The decor of the room was not what I expected from a hotel associated with the name Sheraton. The sheets and bed coverings were frayed and wrinkled. Walls were frugally decorated. I was disappointed. Location was great!

A good stay for the money, nice pool, decent work out room. Breakfast quality not impressive, good thing it is free.

While staying at the Saginaw Sheraton, I had to clean my own room as the housekeeper was still in other rooms at 4:30p.m. After I stated to her that I would clean my own room, she went back in and stole my 4 month old babies food. I was told I would be sent a gift card by the General Manager and still have not received it. I feel that it was HORRIBLE […] customer service. My family members also stayed in the hotel for the night and their sofa bed was broken. Not happy at all with my stay there and I will not stay there ever again, nor will I tell another person to stay there. 더 보기

Cigarette burn in the bedding. Bottom of pool needs to be redone. Paint is chipping.

The staff at this hotel are wondeful and the facility is clean and fairly modern. The first morning I was at this hotel, my car needed a jump because the battery was dead. The front desk and maintenance staff treated me like family and had my car working in no time. I will definitely be back.

It was the first time I stayed at the Four Points by Sherton and the staff was awesome but the room was lacking. For the price paid, the quality of the room should have been above a Mom n Pop place. The room was tiny in comparison to other Sherton facilities I have stay at in the past. I put Sherton above most in style and size but this room was small […] the bathroom was even smaller. I would stay there again if it was only for a night and I was by myself I can't see taking my family there though. The only problem we experienced was that after we spent our first night there, the following day we came back from a full day of shopping and our room was not cleaned. The beds were unmade giving indication that the chamber maid had forgotten our room.

After the first of 5 nights, my wife (who suffers from fibromyalgia) could not sleep well. We talked to the manager, Rick, who was going to move us to the Hampton down the street, but we did not want to pay the difference. So, Rick, met us at the Hampton, took us on a tour, and then,because he didn't want us to pay more for our stay,on his own, went […] out and purchased a wonderful mattress topper just for her, and the comfort problem was solved. We were impressed...again, because a few years ago, the same thing occurred, and the same solution was accomplished. Way to go, Sheraton! you really have people who care beyond normal situations. Plus, your free buffet breakfast was always great, and served by teriffic people such as LaShawnta & Theresa. Everyone who came in was noticeably impressed. These young women, not expecting a tip, should have earned generous tips because of their courteous attentive service, way beyond what would have been expected. And I might add, that most of the time they got stiffed, We have stayed at the 4 Points Sheraton Saginaw a few times now, and look forward to our next stay. There might be better hotels, but there couldn't be better people, and that's what is really important. Our congratulations to a company of greatly trained -people who make the difference in service, and care. The only problem endured by your guests is the main elevator. It is so slooooow and bumpy. I understand that a big remodeling plan is underway, and we pray the elevator will be part of the improvements. My daughter who was staying at the Holiday Inn Express next door, said our rooms were so much nicer than hers. All in all, the Sheraton 4 Points Saginaw should be named TEN POINTS instead. This place looks nice from the road but I wouldn't recommend staying there. The front desk staff tried to check me into a room other than the one I had reserved. Only after I protested did they give me a room that matched my reservation. The room seemed clean but the decor was in need of a major update. Matresses were too hard. There was obvious mold in the shower corners where the tile meets the tub. There also were no do not disturb signs available.

pretty nice, a little small on the room size and bathroom, also no exhaust vent in bathroom. the one thing I had problem with is the elevators broke down several times during our 2 day stay and the hallways and elevators were really uncomfortably hot. other than that not bad, nice and friendly staff.

it was for the most part a very nice hotel the only thing was the shower curtain had a booger on it. I was also surprised there wasn't a microwave or mini fridge. It is in a great location to all shopping centers and they give you free breakfast in the resteraunt that is attached; which is also very good and reasonably priced if you want dinner there […] also.... 더 보기

This is one of the best hotels in the area. My daughter was in a soccer tourney, and so the hotel was filled with kids and drunk parents. Which made it a bit loud, but fun anyway. one elevator was broken, so it was a long walk to the second one. Also, there wasn't a fridge, which is a big issue for our family.

We had two adjoining rooms, both were in good condition. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel over the past 3 years. Saginaw is a convenient place to stay and eat and allows for various shopping excursions/day trips. We were pleased with the selection of the breakfast bar. The kids enjoyed the homemade "make your own" waffles and the indoor/outdoor pool. […] The fact that it stayed open until 11 pm allowed for lots of swimming time after shopping time! This hotel was very clean. The staff where very friendly and the continental breakfast that was included in the price was great. It was more than we expected as there was eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, waffles, coffee and juice among other things. We had a good stay and enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool along with the hot tub and sauna.

Good hotel, but I do expect a flat plasma in a nice hotel nowadays. Make the investment Sheraton.

I was only there long enough to sleep and have breakfast, but everyone was polite, especially the young lady in the restaurant during breakfast.

the most freindly staff around! the cleanest rooms, great pool, great location, a lot of shopping near by...well worth the money at any price!

We stayed on the 2nd floor and it had a funky smell to it. Even our room was not great. :(

Best choice for anyone doing business on the north side of town. Great location near shops and restaurants, many choices nearby including Starbucks. Having Damon's restaurant attached so you don't even have to go out is a plus.

Staff was very courteous, room was clean. The hotel was very quiet and the pool are was nice and clean. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service - great breakfast and service included with room!

I was surprised this hotel was a Sheraton, it would have been a good representation of a middle of the road hotel. But, I would expect more from a Sheraton. The bed was hard, hard pillows, noisy air conditioner. For a Sheraton, the room was small. When we arrived the room door was wide open with the air conditioner on, air conditioning the great out […] doors. The room was full of flies, since the door was open. When we went outside, I realized that there were at least 2 other room doors open to the outdoors. Just a mediocre room and experience. 더 보기

The hotel has a good location but I wish the room would have been more updated and included a mini-fridge, microwave and flat screen TV. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the bedding should be better. There are other choices in Saginaw and I would choose to stay at a newer hotel next time. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

While I stayed at this hotel I encountered a strong smell of cat urine in one room. Then they transfered me to another room that had bugs and mold in it. There solution the staff offered was to send an exterminator!! Unexceptable!

Best beds and pillows we had for awhile

It's a nice place and everything was fine. The hot breakfast each morning was better than I've come to expect from most places. The TV was pretty old so if you're expecting a flat screen this isn't the place for you.
