoyed breakfast the next morning at Emilio's. My only draw back is the parking cost was additional. This was not mentioned when I booked the room. Other than that I had a great time and would highky recommend it.

I spent one night here, and chose it because it was close to downtown and airport. I wish I could have stayed longer. Room was great the hotel staff was helpful and courteous. Great place. I will stay here again.

Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Beds were more comfortable than most hotels. Only drawback was $7.00 extra for self service parking next door. It should be free with the room fee.

Totally screwed up billing through hotel.com twice. Both at check in and check out. First had no record of it then billed my credit card a second time at check out. Terrible and attitude!

The hotel is perfectly situated in downtown Boise, which places it in walking distance to many nice restaurants, and of course, a wonderful Saturday morning market. This hotel is a lovely place to stay right in downtown Boise. We walked to places for dinner and breakfast the next morning. It's easy to get to from the airport and freeway. I expected it to be a 5 star hotel, sad to rate it a 3...Room was hot all night couldn't get the temperature to cool down. Pillows were hard couldn't sleep toss and turned. The pool tiles were broken and sharp edges were exposed. For the price I'm glad I booked through Hotels.com...The Marriott downtown Boise is by far my favorite.

Our only issue was all of the one way streets around the hotel. Once we figured out where the parking was it was great!

I had the standard king size bedroom. It's really big room. However, I'm not sure why there's missing refrigerator in my room. And the bathroom is pretty smaller to the room size. I wish it'd be bigger in term on the room overall. The staffs are very pleasant in checking for us. thanks.

I love this hotel. The staff has always been friendly, and the hotel itself is located in a wonderful area... walking distance to great clubs and restaurants.

The hotel was nice, but we arrived at 12:15AM with 3 children and they had given our 2 queen bed room away. We had called to say we would be arriving late and they said they would keep our room. We have stayed at The Grove many times and this past week end wasnt the same...There was some "cosplay" guesses that seemed to overwhelmed the staff and the quality of service~

A very nice place to stay in a great location in town, and we got a great deal, although it was annoying that parking (self parking that is) cost extra over night *this wasn't mentioned pre-booking or when we asked for our parking permit), and that there was no included breakfast. There is very limited parking at the Grove. The self-park lot, which costs $7 per night extra, was always full. I had to park four blocks away and walk to and from the hotel each time I wanted to use my vehicle. Other than that, it is a nice hotel. The restaurant is nice, the service is quick, attentive, and friendly, the views from the upper-floor […] rooms are nice. It is a very "adult" hotel, which I appreciated. Not a lot of kids running around or screaming at the pool. We got a fantastic deal thru hotels.com for this room. Our overnite trip was just to visit downtown boise and take in some sights. The view from the 12th floor was amazing! We enjoyed even just sitting in the evening relaxing in the lobby/lounge area near the bar. The bed was firm but comfortable and the linens were high quality. Shopping and dining […] were with-in walking distance; We ate dinner close by at a delicious sushi place called Happy Fish the concierge recommended. and breakfast at Java just a couple blocks away. Overall it was a fun place to stay with friendly staff and upscale decor. Next time we will use their spa just not enough time to fit everything in this trip. 더 보기
