The room was clean and extremely comfortable. It was also much larger than expected. Exactly what was needed after a long day! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We wanted to be close to the starting line at the Dublins' 5K run. Location was perfect.

This is our 2nd stay, very nice, clean heated pool, just great, that's why we went back this time!

I love staying at this hotel. It feels like home. I especially like the fact you have to go and let your guests in. It saves a surprise knock on the door

Room was clean. Hotel was half full and quite. Pool and spa were heated and plenty of towels. Furnishing were a little old but in good shape. Coffee maker and coffee was great in room.

I love Pleasanton. It just feels safe. And clean. And peaceful. This hotel was nice enough-though we were given a room in a side building, and the ice/vending machines were in a different building-something they didn't tell us, we found out when we went looking. That was fine though, it wasn't far to get there. The hallways in our building smelled […] a bit weird. I couldn't figure out what the smell was - it was really strong, but not like one smell. We think they were trying to cover up a stench with something better-smelling, but it resulted in a really strong mystery smell. It was a nice enough hotel though. Comfy beds. Clean bathroom. 더 보기

Lovely hotel, great parking, clean, quiet room. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet and the bar was great. It's right on the Berkely Marina and we didn't spend any time in the gym because we walked along the seashore every day. And it was easy to get to nearby relatives but nice to come home to our quiet room after noisy visits!

This hotel, for the money I paid, was absolutely amazing! The room was beautiful and I love the patio and surrounding area. Can't wait to have a reason to stay there again!

Had an awesome night at four seasons with my boyfriend. great idea for us we needed privacy. very quiet and love faz resturaunt

Clean, comfortable, and plenty of parking. The hotel is in suburbia/corporate office parks so quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff was nice and there was a small gym. The courtyard was pleasant as well. Paid $10 more than surrounding options but felt I got alot more.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Not up to the standard of other Sheraton's we have stayed at. There was no availability of egg crate pad to soften the bed and housekeeping said that all the beds were the same in the hotel. The spa was out of service for the 2 days we were there. Would not stay there again.

The grounds are beautiful. However, the room was musty and there was a large wet spot on the carpet next to the bed. AM buffet consisted of several trays of . . . nothing! All empty!

The rooms are large the balcony is nice a lot of hotels in area don't have no fridge. We went for a friends wedding the banquet food was awsome so we decided to go there for lunch. Terrible service and food I am a local and have given the restaurant a few chances. But never again. As for hotel it is nice. The gardens in the inner court are lovely. Fellow at the desk recommended a wonderful nearby Japanese restaurant called Janagi when I asked him. The breakfast buffet was excellent (not included but not too expensive). Only complaint is that the cable tv did not include the Golf Channel.

A group of us stayed here for our wedding. Location was great - close to freeway but not within earshot. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Nice grounds and very spacious and comfortable rooms. Great price too ! I would stay here again.

Hotel was nice. Clean Rooms. Had a broken TV, but front desk moved me to another room. Staff very friendly. Housekeeping came early in morning, but I guess they have to get their day started too.

Pretty good hotel, centralized pretty well to restaurants and stuff around the area and not too far from San Fran. There's a Mexican restaurant right across the street and it's freaking delish... try it.... k thanks...

We have stayed at the Four Points several times. Close to BART to go into the city. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

When we first checked in we received our room keys that also were supposed to unlock the outside doors. When we got to the entrance, the keys would not work. We had to get someone to help us get into our room so we could drop off our luggage because we were late getting to our appointment. When we got back there was no explanation about why they keys […] didn't work but they issued us new ones. The next day, the keys worked fine in the morning but in the evening they once again would not work. I had to get new keys again. Also, the restaurant was supposed to be open at stated hours, although it was almost impossible to find that information in anything in the room. I had to call the front desk for that information. No one answered in the restaurant. Each time we went to the restaurant at the time it was supposed to be open, the doors were still locked. This happened 4 different times. On Saturday, when we asked the front desk what time the restaurant opened, they first said 6:30 a.m. but it was then almost 7:00 and the restaurant wasn't yet open. They then said it was 7:00 but the restaurant still didn't open until after 7:00. Once we got into the restaurant, the employees were very nice and helpful. It appears that management needs to check out a few things to make sure the hotel is running smoothly. Better training of personnel would be appropriate. 더 보기

Have stayed at several other Four Points hotels in various locations & have been pleased so chose this one for a recent overnight trip for a birthday party. Pictures of the venue greatly exaggerate the gardens & landscaping. While the room was large, it lacked some of the basic amenities I have come to expect from a Four Points hotel, as well as some […] of the basic things stocked routinely, i.e. soaps, coffee, etc. Front desk staff upon check in was curt & bordered on rude. I am hearing impaired & when I asked her to repeat something she became visibly annoyed, repeated what she had said previously but in an even lower voice, making both of us frustrated. I told her I was unable to hear her & she became even more curt. I just gave up. For just a one or two night stay it would probably be adequate but would probably pick another venue next time I am in the area. Was generally disappointed. 더 보기

Nice , clean hotel. The bed was big and comfy. soft pillows too. plenty of parking. ease access to freeways and food and entertainment didn't care for the shampoo/conditionor or soap.. Hotels.com had a good deal for a last minute stays. we will use again

We stayed in a garden view with balcony, very nice, room and spacious, came with refrigerator that was a benefit since husband and I both drink a lot of water. Close to restaurant's, Wal Mart, and other stores. If you are going to San Francisco the Bart Station is close where you can leave your vehicle and go to San Francisco Warf without having to […] pay $35.00 a day for parking not to mention the bridge toll and gas, this is the perfect way to go. We arrived at 11:30 and had to ring/ buzz the bell twice to be let in the lobby even though we could see the lady at the counter. I presume she could see us and I'm sure see heard the bell/ buzzer. There were two ladies behind the desk helping other guest and when one finished she turned and left without acknowledging us but did return shortly after […] to help us, but was not pleasant. In fact, my son commented that it appeared she wanted to be anywhere but there. Not friendly. Not rude but not friendly. The toliet backed up twice, but didn't overflow , during our two night stay. Lastly, the bathroom floor looked disgusting like it had not been cleaned or mopped prior to our stay. I felt compelled to tell my son NOT to walk barefoot on the floor. The maintaince guy just left his wet, dirty, foot tracks on the bathroom floor when he left after clearing the clog. Grounds of hotel looked great as was the pool. 더 보기

This hotel is conveniently located close to the freeway, however not on top of the freeway. It is a quiet building, friendly staff, very patient and knowledgeable of the surrounding area.

Really enjoyed the stay... great pool, beautiful park like gardens and rooms are clean and updated. Nice gym and free internet use... etc. The breakfast looked unbeleivable, but we had to leave early... so we're coming back to eat... lol!

I loved my stay here and the location and customer service is great. I also really loved the pool/ spa area and happy hour! Great Job =)

We went to this hotel for weekend getaway. The hotel looked like the apartment unit around Pleasanton. The pool size and quality is similar to those in normal apartments. The rooms is not very fancy, but clean. The staff doesn't smile or super kind. If you are looking for the fancy hotel for the children, I don't recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was okay. It served its purpose. Pros: -Price. It was really cheap. -It had a nice heated pool. This was the main reason we stayed at the Four Points, so we could swim. -The room was pretty big. -Free parking, but this is pretty standard for this area. Cons: -Paper thin walls. Our room was right by the building entrance and it […] was really loud whenever people walked by. We could also hear the people upstairs opening and closing their drawers. We could also hear people getting ice from the ice maker. -This was what bothered me the most. Our room had a musty smell. It was really gross. The hotel was nice and clean, the only reason I wrote 3 on the condition was because first the toilet plugged then when that was opened up we found out about the sink and bathtub, the maintenance had to return 3 times in order ti get then to work properly. In addition the tv remote was out of battery and the airconditioner was old making an airplane […] take off sound when we turned it on. Outside of these, it was a lovely stay. The grounds were pretty with the fountain running all night long, but when the window was closed you count hear it. The pool was small and had a fence around it. But it was good enough for one day. The hotel was very well decorated and well kept. Fitness room small and extremely warm. Would recommend it highly. Would like the hotel to have morning food and coffee.

Even if I stayed only one night on my way to Yosemite, it's clean and convenient location earns its 4 stars from me.

Booked two rooms. Rooms were in separate buildings and there are no elevators at this property. Room was musty smelling and the ceiling in the bathroom had mold (very black) on it. Great and very nice ..... has lots of extras, but you need to read pamphlets to know how to operate them. The room was very nice and near Tommy T's and nice Mexican restaurant.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. It was a nice stay overall. the only thing is, for the price a small fridge would have been nice

We stayed here for one night on business. The staff was friendly and the grounds were well maintained and picturesque. I was disappointed, however, with the nickel and diming. We stayed here over Easter weekend with my husband and two small kids (3,4). We were visiting Oakland but didn't want to stay in Oakland.. we were very pleased. The pool was warm and the jacuzzi nice. The grounds were great.. very pretty setting... great for hiding easter eggs. The restaurant was EXCELLENT! Fancy and good food and wine but still friendly […] to kids (but bring your own crayons/ toys). The portions are huge tho! esp for the kids.. split the meal! The rooms are not huge but OK.. clean.. perfect for a weekend. And certainly worth the price.. very reasonably priced.. far better than had we stayed in East Bay itself.. and only 25 min to Oakland Zoo, etc. I would def stay here again to go to Oakland (much nicer than Oakland).. love the mainstreet of Pleasnton.. too cute! 더 보기
