courteous staff (except the unexpected entry at about 5pm by hotel staff/thankfully hotel lock was on) clean, recommended restaurant was good..location not so great, closer to pittsfield, ma would have been better

great hotel-staff was very friendly. Room was clean and updated. We were looking for a good hotel right near Bousquet ski area, and this one did the trick.

The hotel is old and in need of updating. The sink in the room sits outside of the bathroom which can be inconvenient. The morning breakfast is very basic but adequate. However the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. In short, a decent hotel for the money.

Some wear and tear in a few spots but the room was clean. Not a bad place to stay for the night if you are looking for an inexpensive room. Plus they do have a complimentary hot breakfast bar.

I'm not sure why this hotel, which is a modest property on a busy road was priced so high, but I was not really happy with the price/comfort ratio. For the price I probably should have gone farther down the road to Lenox, or a bit north to Dalton or Lanesboro. Room 305 had wall paper completely peeling off under the window above the air conditioning and it was very moldy. The bathroom floor was really sticky and towels were on the floor. I did not move rooms because I had already settled in after an extremely long day.

One night stay for business trip and probably will not return. Facility is older and in needed of renovation. Years of wear and tear were evident in my room, which featured a small and very tired bathroom complete with pealing wallpaper and stained ceiling. The Inn seemed like it was all redone, It was very clean. The continently breakfast had a nice selection of food with eggs, sausage French toast, and waffles. My husband and I were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and we were very pleased with our accommodations.

We arrived at about 9PM, our room was ready. The location is perfect for a weekend at Tanglewood and surrounds. The a/c was excellent. I was anticipating the best. However, the room was quite dirty with lots of spots missed by housekeeping. For some reason the phone was located on very inconveniently on a mantle quite some distance from a nite table. […] The pillows seemed like ancient foam pillows with no feather pillows available. The bathroom had some kind of crawling insect in it. I wouldn't tell my wife as I didnt' feel like checking into another place at that late hour. The "breakfast" was marginally adequate but not very filling. Went to a local coffee shop afterwards. Checked into the Yankee Inn later and loved it!! 더 보기

This hotel is adequate. The cost is based on the proximity to Tanglewood only. The hallway smelled like gasoline. The air conditioning unit in the room did not work so our room was hot and humid all night. There is no fitness center. The room had a view of the parking lot only. found used bar of soap on tub and a strand of hair in the sink. Made us wonder if the room was properly cleaned. Other than that, it was okay. It was quiet, had a great breakfast, the employees behind the desk were great, and I would use this hotel again.

Room was clean, had everything I needed. The entrance from the street is not very obvious and seems like you're driving over the sidewalk to get in. Eggs were cold for breakfast., Otherwise, everything was fine. I've stayed at 2 other hotels in the area and this was better than one and equal to the other.

The floors were in need of cleaning. The comforter was dirty & stained. No pillow cases on some of the pillows.No tissue boxes in room. The hotel clerk was very sweet & helpful. The king size bed was comfortable.

Very unhappy, I stayed at this hotel last year and was very happy yet this year the plase was not what I had hoped for. TV would not work right, chair back was broke haet unit was unclean.

The parking lot was icy and should have been cleaned. HBO was not working, but booklet in room for the month of March 2011. When we checked into our room, the heat was not on, so, we had to leave our coats on for a while.

The bathroom in 109 needs to be deep cleaned and the floor mat is worn out. Other than that, we were fine.

Very satisfying experience, for the money. While the staff was fine, an exceptional mention to the night manager. Our TV was not working at all. She could not have been more helpful. After trying to fix it, she offered to switch our room, to the one next door, which we did and all was well. A nice touch. spend the extra money and go to the Patriot Hotel just up the street. Continental breakfast was not very good compared to other Comfort Suite the week before in Penn.

Everything was fine at this motel just south of Pittsfield on the road to Lenox. It was clean and the rooms are nice sized. The decent breakfast included in the price included bagels, eggs, cereal, and waffle maker.

This hotel was run down and filthy! When I went into the bathroom, there was mold in the shower and dirty towels behind the door. The sheets were torn and there was some strange white powder that was behind the bedboard. Never again!

We arrived at the check-in time of 3:00. Room was ready and the front desk clerk was very helpfult because we were in Mass for a concert at Tanglewood and she advised us to leave rather early because traffic get quite heavy. In regards to the room, few minor things like one of the lights next to the bed did not work, but overall the room was neat and […] clean. I enjoy the continental breakfast, saves time and money. I think you feel you get your moneys worth at Comfort Inn. Thisis the second one I have stayed in and will continue to stay them in my travels. 더 보기

We enjoyed our 1 night at this location. The pool hours were great 9-9. The room was clean and comfortable, except the bathroom is tiny. The door would not open all the way due to the tub, the sink is out in the room. I figure a full family would have issues with the bathroom space for more that 1 or 2 nights.

Do you like a staff that doesn't care? Well then you'll love The Comfort Inn in Pittsfield, MA. Room had dirty towels and no A/C. Not very "Comforting"

The Comfort Inn (Pittsfield) is conveniently located on Route 7, just south of Pittsfield/Williamstown, and north of Lenox/Stockbridge/Great Barrington. Our room looked newly renovated. The included breakfast was adequate. The public computer, in the lobby, was "down" most of the time, and that should be looked into. The pool was clean, and pool furniture […] was new and comfortable. I motel itself is off the road, on a small hill, so it limits traffic noise. Overall, a good experience for the $. 더 보기

Ein bisschen Renovation täte den Zimmern gut, sonst gibt es aber wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Wer Frühstück aus der Packung mag ist bestimmt zufrieden, Kalorien gibt es genug zu essen, leider aber kein frisches Obst oder dergleichen. Trotzdem, wir würden es wieder buchen und können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
