Nice hotel. And friendly staff. Bed was old and not well kept. Noise emanating from te bed frame and mattress was actually loud enough to wake up periodically, as one changed position during sleep. The ice maker across the hallway is loud and 'cranks' up' loudly every few hours. The hotel should be able to fix these issues easily. We have stayed here for an event about four years in a row. We come back because of hotel location. Rooms seem to show age a bit since last stay, but still very comfortable. Bathroom cleanliness was not at same level as prior years though -Towels could probably be replaced and someone else's hair on sink, toilet and in shower. Bathroom door veneer is […] peeling away at bottom. Lobby is very nice and location is convenient. Don't serve breakfast until 7am on weekend and that is inconvenient. Ended up eating elsewhere. I travel a good deal and most places serve continentals at 6 or 6:30 at latest. Good price relative to others in area. 더 보기

Great pool and food 24/7

The only thing served out of breakfast was cereal. When we asked where all the food was, we were told they were out of fruit, breads, and muffins, and that it would be 30 minutes before bisquits and gravy would be ready. We waited 1 hours and nothing was ever brought out. We went to the pool and there were no towels. I went to the front and the man […] said he would get me some. He got about 15 towels and asked me to take the out and just put them in the towel cabinet because he didn't have time. When in the room, we called down for towels for our showeres and never did receive any. The toilet had brown stains on it and the bathtub had 2 black hairs in it. The stay was comfortable. I booked a double and ended up with a king. With an injured person in the room, it would have been nice to have the type of room I needed. There was no laundry facility which I am used to with the Hyatt Place. At no fault of the hotel, the guests were very loud. Otherwise, I love staying at the Hyatt.

I was very very disappointed with this hotel. I usually never give bad reviews, I just choose to take my business elsewhere and just let my friends know. But this hotel has taken me to a new level. The so called "Bar/Lounge is nothing more than a kitchen counter with four bar stools that they have decided to call a bar, they also stop serving at their […] "Bar" at 10pm. Now to the beds! The first room we were in had two queen beds, we go to get into bed and there is a hair tie also know as a hair rubber band in the bed. I said ok maybe it feel off the maid's hair while she was making the bed.....we decide to sleep in the other queen bed and pull back the covers and there is a sock! I call down stairs to make the front desk aware of what is going and they do not seem surprised at all!!!! To top things off the answer I get to the problem is you will need to come down stairs and get a key to another room. When we finally get down there after getting dressed and repacked we are told there are only King smoking rooms left, we said ok (not like we had a option) and my husband smoked anyway. Well let me tell you this room did not smell just like smoke it smelled much worse if you can image that. So if you would like a pleasant night stay somewhere else. 더 보기

Beautifully designed room and layout. I was really surprised. What needs updating is the bath. Old school tub that flexed and had sloped sides (inviting slips), hot water that was iffy at times, a door that would barely clear the toilet. If more than 1 person is staying in room, the sink area is located in front of the beds and can be disturbing to the person trying to sleep a little longer, otherwise nice room.

As new adults and looking for a responsible place to bring in the new year and away from drunks this was just an excellent choice. My children loved the hotel and so did mom and dad. The hyatt offers a level of comfort that few hotels offer. I really like the modern asian influence of the rooms decor. I just want everyone to know if you want the best […] this is the best for the money. It was a good stay at a no frills hotel. The hotel was generally clean, though both my wife and I detected a very slight cigarette smell in the hallways and public areas. I am not sure if there are smoking rooms there but it was unpleasant. The room was nice and clean, with a great adjustable large television with many channels, a kitchenette and sectioned […] off living space. Pretty nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and professional. I didn't like the shower and toilet being separated from the mirror and sink area -- it makes you feel like your shaving and brushing your teeth in the living room. Service was 5 star! Food was 5 stars! Drinks were 3 stars ( need better selections)! Rooms were 4 star! Would be five if the bathrooms were larger and the shower was nicer. I would definitely stay here again!

Really nice place to stay.

The property is first rate, and so an amazing value for the price I paid. The rooms are more like very upscale boutique. The room floor plans were unlike any I've ever seen. The breakfast area, lobby, and bar were an equal match in attention to detail. I would go out of my way to stay here again.

Excellent Hotel for the price. Clean and modern. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

From now on, anytime I stay in Fort Worth, this is where I'm staying. The beds were comfortable, but were a little firm like some of the others mentioned. The continental breakfast included biscuits and gravy. The hotel staff was very friendly and this hotel looks EXACTLY like the pictures. For the price, you can't beat it!

Was traveling to Fort Worth for business with a friend and we were pleasantly surprised at how big our room was. Had a nice desk/couch/wet bar area and then partially separated bed area. Only problem we encountered was when I flushed the toilet later in the evening the toilet kept running and was not fixable. So we had to switch rooms at like 10:30pm, […] but it was done very quickly, they got us a room right across the hall so we didn't have to move very far and were very helpful. They also checked in on us by calling up to the room about 20 minutes after we got there to make sure everything was fine. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also great! Yogurt, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, english muffins, cereal and oatmeal. I would recommend this hotel, it's close to the highway, just not so close to downtown fort worth if that's what you're looking for. But very close to the airport! 더 보기

Nice, clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful with getting directions to places we needed to get to. Also, they gave us a little bit of a larger room to accomodate our large family. I guess if I were going to give one negative critique it would be their breakfast....they did have the option to order additional food, i.e. eggs, waffles, […] etc., however, the free breakfast was a little skimpy. There was cold cereal, oatmeal, bagels, fruit, etc, but, unlike many hotels, they did not serve eggs or pancakes on their "free" menu. We use this hotel every summer for a school and conference that our church runs. The staff is always helpful, the rooms are clean, and the environment is professional. I would suggest this hotel to anyone coming to the Hurst area.

Our room was perfect, hotel was very nice.

super cold AC. clean room. very comfy bed. very nice neighborhood. close to alot of shopping etc.... we arrived early and they were able to go ahead and place us into our room we were on the 4th floor directly opisite the elevators..... Service was outstanding, everyone so friendly. Breakfast was good would have liked some eggs. Kitchen was open for orders but I took advantage of the free breakfast. Breakfast area was outstanding, real plates and silverware. Large room on top floor, "golden" silence, slept great. Will return for another stay next summer.

This hotel was close to the Fort Worth Stockyards and at a great price. I've never used hotels.com before and was a little uneasy paying upfront. We were VERY pleased with our hotel. We were travelling with our 3 small grandkids and everything about the hotel was great. Will definately use this hotel again and will use hotels.com for other hotels.

I needed a place to stay while my apt was being cleaned. The place was nice and accommodating!! I would recommend to anyone!

Other than becoming slightly worn in the last couple of years this is extra nice for the price. It is clean and well maintained. The amenities are good. Love the bar...quite unusual.

Not my first stay at this location or at a hyatt, but this location has the friendliest staff!!! Rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean.

I have stayed at Hyatt Places before and usually love them. This one did not meet expectations. We were part of a group that had to be at a facility five miles away at 7:30 a.m. The event host asked if they could help all of us out by having breakfast out early (since they decided that Saturday breakfast should not start until 7am) After a night of […] little sleep due to the hard beds, we went down hoping for some breakfast. Instead, they barely had the cold breakfast out and told us that if we "absolutely wanted hot breakfast, it would take them a while." Not good customer service at all. 더 보기

Would recommend it to everyone. Very nice staff and the cont. breakfast was extremely fresh beautifully displayed and maintained. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Our room was clean and the breakfast selection was good but you would think they could spend a little more money on the mattresses. They were terrible-very cheap! Not what we expected for a Hyatt.

We were there to attend the Super Bowl and activities. The hotel was full and there was a lot going on. The staff was incredible attending to the guests helping them with traffic routes, where to park for the Super Bowl, etc. It turned out there was a train running on the day of the Super Bowl, when the staff found out they made copies of the train […] info and arranged for their shuttle to get people to the train station. Very pleasant and thinking out of the box to ensure their guests stay and trip to the Super Bowl was uneventful in a good way. 더 보기

Couldn't ask for more. Comfortable, clean and great staff. Sat at the bar after a long day. The lady behind the counter even warmed up my daughters cookie. They really go the extra mile.
