Room clean and modern but small and very basic (bed, TV and small cupboard). Breakfast was adequate. Staff friendly. Good location for walking to train station and sightseeing.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and have had no had adverse comments in the past. It's in the centre of town, high quality throughout and reasonably priced. However the the gentleman on reception during the day could do with his people skills honing. The wifi in the room I had this time was unreliable with frequent dropouts. It worked fine in […] reception and as far as he was concerned it was ok in the rest of the hotel therefore it must be my fault. We chose Annecy as the place to stay before trying to find Geneva Airport's French side to return a hire car (a mind-boggling exercise). The Allobroges Hotel made it worthwhile - close to the old town and lake, snug, with off-street parking and a fine breakfast. Why Geneva? Easyjet has a super-cheap flight to Crete from there. Simple!

We stayed here for 2 nights during high season and everything about the hotel was excellent. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed. (Small, but this is Europe...) The location, to me, was ideal--an easy walk to the Old Town, but far enough out that the area around the hotel was quiet and uncrowded. And it's so, so convenient to the train […] station, which meant we didn't have to lug our bags very far. As it was August, I'll also note that the air conditioning in the rooms worked really well. It was one of the few places on this trip when we actually felt cool! But what's most memorable was the service. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from finding a already ready room when we arrived to check in early, to arranging everything in advance for our 4 am checkout so we could walk right out the door. My husband went to the front desk late one night in search of a corkscrew, and came back to the room with the opened bottle of wine, on ice, with wine glasses, all prepared for him by the front desk clerk. Hotel is close to old part of town and walkable distance to the lake. Annecy city roads are very confusing, you might need to drive around to find this place... ><

Near Annecy Train station. Our room is on the fourth floor, but the lift can only reach third floor. Quite hard to take my heavy luggage and walk upstairs. Besides, WIFI can't be accessed, no matter on fourth floor or hotel lobby.

The room wasn't large, but was nice, clean, and had some skylights. Location was very close to the old city. A nice place to stay.

My husband and I were delighted with our 2-night stay in this charming, reasonably priced, conveniently located gem of a hotel. It's tucked away on its own quiet little cul de sac just off Rue Sommeiller, a vibrant street offering everything a visitor could want or need, just a stone's throw from the old city and very near the lake. There is even a superb little restaurant literally steps from the hotel, in the cul de sac, off the beaten path from the more touristy eateries in the center of town. Really enjoyed our stay. Very close to the train station and short walk to the old city. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was very small (for the price), but clean and had some cute features light a window on the ceiling which opened for fresh air and had a built in blind that totally blocked sunlight. The bathroom was nice and small . Well, that was it for the room. The elevator only went to the 3rd floor, so if you're on the 4th floor, prepared to carry your […] luggage up the stairs to the 4th floor. There is no restaurant at night, but there are a lot of restaurants in the local area. There was a great French restaurant only 20 meters from the hotel! Great location for visiting Annecy for Festival of Return from the Mountain Pastures. Hotel is vitrually in the pedestrianised area and close to Lake and Tourist Office. Very welcoming receptionist; good car parking; pleasant breakfast room. Would use this hotel again!!

The hotel is very simple, the rooms are very small. One girl from the staff was very nice and friendly but others were not so friendly, one was even rude. In general the hotel was OK but not more than that

Great location - just moments from the station, the old town and the lake, and yet very quiet. Wonderfully friendly and efficient staff. Lovely breakfasts - worth EUR10. Size of rooms and faint smell of smoke were the only mild disappointments.

Hotel 3etoiles, à Annecy. Séjour Octobre 2011 -Notre chambre était peu spacieuse, fonctionnelle mais agréable (l'hôtel offre des chambres plus grandes) c'est le principal défaut que nous avons trouvé, donc pour une nuit ça va , mais pour un séjour de plus de 3 nuits soit avec des bagages conséquents, ça peut poser problème. La sdb était grande et équipée […] (douche spacieuse). Télé et 2 prises électrique, une dans la chambre, une dans la sdb. Prise téléphone pour brancher un pc portable avec accès internet sur demande (et/ou wifi). -Situation : Très bien situé dans le centre ville, mais difficile d'accès en voiture quand on ne connait pas la ville car beaucoup de sens unique propre à Annecy. l'hôtel est situé sur la rue Sommelier, rue à sens unique, accessible par la gauche de l’hôtel, sinon faire le tour et entrer dans le parking Grimault, tout au bout de la rue de la Paix, prendre et valider le ticket pour ressortir immédiatement (donc gratuit) et avoir directement accès au petit parking de l’hôtel à votre gauche. -Petit déjeuner (en supplément) : Dans une grande salle, buffet varié, viennoiseries, charcuterie, fromages, fruits, yaourts commerciaux, céréales, fruits secs, boissons diverses, œufs à faire bouillir dans une petite machine (pour oeufs à la coque ou oeufs durs). -Acceuil : Aimable et serviable. La chambre était très petite, la moquette sentait très mauvais, l'odeur vous prend dès que vous ouvrez la porte. De plus, nous avions demandé un berceau pour bébé, il n'était pas disponible, et même s'il l'était, ils nous en auraient demandé 10 euros de plus !!! Apparemment, la demande n'avait pas été transmise par le prestataire, ce qui est décevant.. […] Du coup, bébé à dormi entre nous deux, dans un lit jumeaux déguisé sous les draps en un lit double, cela est de la mauvaise foi car le tarif n'est pas le même normalement. Seuls points positifs : la salle de bain, spacieuse et propre, la situation de l'hôtel très proche de la gare, ainsi que le petit déjeuner varié. 더 보기

Lovely clean, modern and bright hotel. The room was a bit small but very well appointed. The bathroom was lovely with an amazing power shower. The staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend.

Prix un peu trop élevé pour chambre très petite. Petit déjeuner cher pour ce que c'était. Nénmoins personnel aimable !

Bonjour, nous avons 3 jours 2 nuits dans cette hôtel et nous avons été enchanté par l'endroit et la sympathie du personnel, on y retournera certainement aux prochaines vacances..

Ein angenehmes und ruhiges Stadthotel. Kurzer Fußweg zu Stadtzentrum und See. Empfehlenswert!

Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit dans cet hôtel et heureusement. Tout d'abord, de l'extérieur, l'hôtel n'est pas du tout attirant. Tout semble vieux. En rentrant, ce n'est pas mieux, un bon coup de peinture et de rénovation serait nécessaire. Quant au personnel à l'accueil, il n'est ni plaisant, ni sympathique et encore moins à l'écoute des clients. La […] chambre était plutôt moderne, mais attention à ne pas se retrouver au dernier étage (nous y étions justement !). Les chambres y sont mansardées et donc assez petites. Autre problème : les places de parking. Il n'y en a pas pour toutes les chambres ! Pensez absolument à le réserver à l'avance. Le jour de notre séjour, l'hôtel était complet. Nous n'avions pas réservé et n'avons pas pu avoir de places de parking (et c'est galère !). Point positif de l'hôtel (le seul à mon avis) : la proximité de la gare TGV. 더 보기

hôtel bien situé dans le centre d'Annecy :on peut y laisser son véhicule et profiter de la ville à pieds. Par contre il faut retenir une place de parking lors de la réservation car le nombre de places est très limité et coute 9€ par jour. Très bon rapport qualité/prix si on ne paye pas le prix fort. Il vaut mieux ne pas être trop grand car la chambre était sous le toit et surtout penser a réserver le parking de l'hotel sinon c'est parking public !! Nombre de chaines tv limité... un peu juste pour un 3*...

Point fort : l'absence de musique lors du petit déjeuné !!! Ca suffit ce remplissage imbécile des tympans dès le réveil ! bravo mais la chambre (exigüe) manque de rangements pour les vêtements

Accueil très sympa, tout est impeccable et joli, il manque peut-être un petit frigo dans la chambre, on s'y attend dans un hôtel plutôt raffiné... en tout cas, à conseiller !
