Pretty good. Staff was very couteous and helpful. Breakfast was good. Was close to work and Legacy place which was great.

This hotel is beautiful and the room with balcony was awesome. The front desk clerk's personality was superior and she was very informative. The food and bar was excellent. Celebrating my birthday with BF of 47 years. Balcony was on the side where the pool, otherwise just wonderful...

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The staff was very nice and polite. However, the condition of our room was outdated and dumpy. The lobby was the only nice feature. I've stayed at La Quintas that were nicer. If I wasn't in such a hurry I would have switched hotels and stayed else where. It was a terrible value. I won't stay here again.

The room descriptions on the website do not match the actual facility. This hotel does not have roll-away beds. It also only has one crib available in the entire hotel. Call ahead to see what they can actually accommodate because it can very deceptive.

It was a nice enough hotel. I spent extra for a balcony, which wasn't really worth it. The bed was absolutely amazingly comfortable. Nive TV. And don't get me wrong, there was nothing bad about it. It just could have been a little less bland and a maybe offer room service.

Great location, easy access to highways. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Well lit parking.

My impression of this hotel is very positive overall. I have stayed there twice, and in the Plano area it is the best option I have found. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We had a toilet that ran intermittently all the time, which I reported, but which was not fixed. The location of this hotel is hard to pass up, but I will next time. There was no "full breakfast" as advertised both on the website and on signage throughout the hotel. Also, the management was very reluctant and slow to respond to reports of excessive noise in the halls and nearby rooms at 2:00 in the morning. This hotel is in a great location to Legacy Shops and the great restaurants and night life there. Very nice hotel staff that had some issues to deal with... There was a ton of grade school age kids for a basketball tournament who took over the lobby and made it very difficult to enjoy any lobby time including using the PCs for printing... We had purchased room with breakfast thru Hotel.com, Courtyard would not honor it if we did not show proof (receipt of purchase). Management waved the first day breakfast charge. I then had to go get my receipt printed out. At breakfast they would lay down a piece of paper expecting a tip...never had this happen before anywhere. Room was very nice, and priced much better than other hotels in the area. Has a Gym, Pool and Spa. It was nice to walk from my room, right into the Pool/Spa Area.

Decent price for location and accommodations. However they did try and double charge me for the breakfast buffet even after clarifying that it was prepaid before I was even seated. Had to call and have them remove the second charge from incidentals. TV was large but half the channels had banding running threw the programming. Very nice hotel. The staff was freindly and professional and the location was close to everything I like to do. If I need to come back to north Dallas, this is where I will stay again.

the comfort & customer service was great, location good next to great food & shopping. However< one of the main perks we look forward to is the pool. it was being repaired!!! i would have appreciated a heads up & would not have booked it. a sister hotel pool was offerred but that in itself is inconvenient re: cleanliness the floor had a barrette n other […] stuff so vacumming was not up to par. otherwise it was fine but probably wont stay there again. we like to try different hotels. 더 보기

visited family in Frisco; Great price for location, easy access to Tollway; Shopping/dining @ Shops at Legacy was convenient.

Room was very comfortable and spacious for the price. Room cleanliness was acceptable, so was the room service. Lot of good places to eat nearby as well as shopping - Stone briar mall and the Allen outlet mall are within 7 miles. Since it is located on the highway ,you can hop on to the rest of the DFW in no time.
