Enjoyable. Was able to get oceanview per our request. Front desk personel very helpful. Only downfall was broken bed. Head of bed on one side was tilted downward.

Enjoyed the ease of finding the best local places, and the proximity to the boardwalk.

The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the Gulfview room with the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not exactly the cleanest and there was a ton of rust on the stairwell hand rails. Other than that I would say it is a pretty nice place for the money. I'd stay again.

The hotel is very good for the price in this area. Beautiful pool area, great little grill overlooking the beach (Kiwi's), Breakfast buffet is not so good. recommend eating out

First off, the location can't be beat. You are away from they busyness of Destin and are right on the beach. Pool near beach is heated. We had one issue though. When we tried to check in at 3:30 (30 minutes after check-in begins), no rooms were ready. The front desk was telling people it would be a 30 minute wait while the rooms were cleaned. We went […] to eat and returned after 5. Our room still wasn't ready. Others were getting their room keys while we waited. They claimed it was because of our room type. They also said this never happens. Very disorganized and rude to have people coming back and forth because the rooms aren't ready at the designated time. Why was housekeeping still cleaning after 5? Needless to say we got free breakfast for the length of our stay. Also the overall look needs updating. Probably won't go back. 더 보기

I have to give this hotel credit for the great staff, clean beach, great views and excellent location, however the age of the hotel and maintenance needed on the rooms would unfortunately keep me from staying here again.

First of all the hotel they show in the picture is not where we stayed. We were in a area behind that hotel and had to walk across a parking lot and through a parking garage to get to the beach. The hot tub wasn't working we called and was told we would get a call back but never did. Hotel was very dated

This hotel is okay. It is obviously an older property with a lot of wear and tear. All of the staff was incredibly nice except for the lady who checked us in who wanted to "upgrade" us from a king to two queen beds and who gave us a huge run around about a late checkout. When we inquired about checking out late, we were told to check back the morning […] of departure, when we were told the latest checkout was noon. She could have just told us this when we checked in (as checkout time listed on the door was noon). Additionally, there was sand in our bed. 더 보기

Close to sites shopping and pier hada great stay.

We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton two nights for an anniversary getaway. Accustomed to staying nicer places, I gave this hotel a shot because it seemed great and is right on the beach and, frankly, the price is great. Here is my opinion on the pros and cons of this hotel. Pros 1. Outstanding friendliness of hotel staff. Check-in was fairly quick […] and desk clerks were cordial. I was given a room with two double beds, although I booked a king bed. I called the front desk, and the problem was corrected immediately. New keys were brought to my room and we quickly moved to the king room. 2. When I called at night for extra pillows, they were brought promptly. Cons 1. Building is really run down. It seems more like a dirty roadside motel from the outside. 2. Pictures and ads are misleading. The tower shown is a premium, ocean view section of the hotel. The majority of rooms are in other buildings that are FAR LESS CONVENIENT to the beach. 3. It is expensive to rent chairs and umbrellas. They are NOT complimentary. In addition, they take up the ENTIRE beachfront, so if you opt not to rent, you have to walk a MILE down the beach to find an empty spot. 4. Bathroom are TINY. I like a bit more space! Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found it a decent value, but I wouldn't book a room at this hotel in the future! 더 보기

We had a great time at the hotel. Clean, nice, professional. The beach was clean and not overcrowded like the neighbors. Wish the beach bar would have been open when we were there. It was a great stay. Gorgeous view off of balcony.

It is hard to find a hotel of moderate pricing located on a beachfront with the whitest sand ever. The 4 points Sheraton at Destin/Fort Walton Beach is just such a place.What a place to shorten the Northern winters in February when crowds are sparse and prices are reasonable.

Family stayed two nights on the way back home to Central Florida and we were upgraded to an ocean front room with balcony. The room was clean and the beach was nice. Surrounding properties seemed to be under construction and the hotel grounds were kept up but during the off season there isn't much to look at. Although this part of Okaloosa Island is […] a tourist trap, when you're this close to the water it doesn't factor in. The front desk staff was courteous but not having an ice machine on every floor was bothersome. The only negative about our experience was with the breakfast buffet. For the price you end up paying you would think there would be a better selection. This buffet had the usual egg-like formula and cereal choices with some cut up fruit mixed in for good measure. What they could have improved upon was the freshness of the fruit and offering more healthy choices. Not everyone likes bacon, sausage, sausage links, sausage patties, hash browns, etc...I ended up eating a banana and frozen yogurt with my coffee and spending >$15. 더 보기

Nice hotel, staff very helpful. Convinient to town but not right on top of it, Plenty of privacy. Have spent a couple of New Years eve's here and had a great time. Maybe next year they will make the weather a little warmer.

I didn't do the breakfast thing in the morning of my stay, but the overall stay was outstanding. Very nice room, and the location was ideal. Minutes from everything and right on the water. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

The room was very comfortable and had a lot of neat features such as a microwave and a full size refrigerator. The bathroom was also very spacious. The view in our gulf front room was good, but next door there was a big black fence that took away from the beach view because it went down to the shoreline right next to the hotel. The only big draw back […] was when we woke up to look out in the morning, there was a homeless person sitting behind a box between the beach and the hotel. We really loved the this hotel. Mainly for it's location. Beach and water was beautiful. Will go there again. Had a problem with my the door in the room. They said they would fix it, but it never got done. Other than that, I highly recommend the Four Points Resort (Sheraton)

The garden view was full of weeds. Two doors down was beautiful. The room was very comfortable. We called the desk to ask about places to eat and were told the downstairs restaurant was the only place. We were the only two people in the restaurant....because their were great places 100 feet away. We found them the next morning. The Kiwi bar looked fun […] but it closed at 6. 더 보기

Overall we had a great stay at this Hotel. I am glad we chose to stay in Ft. Walton Beach versus Destin. It was definately less crowded! The hotel was great...we didn't spend a lot of time in the room but overall our stay was comfortable. The hotel staff was great with helping us with changing our reservations and we were able to stay an extra night. […] The rooms in the towers are a little dated but again we didn't spend much time in the room....everything was very clean and comfortable. For our last night we stayed in a courtyard room and the room was a little more modern. Overall a great stay and I would stay there again. 더 보기

Great beach hotel. The rest of the beach is crowded, but this location is not. The hotel needs updated and some regular building maintanance. Also, understand that Destin is 6 miles away.

This is an aging property, with some real strengths and a few weaknesses. The hotel has a nice location well away from the town of Ft. Walton Beach. It is a rather quiet place with nicely kept grounds. The beach is awesome, and just a short walk away from any of the rooms.The more lively and vibrant atmosphere of Destin is about 6 miles away.Those 6 […] miles are made up of a national seashore so they are almost completely undeveloped. If you're looking for a party atmosphere then stay in Destin, not here. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Ft. Walton Beach's apparently recently constructed boardwalk and a fishing pier. There are shops and nice restaurants there, but it is not really comparable with Destin.. The Gulfarium Aquarium are also right next door. On property are two nice swimming pools, a restaurant , and Tiki Bar and Grill overlooking the ocean. We never tried the restaurant, but the Tiki Bar had excellent food reasonably priced and they did not object when we brought our own drinks with us. The biggest weakness were the hotel buildings themselves. Though the place has been updated, but it still had a rather 1975 atmosphere, especially in the hotel hallways. It didn't help that they played 1970's oldies music at the pool all afternoon. The rooms are fairly small for four people, but they have lofted ceilings, and nice balconies on the upper floors, and also contained a small walk-in closet that we were also able to use as a dressing room. One weird thing was that the end rooms of each hall were outside the enclosed hallways and much less secure. We were assigned one of those rooms at first, but they reassigned us when we complained. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and felt the price was fair considering the oceanside location. This place is quite comfortable, but not exactly luxurious by today's standards. 더 보기

I enjoyed my stay here but there were a few things that could have been improved. Our room was very warm when we checked in and we had to set the thermostat to 60 degrees and run it on that temp the entire stay because the room just would not stay cool. The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is little old, but the beach and pools are great. We would stay there again.

Hot tub did not work. Kids could not hook up game system to tv.

Hotel grounds were nice, however room had musty smell. Staff was friendly. Restaurants on site had decent priced sandwiches. one of two pools on site was out of service for half the trip. Location is really nice on beach. You have to pay extra to rent umbrella and chairs. Overall decent stay.
