매일 아침 코리아타운에 가서 밥 먹기에 아주 가까운 거리에 위치하고 있어서 예약을 했습니다. 호텔로비는 정말 럭셔리하고 안락한 분위기였구요. 근데 방 싸이즈는 너무 작았습니다. 여행 가방을 오픈 해 놓기도 만만치 않은 여유 공간.. 하지만 침대가 너무 안락해서 잠자기에는 좋았습니다.

맨하턴에서의 숙박은 자주 있어왔다 그러나 고민은 가격이 비싼데 비하여 좁은방 낡은 건물 불친절 등이었으나 이번 벤틀리 호텔은 친절함과 깨끗한 객실 및 다른 호텔에 비하여 밝고 사용하기에 불편함이 없었다 단 다운타운과 거리가 좀 떨어져 있었으나 그것도 괜찮은 정도이다

This hotel is in Midtown East-- within walking distance to Rockefeller Plaza, MoMA, 5th Avenue, and Central Park, and very close to a subway station. It was very convenient to almost all the things we wanted to do. In addition, we drove into the city, and the location was actually surprisingly easy to access from FDR Boulevard-- a bonus if you're not […] used to driving in Manhattan but need to drive in to the hotel. The neighborhood was more commercial than residential, but there were lots of nearby restaurants and drug stores for sundries, and it felt generally safe and clean. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we were able to check in early and leave our bags at the bellhop desk after checkout for no additional fee. There was also free wireless/ wi-fi, which was a huge asset in planning our days/ meals. It did take a while to get our vehicle from their off-site valet parking, but that is my only service complaint, and it's a minor one. (There was no problem parking our minivan, by the way-- apparently that's an issue at other places.) The room had 2 queen beds (not full or 'double' beds, which really makes a difference when you're sharing!) and a pull-out couch, and our family of 5 was quite comfortable for 3 days. Everything was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. We did not try the breakfast but preferred to eat locally. There is not much of a lobby, but there is a concierge and a bellhop, and they had cookies and tea in the afternoon. There's no restaurant or bar for meals other than breakfast (but I think one can order room service from a nearby chain steakhouse... we didn't try this). Again, the neighborhood had plentiful options, including everything from takeout to fine dining, within walking distance. Overall, I thought this hotel was an outstanding value for the money. We enjoyed this hotel. The room was extremely large, especially for New York, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was clean, which was evident when I checked very carefully for bed bugs. I didn't see any signs. We had a room on the 17th floor and heard little noise from the street. All of the employees were extremely friendly and accomodating. We liked the location, close to Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's, and 5th Avenue, with a subway stop in the same block. My only complaint was that we booked a room for 2 adults and 3 kids and got a room with just two queen sized beds. This could be because we arrived a bit late. Nonetheless, the staff immediately sent up extra pillows and blankets and we made do. Overall, it was a very good stay for a fair price, and we will return again. 더 보기

Mark on the front desk and Jamal in security are simply fantastic. The hotel enabled us to explore all parts of Manhattan on foot and by subway. We even went to Newark quickly to see a hockey game. The neighbourhood is very safe as is all of Manhattan really. We felt at home in this hotel and were really well looked after.
We were very satisfied with the hotel and the cleanliness. Also it was located 7 blocks from Rockefeller Center and in easy walking distance from all we wanted to do.

The Good things: The hotel is conviently located in NY. The Valet Service is effcient. The Room was nicely clean, and had a decent view of the city. We stayed here with our 3 girls and it was wonderful. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Great restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. The Rockefeller Center was in walking distance and this was magical during Christmas season. We used the subways to get around and they were very close to the hotel. Arrived before check-in and had rooms ready for us. Rooms were a good size for metropolitan hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Waiting for the elevators was not an issue. Location is not in midtown, but close enough to Central Park and Rockefeller Center for a person that doesn't mind a little walk. I loved this place. The staff were very friendly and cared about their guest. The cafe on the 12th floor perfect ! The room was clean and kept clean. The only thing negative is the sheets are a little small for the beds.

Good location, good hotel, good value. Subway was right outside our hotel and close to park, shopping and amenities. Minor issue with the room when we checked in but was quickly resolved without any hassles. Overall a good stay.

Tough to find a place in NYC with room for 2 adults, 2 older kids and a youngster but this one fit nicely. Friendly staff, clean, 1/2 block from subway line 6 station. No restaurant etc. but works great for us as a place to stay and launch from. Ess-a-bagel down the street on 3rd is a classic bagel place, by the way.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room were very clean. There's a subway entrance within 100ft of the hotel, but its not access to a line that is used for going up or downtown. To get uptown or downtown from the hotel you will need to a walk a couple of blocks. This was our first time in NYC and we couldn't have been happier about our hotel choice. The rooms were large w/ 2 queen beds and pull out sofa. The staff was cheerful and very helpful. "Extreme clean"
Many times I notice that corners are not clean, not so this hotel! Every surface was clean, even under the sink in the far corners. The beds were very comfortable. Location was excllent. Service personnel were all very helpful. If we go back we will return to this hotel
