Had a nice stay. Our driver who picked up us at the airport was so much fun!!!!! Upon check in, due to the face lift you're doing to your hotel it was a bit confusing getting to the "check in desk". Once we found our way the staff was awesome and laughed along with us W/R to the construction.. We would stay again.Thank you..

They actually charged $10.00 for a horrible breakfast buffet. It made a Hampton Inn breakfast look 5-star.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The king bed was nice and i enjoyed having a sofa in our room.

Their entire staff were extremely courteous and inviting. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and within minutes of settling into my room, a follow up call from the front desk to insure the condition of my room met my standards. Excellent customer service!!

The hotel had a musty,stale odor everywhere.the room was smelly like it was old and dank. The hot tub was out of order both night we were there. We wanted a king bed but they did nOt have one. The area of town was somewhat out of the way in a bad area. I won't ever stay there again.

The hotel appeared to be in a quite remote area and seemingly close to a lot of things. However, on the 2nd day I was there, the lights went out and it was dark in the hotel. No one informed us of what was going on or what had happened. When I called the front dest they said a transformer had been hit. The next day I was locked out of my hotel because […] the card key would not work. At first I thought it was as a result of the power outage. However, after several attempts to get new cards, I was finally able to get up to my hotel room. This was not a thrilling experience and thus caused the rest of my tenure not to be so rewarding. Overall the hotel was nice and cozy. Just not to exciting to be locked out of the building let alone your room. 더 보기

I stayed at this property because of its proximity to the Memphis airport. I had an early morning flight and it was within 10 minutes of the airport. The airport van (every 30 minutes on the hr and 1/2 hr) was great and dependable. The hotel was fine but it needs a SERIOUS face lift. The property is old and is in need of a renovation. But otherwise […] it's clean and well maintained. The staff was nice, professional and accommodating and made sure my family was all located on the same floor within a few rooms of each other. It was a short overnight stay so I didn't take advantage of anything other than the room. All-in-all I would recommend this property and any Marriott Courtyard. 더 보기

The hotel is nice and minutes away from the airport but it is in a bad area / neighborhood.

We chose the Courtyard near Memphis International after our flight was canceled and we were rebooked on an early morning flight. It was very conveniently located near the airport and rental car returns, the staff was friendly and the room and common areas were clean. there was also gated parking which was much appreciated given the fact that the area […] around the hotel was a little sketchy. The Hotel is nice and clean. They are very serious about hotel security. Everyone was very helpful.

The Courtyard by Marriot-Memphis Airport was just a short ride to Beale Street and the staff was vey friendly. We are very partial to Courtyard Suits.

We were very disappointed with the quality of service and cleanliness at this Courtyard. The location was great. We didn't want to stay in the city. With the motel being just of the highway exit, getting into Memphis was quick and easy. We booked a room for three adults. The room had one king bed and a sofa bed, which we knew in advance. We expected, […] with the hotel knowing the number of guests and sleeping arrangements, there to be towel sets for at least three and linens for the sofa bed. There were towels for two and no linens for the sofa bed. We were also disappointed that although the towels smelled clean, they were dingy and some had small stains. We called for these additional items and after one hour called a second time. After waiting about 15 minutes for the person who was going to be right there, we left for dinner. After returning a couple hours later, we made a third call for the items to be told they were not left because no one was in the room. This response was odd to us. Our experience with hotels has been that if guests are out, someone enters with a master key and leaves the items requested. We felt the room had been vacant for a while and had not been checked or cleaned before our arrival. There was a layer of dust on the ice bucket and on the clock radio. There was no information about the motel or amenities, no "do not disturb" sign, no TV channel listing or other typical motel items. We arrived early evening for a two night stay. I was so disappointed in this hotel at the Memphis airport. The airconditioner was so noisy, I could not sleep, the sheets are cheap and rough and there is only one elevator in the entire huge hotel. Never again!

Hotel only served breakfast. No restaurant on premises or in the immediate neighborhood. No room service. A Subway was across the street but was not open in the evenings nor on the weekends.

The hotel was very convenient to the attractions and areas we visited. The room was clean and the hotel was well-kept. The breakfast bar wasn't very good so we opted out on our second morning. It was pricey for what we got.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was within 15-20 minutes from the Memphis Zoo, Graceland, and Beale Street. The hotel also offers free parking and a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. The hotel itself is well maintained and comfortable.
