The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and comfortable (except it was a little cold when we arrived as the heat was off). Very conveniently located.

We stay here often, and we've noticed it's been wearing out steadily over the years. It's cleanish, safe and cheap.

We noted evidence of bedbugs in our room. The bugs were dead and the room had been treated (we don't know how successfully) I am an exterminator and I know some often survive the first treatment. We stayed here because we wanted a King size bed and it was the closest facility near our family with King size beds. The bed was old and soft, with a dip towards the middle of the bed. The internet at this facility is poorly managed to say the least. I had to call the front desk 3 times before they could find a code that had not been previously assigned. The […] room was clean enough, but old. The shower rod was falling out of the wall, which caused the shower curtain to pool to the centre of the rod and water was going all over the floor. The room was clean, and the furnishings were confortable consisting of a queen bed, amoir, desk and sofa. This motel is a bit on the older side and is probably due for an overhaul, the sliding door to the outside was somewhat difficult to operate. The bathroom sink appeared to be made of a plastic composite and had some cracks in it. the TV channels […] offered were of a good variety offering the usual networks and sports channels and some local programming in French. There is no wi-fi. The free breakdast was a little skinpy, consisting of cerial, fresh fruit and various breads. The motel is located in a commercial area with shops and resturaunts nearby. Overall this is a good place for a stopover for a night but probably not too good for an extendrd stay 더 보기

was very disappointed in the housekeeping dept.. My room door was left open all day, well we had our belongings inside. The 2nd day of our stay we did not have any towels,cups etcc.. main concern was the door left open.

The quality of hotel, condition, cleanlines, comfort are not bad, same as a standard hotel we get with this price. But it is ok and no major complaint for the room. Our ice bucket had a hole or crack in it. When I asked the cleaning staff for other one, she told me to go to the front desk, they said they didn't have any, but gave me a bag that should been in the room in the first place. Our stay was for 2 nights, they never cleaned our room or replenished our towels. To start with there were just 3 bath towels, […] no hand towels, no face clothes. We asked the front desk for one towel and a couple face clothes for the morning, she said yes, but never brought them. For the first morning we asked for a wake up call for 5:30am, they called us at 5am. The second morning we asked for a call at 6am, but never received one. We own our own service business, and know the value of keeping a customer happy. We didn't mind that they were really busy and didn't clean the room, but because the girl at the desk promised she'd bring towels up, and just didn't, bothers us a lot. I have never been to a hotel where I found garbage under my bed from previous occupants, NO FRESH TOWELS in my room, flies all over my room, and the smell of mould. Granted, I didn't expect too much for the price...but I was greatly disappointed seeing as I had two small children in tow. Not impressed!

I stayed at the hotel in Welland for 2 nights. The room was great, it was clean and nice and cool. The continental breakfast was not that great! I was down there the first morning at 7:30am there was not any bagles or buns all that was left was cerial and toast.

We stayed for one night, and found it to be nothing too special for the price, but as mentioned in the title, it was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff we're friendly, although not terribly efficient. Check-in took some time (thankfully there was no line up), and the other people we came with were given a room that already had guests in it! […] Fridge worked well, microwave and coffee maker were in the room but we didn't use them. The room did not smell fresh, neither their linens-- looked like it weren't changed for a long time. The carpeted floor was dirty and needed vacuuming! The shower knob was broken, we needed to constantly turn the shower on and off in order to let the water down the drain... It was cheap, yes! I paid through Hotels.com but Comfort Inn charged me again with higher price. Although I requested to reimburse me but it is been a week and didn't get my money back.
