Room was great. We are a family of 5 so there was plenty of space

I got there and check in was greeted nicely, gave me a tour of the lobby and show me to elevator. Room was very comfortable, had like a living room,iron,iron board,refrigerator,sectional coach i felt like i was at home.

Very pleased and pleasantly surprised by the quality of hotel for the small price paid. The only thing to consider when staying here is the following. Adults need either the king bed or get their own double bed. My wife and I did not have very much room on the double bed. We have stayed at this Hyatt several times over the past 2.5 yrs and have always enjoyed our experience. I've never written a review before today, but I wanted to highlight the great customer service we received this trip. On Sat night we were walking out and a staff memebr asked if we were heading to dinner, we said we were. He then asked where we […] were going and when we told him he mentioned that he might have a coupon for that restaurant. He gave us a $10 off coupon! We were thankful and had a great time at out favorite restaurant that night. We were very impressed with his initiative and it makes us like the hotel even more! 더 보기

I like the hotel. Stay all the time but at a different location. Only problem we had was hot water. Never could get any hot water. But would stay again

I am a fan of all Hyatt Places. The staff are always helpful and friendly and this was no excpetion. Invariably if I order something from the bar (non-alcoholic) they end up giving it "one the house". This time it was just a glass of milk but they didn't have to and I appreciated it. Was switched from king to reg bed, hotel overbooked.

Not enough hooks to hang towels when asked to conserve energy by saving on 'laundry". Suggest placing hangers/knobs or hooks opposite hand towel hanger for another towel or tolietry bag; a valet hanger in bdrm near bed out of traffic area, a towel hook on bathroom door dressing side and a privacy curtain to shield light from sinkl/dressing area blasting […] lighted mirror from bed and traveling companion. It triggered a migraine that prevented my participation in family activities for two days of the trip. Also, hqving come through rain, a coat hook near the entree door to hang wet coats separate from closet clothes for drying purposes. And, plugs on night stands to charge cell phones. An ipod docking station alarm clock would be wonderful, as seen in other hotels. 더 보기

Chose this hotel based on the previous reviews and was more than pleased. The location was ideal for my purposes: shopping and relaxation. Within easy driving distance were Ikea, Angelika Film Forum, Stonebriar Mall, at least 2 other malls, and some funkier shops in Frisco. Easy access to highways and congenial efficient service.

This hotel was under renovation when I visited, however it was good overall. Don't order the breakfast from menu though.

I love the Hyatt Place. I haven't been to one that I haven't thought was great. I typically travel with my husband and our toddler and school age child. Their hotels are very family friendly and include the ability to hook your lap top into the computer. With free wi fi we were able to watch Netflix in our down time which was great. I also love their […] commentary breakfast and the staff is always friendly. The only critiques I had was I think they are due for some serious carpet cleaning. My toddler ran around barefoot and when i picked her up I noticed the bottoms of her feet were black. Other than that the hotel was spotless. We we're on a girls shopping trip. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We also enjoyed our relaxing time at the pool! We will stay again.

This hotels is comfort and clean.

The Hotel was very clean. Our room was great, but the free breakfast was not very good. Poor selection of food. Basically white or wheat toast, or cereal.

Rooms were very nice. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff! Would love to stay there again!

Breakfast was light but appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants and much shopping. There was highway noise, but you got used to it. The elevators were really slow and the hotel was crowded. Worked out at the fitness center. Towels and cold water fountain were a nice amenity.

We were greeted at the door and felt very welcome from the beginning. The facilities and room were very modern and clean. Breakfast was great. Amazing value. Have nothing but good things to say!

We were there for a day and when we walked in, it was everything that was on the pictures! I loved it, my children loved it, the rates were great and way better than the Tamaya Resort in Albuquerque that we stay at every year. This is a no brainer next time. I recommend it to everyone. My sister and I go away once a year for a girls weekend. We keep returning back to the Hyatt. It is a steal of a deal, the employees are so nice, and attentive. The rooms are clean. The T.V. is awesome. Love the extra sitting area. My sister slept in one morning and I didn't want to wake her so I sat in the sitting area and read. She never even noticed […] the light. We loved the layout of the room! It had a sectioned off living area with a large sofa, desk and mini-bar area. The large flat screened TV was viewable from the living area and the bedroom area. The beds were comfortable! The sink area had plenty of room on the counter for toiletry bags, and the amenities were of a good quality. My only concern was the […] highway noise outside the room, but we were able to block that with the noise of the fan. The food was decent, but the snack area was a little pricey. Breakfast was included, but it was average in quality (like other chain's free breakfasts) I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through, as it was very comfortable and roomy! This was my second stay at a Hyatt Place having booked one just a few weeks prior in another city. The design is contemporary and classy. The staff is well-trained and hospitable. The rooms are spacious and well-designed with a large flat screen TV easily seen in either the bedroom or the living area. Kiosk to check-in, and check-out was REALLY fast, easy, and convienant. Large Flat screen TV in room with a fridge and microwave, desk, large sofa, etc. One of my favorite hotels to stay in!

The only thing that was a pain was extending my reservation. It takes like 10 to 15 minutes to where in other hotels it's just a quick phone call and a re-programming of your key.

The room was great, clean and the bed was comfy!! I had a wonderful stay, and it was very relaxing and peaceful...and the big flat screen was beyond my expectations!! Would definitely recommend this hotel to someone else and I will most certainly stay here again!!

The 'free' continental breakfast could use some work - hotels in the area that offer a continental breakfast with you stay has a MUCH BETTER variety including waffles.

This is a very nice hotel. The environment inside is nice and comfy, the room is nice and big and comfortable to stay in. The media center is excellent for bringing your own movies to watch and such. The Room was very nice, Bed was pretty comfortable, and it was a nice room to stay in for any amount of time. Good Bathtub, bed, media space was excellent!! Very nice hotel, off highway, across from upscale mall with a California Pizza. Pool water was very clean and cold which was nice on a 103 degree day!

The room was comfortable, quiet and update. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint: the bathtub needed resurfacing or replacing.

As I we drove up I knew we had picked the right place. The Front desk personnel were very friendly and quick.The room was perfect and met every need. I will definitely recommend and look for more of Hyatt Place locations as I travel .
