I have stayed at this hotel before, staff are very friendly, rooms are comfortable, I like the location.

First of all...The front desk staff have no idear of what service is..they do not say hallo when you check in, ore a "goodmorning" when you come down in the morning. I also had to ask 3 times for extra towels, and finally I got got them from the night cleark at 11 pm. The first room we got had a really bad smell..I think it came from the carpet..We […] got another room, that did not smell. The Aircondition in the room was very old, and you could not put it on a exact temperature, only..low to high..that was a so annoying. And the noise from the aircon...next to the bed was really bad. Really liked the place a lot. Front guest were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Checkout was easy. Great location in plantation.

I loved this hotel! I was coming off of 8 days business travel in another state and had not had a good nights sleep until I got here. I really like the room layout, the bed was so comfortable and the selection they have at the breakfast they serve is top notch. My only improvement would be to add weights to the fitness room as well as a tv.

very clean hotel in very nice area - restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Free continental breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Washer and dry on premises was convenient, especially when hadn't planned on staying an extra day.

There was rust and mold in the shower as well as missing caulk. After we had been in our room for 4 hours, another family was given our room and of course attempted to enter. We attempted to call the front desk but the phone did not work and we had to call from our cell phone. We asked to talk to the general manager who was due the next day, but he […] never called. I had a wonderful stay. What made the stay exceptional was simply the people who work there and run it. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy. They are gems.

Great find -- nice, new looking hotel with neat rooms, friendly staff, good rates. Convenient to the Ft. Lauderdale airport and close to I-595 for quick access to the rest of the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area.

Very welcoming hotel, staff is always very pleasant. Nice restaurant with bar next door, and great breakfast spot right outside as well...

The room had a really bad moldy smell and it was stuffy. Management should either change carpets or allow for the balcony windows to open to let in fresh air.

everything was good all around, only minor issue was the pool heater was broken, and they gave us a voucher for free hot breakfast (the included breakfast is cold only) so they don't lose too many points for that. Stayed over the Xmas weekend, they had limited personnel but they changed towels for everybody and had room service if you wanted to ask […] for it. location is safe, and relatively close to area attractions, except the beach. Room and hotel are very clean, seem well maintained and comfortable, my pregnant girlfriend approves, and that's a lot. We would go back again, but if they were closer to the beach it'd be awesome! 더 보기

Stayed for a Christmas quiet getaway. It was perfect.

We have stayed at this Hotel on many occasions and we are always satisfied. Close to everything, comfortable and clean, no fuss in checking in. Love this hotel!

Nice hotel good location, the room was layed out very well, and small amenities that went a long way such as being able to plug you ipod, laptop, blu-ray right into the tv. free breakfast and close by dinning was a huge plus! Will stay again

Room had a musty smell the a/c unit was loud and blew directly on the bed with no way to redirect the air flow (wall unit) the towel holder in the shower was rusted the fridge would not get cold, no ice machine on the floor I was on the late check out policy is unfriendly no room service Bed linens were ruff

The hotel is not located near I-95; the service was suspect - not enough people to handle the dining and front desk; the Internet was down, the express check out is far from "express", the equipment in the workout room was broken and no TV. Rooms are nice and quiet, TV's in rooms are nice -

The reason why I have given this Hotel such a poor rating is that the Internet service at the hotel was down for 4 days, despite almost every guest complaining about it every day, and the Hotel showed no sense of urgency to fix the problem. It was obvious that this was a low-priority issue for the hotel management, who are also obviously not in touch […] with the modern-day requirements of hotel guests. 더 보기

Stayed here for thanksgiving holiday to see the family - they live nearby. Good access to shopping mall and a few chain restaurants. Staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. Checkout very easy. Computers available for printing boarding passes and internet/e-mail. Free wifi throughout the place. Didn't eat the free continental breakfast […] but it was always busy when we walked past it - looked pretty good and had Starbucks coffee (yes!). Room was well decorated, looked modern and clean, and fit a lot into a small space. I would not recommend to an older couple but as a younger couple it was just right. Water pressure was good and hot water was hot. Toilets flush strongly. Everything appeared clean and had a big TV. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Air conditioner was a little old but it worked... We will stay here again. Price was right, quality was right, and I felt safe. 더 보기

Booked a King but was provided room with two double beds. No effort to remedy by Guest Services at check in. That's the reason for my low rating. Small and slow elevators. Excellent restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Great breakfast buffet

Very clean and everything you would expect from a Hyatt hotel at an affordable price. Downside is, loud AC unit (under window) close to the beds.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel room was clean and very comfortable and the location was optimal due to the variety of restaurants and easy access to the highway. I would definitely stay here again :)

If you are in the shopping mode this is your hotel. It is close to Sawgrass mall (7 mi) and has everything you need very close by. All the rooms have a small livingroom, desk and a kitchenette. This is the second time I arrived to this hotel, and for sure I will come back again

The hotel and staff was great however the room smelled like bleach.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Plantation and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel especially the guest rooms. However, the dining options were very disappointing. They don't offer room service, and when I ordered a turkey wrap for $9 from their "deli", I only got one slice of turkey. Pretty stingy if you ask me. When we come to this area, we stay here. The hotel is very nice, clean, close to shopping, and restaurants. It is also in a good area.

Did I mention it was clean!!! I am very picky when it comes to hotels for the sake of my children it MUST be clean and safe and this hotel was BOTH!! I was very pleased with my stay, the room was huge!!! I hate going to south florida but when I do go I will be staying here from now on.

Excellent location. Close to 595 and other major roads. There was a full sized mall around the corner. Plenty of restaurants/bars close by. If you don't know south fl. Plantation is a very nice upscale surburban area. Hotel was modern updated and a great value . Nice living area with a sectional in the room. Service was very helpful.

First, we reserved a King bed and when we got there, they told us, sorry, we sold out of King beds so you are stock with 2 Queen beds. Second, their pool is a joke. Any neighborhood public pool looks nicer and cleaner than their pool. So forget about using the pool (no wonder why it was always empty). Needed a place close to friends and family. Great location! Very close to sawgrass shopping :) loved the breakfast options very clean dining area and great prices for full breakfast, planning to stay again!

Room was modern and clean, refrigerator was a nice plus. Air conditioner was loud the entire time, that was the only drawback.

This was a dressed up La Quinta. Not that La Quinta is bad, dont get me wrong! But if you pay for a 4 star (not sure what a 3.5 is) hotel you expect that. This certainly wasnt. Next time I will stay at the La Quinta on University for half the price.

Never had a problem with the room. Staff are very friendly. Fitness center one of the equipment wasnt working. Other than that it was pretty nice and comfortable.

Smells great as you walk into the lobby. Room set up nice and updated with great large LCD tv. Staff is always very helpful and accessible.

Great staff, nice hotel, clean suite like rooms, free internet, free parking, overall nice hotel for business traveling. Have been to it twice and will continue to use them.

Hotel was being redone however very nice hotel if you cant afford the really expensive ones. A good mid range. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Will stay there again.

Great hotel close to major shopping and beach areas in FT Lauderdale. Rooms are huge, very clean and with all complements you may need for a perefct stay. Staff is absolutelly perfect: I travel more than 120 day a year (for bussiness or vacations) and I stahh of the hotel is one of the most professional ann kind I ever met. Congratulations.
