I travail to Arizona, twice a year, and stay in Bakersfield, or Kings-man, over night before finishing my trip. The staff is very nice and friendly, but the room I stay in last was not ready for customers. Crappy hotel, but it was cheap and close to the highway. The people at the front desk where nice enough

There was absolutely no hot water for showering. This was a big problem as it was the middle of January when I started st this hotel. At night there was a lot of noise coming from people outside in the parking lot do it was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Hotelwas extreemly noisy and run down. No parking near the rooms, just in a dark lot at back of hotel. Smoking rooms had no ash trays. Was told to use styrofoam cup.

The Econo Lodge Bakersfield,CA is economical, convenient, clean, and functional. It is easy to get to (just off of the freeway (99)). Yet it is only about 1.5 miles to the Convention Center on wide, easy to traverse, streets. Many business establishments are nearby, within several blocks. There is a heater in the room, near the bathroom. The bathroom is very small and you apt for the money you pay. The beds were good and so was the floor. Our request to have a room on the first floor was also honored. A one night stay here is ok in this hotel

Older motel, very dated and in need of a total renovation. Bugs in the room. Not sure what they were. Shower needed to be cleaned and re-grouted.

Clean quite rooms,nice staff........bad.....breakfast not till 0700.....no cofee mkr in room.......good...hbo

I requested a room that was NON-SMOKING because I was traveling with a baby and a father with health problems...not what I got. My room seemed to have been occupied by a HEAVY smoker right before I arrived. The comforters had cigarette burns all over and the blankets seemed to smell horrible. We were only in the room for 10 minutes and my father and […] son started coughing because of the horrible smell. I checked out of the room after 10 minutes I could not keep my family in a place like that. 더 보기

It was absolutely terrible, the room was fly infested and there were coming in the room from the air conditioning vent. I asked if I could change rooms and I was told no, and given a fly swatter. They listed complimentary breakfast from 7-11 am. At 7:30 am all that was there was a honey bun and some orange juice. Took 3 romotes for the TV to be able to use it. Towels were delivered after being in my room. The staff was doing there best. The room was nice and cool since it was 101 outside. Location was great to what I needed.

The area was not what I would call good. There was a lot of "cruising" the oarking lot all night. We did not have enough towels in our room and when we asked for more we were told there were no more towels. The desk clerk was not friendly, in fact she was very close to rude.

the hotel was easy to get to & close to where we wanted to be. the pool & clean & refreshing. the coffe in the morning was good. Now, the shower was a problem, it has a constant drip from above & obviously been there quite some time. the room needs a full cleaning...including the carpets. it was priced fairly for the location & condition

Cheap room. No ice in machine 2 days in a row, No micro in room. Worn carpet, no thermostat control on the air, its on or off. The TV remote didn't work. Noisy, looks and feels sleezy

Many of the guest were live ins. I saw two drug deals within the first hour at the hotel. I recommend you do not bring children her to stay. But if your a young man with buddies that drink, smoke and party. This is a place for you.

Hotel is accessible from highwa. For the money you pay you could probably get more.. The room could use a bit of renovation, a bit more amenities (fridge, more towels, better beds, etc). Forgot phone charger called 8 hours no effort was made to look for it.

The beds were not good. The room had a strange smell. Walls needed worked on. Only 2 towels in bathroom. Would not stay here again.

You get what you pay for. If all you want is a close to clean place to crash for a night or two, Economic could work for you. Wish the room had more accessible power sockets and looked a bit more fresh. That said, it worked out for me, given how little I paid for a night. Also wish this place had an option for continental breakfast.

I could feel the springs in my bed, and the bed was lop-sided and horribly uncomfortable. Rooms were relatively clean, but I will not be sleeping here again

I DISLIKED THIS "MOTEL" so much i didnt even stay one night we ended up leaving in the middle of the first night..... eww

When you need a clean, well maintained room with courteous staff for an overnight stay, this is the place for you. Location is very close to the freeway, but take your GPS, or read the directions very carefully. It can be a bit tricky if you exit from the southbound side of the Freeway. FInding restaurants was easy and closeby.

I was not satisfied with our room at all. The pictures do not do justice to the actuality of the room. The room was very small and smelled horrible. I actually considered not staying there once I arrived. Also, I had called ahead to make sure they would have a crib available for our stay but when I arrived they didn't. The crib was one of the deciding […] factors for us getting a room there. The room also didn't have a tub which made bathing our two babies impossible. Over all, the only good thing that I can say for this room is that it is very close to the freeway. 더 보기

Hotellet var meget nedslidt og møgbeskidt. Møblerne var ved at falde fra hinanden, og gulvtæppet var så beskidt, at man fik sorte fødder. Airconditioneringen dryppede med det resultat, at der var store mugpletter på gulvtæppet, vægge og hylder.
