Nice hotel but getting a little dated. Rooms were clean and tidy, standard bathroom is quite small but the general decor of the room was looking quite tired. Restaurant served a well stocked buffet breakfast which was great. The 'free stuff' in the rooms was great and helped to lift the 1990's theme of the surroundings. Pretty conveniently located to […] the motorway although this also means you can hear the traffic of the M20. Overall a good stay and we would definitely stay there again. Good sized clean room, good spa facilities, nice restaurant, good breakfast and most staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is going through some renovation work and we couldn't use all the hallways and had to venture outside to use the gym facilities. Unfortunately the gym was a throw back from the late 80's, the pool and jacuzzi were adecute but again they looked and felt dated. The rooms were a decent size and well kept but I would have expected more for the […] rating of the hotel. The best part of the stay was traveling to the dirty habit five minutes from the hotel. Ideally situated for the M20 and travel to/from the ports, it is in the sticks - if you want an alternative for food, you will need to drive.
