Everything was fine, except for the fact that the hot and cold water leads (or the internal faucet cartridge) were reversed in the room sink. When you placed the handle to the right, you got hot water and cold to the left. This was in room 117. Hotel rooms need to be updated. All the items in the rooms need some update. It feels like a trashy motel .

Next to Walmart and many restaurants.

The person in service desk should not be working at this place.

The only thing positive about this hotel is that it is right off the highway. The rooms are dark and dingy. The walls are so thin you can hear exactly what your neighbor is watching on TV. The parking lot is dangerously narrow. Not sure if you can get more for your money in El Paso, but I would certainly try.

Most motels have only donuts, juice and coffee. It was a welcome surprise to find scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy in addition to a choice of juices, cereal, milk and coffee. It was all tasty and hot too. Thanks.

I was pretty disappointed in the value for the price. My room was acceptably clean, but the bath was badly mildewed and the tub faucet ran (not dripped, RAN) continuously. I pulled in a 1am, so I was not inclined to ask for a different room, but I would not choose to stay here again.

I was promised a handicapped acessible room with 2 queen beds. This hotel doesn't have handicapped rooms with 2 beds. Unfortunately my teenaged son had to have a bed to sleep in so my husband didn't have access to the shower. He had to take a sponge bath everyday & I have to improvise a shampoo system with a chair at the sink. The shower barely worked […] & the safe wouldn't lock. We called maintanence & were told twice they would come but they never did. The hotel also advertised a free continetal breakfast. This turned out to be biscuits, gravy & scrabled eggs only. No fruit, bagels, pastries, toast, cereals or yogurt. Not my definition of a contenintal breakfast. You really should get your facts straight on what this hotels are like. 더 보기

This is the worst Days Inn i have ever stayed at! The room was nasty! Even Stevie Wonder could have told you it was dirty! The room was not cleaned after whoever stayed there before me. The bathroom was disgusting! There was a used bar of soap in the shower. Looking at how dirty the toilet was made me throw up! I refused to stay in that room! Not a […] pleasant stay after traveling for hours in winter weather conditions. Also housekeeping apparently doesn't get the hint when its not check out time! had to tell them 3 times within 30 minutes that I wasn't ready to leave yet. Everything was good, except the restroom was too small. it was kind of crowdy. other than that the bed was comfy & clean.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast surpisingly good. The facility is old but well kept. I will stay there my next trip to El Paso. My only negative - the fitted sheet was too small for the bed and kept popping off the corners.

On the good side- Free internet and a very good breakfast. Not so good side- Hard to get to from the airport. This hotel is not on the courtisy phone board. We had a car at the airport, so we drove ourselves. If you need their free shuttle, you will need their phone number.

The box hotels have passed this place by. It's old and adequate and was very close to where I had to be at 8 AM. An egg McMuffin was almost walkable.

Hotel is right on access road to I10 so location is a plus and a negative (i.e. lots of freeway noise). It was cheap and clean but the beds were not very comfortable and the room was a bit small for our family of 4 and the dog.

It's the normal budget motel. Breakfast was tolerable but it was free. There is a lot of restaurants and things around it and it is right off of the freeway. Has a faint smell as most older budget motels do. I'd only recommend it as a low cost option just passing through on a road trip or something like that.

Good for a night not sure I would stay there more than 3 or 4 nights. Right off highway and good shopping for convenient items close by. Pets welcome and they have a small area to let them run in.

The reserved room I was sent to had an AC that could not cool the room in the last week of September, 2011. The AC was off when I got there and the manager asked me to give it an hout or two to cool down. 2 hours later they had me pack my bags and change rooms. At 3:00AM the toilet overflowed and soaked the entire bathroom and soaked part of the carpet. […] I called the front desk and they said the house keepers would come up at 8:00 AM. Not too impressed. The location is easy enough to find - it's right on I-10. On the other hand: it's RIGHT on I-10. And it's loud. Combined with the kind of clientele that keeps late hours, and a staff that is not above making frivolous phone calls to your room at all hours of the night, this place cost me a lot a lot of sleep. Aside from an ancient TV, sheets of questionable […] hygiene and several broken lamps and appliances, my room also contained a collection of tiny cockroaches. This hotel is exactly what we were looking for, we went for shopping at El Paso, good location, everything is near, Mc Donalds and Walmart next door, in general is a good deal. The only thing we didnt like it, was that the maid is knocking at the door very early and is so insistent, one morning she knocked at door at 8, she asked if we are checking […] out, I said, No, until tomorrow, then she asked me if we want that she clean the room, I said yes, then, she said what time?, c'mon obviously when we are not at the room!!! This was the least expensive motel I could find in the area, so I expected less than ideal conditions. I was pleasantly surprised -- the room was spotless and the lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the phone in the room, so the manager offered me his own cell phone so I could make a quick call. The hotel was a great rate. It was just as I expected it to be. A clean, safe night stay near the freeway in El Paso. Several restaurants and a WalMart in walking distance.

When we checked in we were placed in the front. We could not get internet access. We were moved to the back and got access plus the rooms were more updated, it was quiter from the freeway.

This is an older hotel, but is pretty well kept. The non-smoking room truly was, which is a nice surprise. Good location - right off interstate, near shopping and lots of restaurants. Overall, a decent room at a great price!

The location of this hotel was great because right off the 10 fwy. We stayed there because of the low cost. The manager on duty the night we checked in was very professional and the woman in the breakfast area the next morning was great too. The breakfast was good as well. I didn't like that we didn't have a fridge-I missed that when I was booking this […] room. It was quiet for the most part except late in the night there was a woman who started screaming and crying that she didn't want to do something. I immediately was thinking she could be getting inappropriatly abused, but my boyfriend said she was probably drunk. However, I called the front desk who then made a call to her and she stopped crying. She wasn't being abused, but was most likely drunk and her and her friends were going out. The hotel is old and our room was pleasant, but not very clean, but they tried. The beds were ok and free wi-fi was convenient for us. We had a decent stay. The price of the room at the front desk was higher than what we found online. Instead of just giving us the discounted rate, the hotel staff suggested we book it on hotels.com on our phone right in front of them; so we did. I had a nonsmoking room, clean, and cleaned daily. The door had to be slammed just to close. My friend stayed 1 night and vowed never to stay in a Days inn again. My experience was not that bad. Maintenance issues.

I've stayed at Days Inns in both Dallas and Houston, and this is by far the worse. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, just not as I expected. Room was neat and tidy enough. Beds were fine (no bedbugs) and bathrooms were sufficiently clean (these are my two key elements). But the hotel was too crowded (there were literally 20 people stuffed inside the […] closet-sized "lobby"). Most of them were walk-ins. The pool was a 4' deep pool yet one could not see the bottom--it was that dirty. The "hot" breakfast was awful. Again, everybody stuffed inside a tiny "cafeteria" the sized of a bedroom. Warm milk for cereal, "sausage" looked suspiciously like pet food, eggs had to have been military-issued instant-powdered, and the whole room smelled like BO. At the risk of being politically incorrect, the entire hotel was a bit ghetto and unlike my past experiences at other Days Inns. Spend literally $5 more and get yourself a better place to stay.
