Had a great time at this hotel. Would have liked normal plates and cutlery in the breakfast room.

Good Value, nice hotel if I wanted to go to Disneyland they don't have a shuttle top get you there, Double Tree up the street does. A convenience if you don't have a car.

We were disappointed with the lack of necessities in our room such as no dishes or cutlery. We didn't see the point in having a microwave when there wasn't so much as a plate to put anything on. We were also disappointed that we had to eat our breakfast off paper plates and use plastic cutlery. We have never found accomodation where this has been the […] case before. 더 보기

Very comfortable hotel, super location, with easy on and off freeways, staff very helpful, terrific breakfast. Nice to have a sitting room and kitchenette instead of just a bedroom. Would stay here again.

i room smells fresh, it had a great layout and very confortable! Great location and close to everything!

Room is around many things including the block and disney is a couple minutes away

I loved loved loved the room. The night manager George was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was superb. I didn't want to leave and I will be coming back for sure. Thank you for such memorable time.

My adult daughters and I stayed at this hotel during Spring Break. We found it clean, comfortable and easy to find. It was close to Disneyland too. The staff was helpful. The only down side was the breakfast. The room was always full, but the tables were dirty & sticky with syrup from the previous occupant. But the food selection was very nice.

Great hotel! Very clean, nice pool w/ beautiful courtyard. Breakfast was awesome! Very easy shuttle service to & from Disney also.

Breakfast was good. Had several choices for eating and drinking. Only had a few issues with the rom and hotel. The doors seperating the bed area and the seating area did not close because they were not set right. They hit in the middle. Also there was visible rust on the hinges in the bathroom. On our second day there the time the shuttle to disneyland left changed and when I bought the tickets the lady did not mention the time change. I later found out there was a sign posted but not where you buy the shutle pass. This resulted in us missing the shuttle and having to wait another hour and a half to make it to disneyland. Also when we were waiting for the new shuttle time it was about ten minutes late. I went to the desk to see if they could call and then the lady mentions the new shuttle time. I then informed her I was aware of the new time and it was already 10 minutes past. She then said "oh I will give them a call". I realize the shuttle was not their fault but they should have put the sign at the desk and/or mentioned the new time when I purchased the passes. I still give it a 4 star review though. This was not as close as we would like to Disneyland but it's right on the shuttle and reasonably priced. It gave us lots of space, free breakfast and a nice warm pool. The major downside is if you don't have a rental car, there are not many places close for dinner. We liked that there was enough room for the four of us in the king suite.

Location is too far away from Disneyland parks. Room is very noisy caused you can hear noises from next rooms and in the hallways. Kitchen does not have a lot of supply, no dishwashers. Maid only comes to clean dishes once a day so easy to run out clean dishes. Breakfast is good enough for kids.

Our room was both quiet and very large (we stayed in the VIP King suite with a whirlpool tub) and had doors that opened to a non-private balcony that overlooked the courtyard/pool/spa - nice touch, even though it was too cold to use it this trip. The free breakfast is fantastic - eggs and waffles and sausages in addition to the more usual pastries + […] cold cereal. We plan to head back in June and use this as a home-base while visiting Disneyland (only 3 miles away) for a couple of days. We were going to Disney, so the location of the Hotel was very good. The hotel was in OK condition. The room was clean, but worn. The doors to all the rooms face either to the outside of the hotel or to the courtyard, making the noise level higher than most hotels. It was good for the price, but you get what you pay for.

Hotel: Under renovation. Amenities are basic for a 2.5 star hotel (pool, "workout center" consisting of a couple of cardio machines, a computer and printer to print boarding passes, WiFi, etc.). Room: Very clean and comfortable. I stayed in a jaccuzi suite and was very surprised at how large the room was. I'm a stomach sleeper so I usually like flat […] pillows and a hard mattress. Even though the mattress was soft and the pillows fluffy, I found the bed comfortable. I prefer to sleep under heavy blankets and they only give you thin sheets to sleep under. But, that's true of just about every hotel. Breakfast: Nothing special. Waffles, cereal, coffee, fruit, bagels, etc. Basically what you expect from a hotel breakfast. General: This hotel is VERY, VERY, VERY loud! If you are a light sleeper, even ear plugs, white noise generators and sleeping pills won't help (at least, they didn't help me). There are constantly people coming and going. They're probably coming from or going to the airport. So, even in the middle of the night, you have people arriving from their flights. Most people don't seem to be courteous enough to keep their voices down when walking through a hotel hallway and the doors to the rooms are worthless for sound dampening. Plus, I think that the floors are thin too. Kids running up and down the halls sounded like wild elephants were loose in the hotel. Bottom Line: If you can tolerate a noisy sleeping environment, I think you'll like this hotel. If you can't, you'll hate it. 더 보기

Great, clean, affordable and conveniently located hotel in Orange. Great for Disney stays and conventions. We are cgoing back again in November.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to get our tickets into the Disneyland park right at hotel, which was nice. Also, they have a shuttle over to the park, so you don't have to drive in. Hotel is a little out of the way, but I think it is worth it. Room was very nice and comfortable. Over the years we have stayed at so many different hotels in the Disneyland area. The BW Meridian is by far my favorite. When I stay there I never get home sick for my own bed because their beds are so crazy comfortable. There are always plenty of pillows in the room and they provide a combo of both soft and firm pillows! The rooms are huge in comparison […] to most hotel rooms. The property is kept very nice. I have not seen anything in my room that has fallen into disrepair. The breakfast is good and filling. This hotel has all the qualities I require from a hotel...it is consistantly clean and well maintained, it is quiet and comfortable, and it is moderately priced. We always stay here for Disney trips and we have never been disappointed. 더 보기

We liked the central location for Orange County activities. The hotel is also very close to Disneyland. Breakfast was included and predictable good.

It was our 2nd stay in this hotel. We liked the breakfast, and especially their waffles. And the bed was comfortable, extra firm. Bed was comfortable and I like the clean bathroom.

They performed electrical maintenance without informing us. Maintenance lasted from 9am - 5pm. NO ELECTRICITY. They were difficult to deal with. I had to ask them for everything instead of them offering me the best possible service. Breakfast is OK. nothing to rave about. It is far from Disneyland and the shuttle is $4 a person. Get a closer hotel and […] you can walk or use their free shuttles. I would avoid this one unless you want to have the feeling you are going back to Disneyland in the 80's because this hotel will bring you back to the 80's. 더 보기

power went out on us the last day, but rooms were nice, big beds, great amenities (hot tub, fridge, tv's, shuttle, etc.) Great breakfeast, and great place if you are doing a disneyland trip

Everything besides the last day was fine. When we arrived, they told us they would be shutting off the power from 8-5 on our last day there. That's something that should have been shared with us before we booked, or at least, before we had already checked in. Management should have done a better job of sharing this information with their customers, […] so that they can make arrangement, or be prepared. We normally enjoy staying at this hotel, but this was a big inconvenience, and we were not happy with how it was handled. Next time, this won't be our first pick. Or maybe even second... 더 보기

Had a good time staying at the hotel and then going to Disneyland after.

The location is awesome because it is very close to the freeways and disneyland. The only draw back was the guy who checked us in had no personality whats so ever and made me feel as if I made a bad decision in where I am staying. and he was mumbling his words to me which I could barely understand him. I think he got upset at the fact that I had asked […] him to change my room to the 3rd floor and not stuck with the 1st floor. I feel that if I am paying money to stay at a hotel, then I should be able to choose which area or floor I want. its not like they were packed with people either.. If you have a car, it is a good choice. You have I-5 / CA-22 closed to go anywhere. Also, a quiet and safe location is given for a good-night sleep.

This is by far the best hotel suite,we have spent the night at.

This is a great hotel to stay even if if visiting Disneyland. The shuttle to Disneyland makes it so easy( 1 hr before Disney opens and every hour after that) and the location is in a good business neighborhood so there is not a lot of noise at night. Plus, they offer a great breakfast with several options like waffles, sausage and eggs, toast, fruit...not […] just your typical cold cereal. The staff was great and the room was wonderful! I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It was very clean and had everything you needed. Also it was a reasonable price and it was close to the oakland coliseum. I would definetly recommend staying here.

The staff worked very hard to please, but the property is on such a tight budget that nothing is avaialble except exactly what you see. No extra glasses when we wanted to serve wine to guests; no dishes or towels in our "suite"; very thin sheets that would tear at the least snag.
