"늦은 체크인"
호텔의 청결상태는 좋았으나 우리가 늦은 체크인을 했는데 호텔 측문과 정문이 잠겨 있어 한참을 헤맸다 또한 7명의 가족이 머물 예정이라 객실 2개를 한 사람 명의로 예약하고 대금 지불을 했는데 만일 호텔측이 투숙자의 편의를 고려했다면 커넥팅룸을 남겨두었다가 배정해주거나 적어도 같은층의 가까운 객실로 배정을 해주었을텐데 멀리 떨어진 방에 배정해주어서 불편했다.검증된 Hotels.com 숙박객 이용 후기

We booked a different hotel in the same area for this stay and when we got there it was pretty scary. Immediately after check in we searched for a switch of location and read good reviews of the courtyard on line so we reserved. Upon arrival the outside areas and lobby were clean and well maintained. Although we did not purchase breakfast, a voicemail was left on our room phone advertising it and explaining the costs and inclusions. We appreciated that. "very comfortable room and bed"

"awesome hotel"

I have to compliment the hotel about the breakfast service. The staff manager was so helpful and was so friendly!. She kept the buffet line running at a premium rate and let us know when the line had been replenished. She came and talked to our table all the while attending to her business at hand.
