The room layout was wonderful. Everything was neat and clean. Friendly hotel staff and the breakfast had a great variety. My new favorite hotel chain!

The room was clean and had a great layout (suite). Staff was friendly. It is very convenient to the Galleria and plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was great and very filling. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer. Definitely will use this hotel and chain again.

Great hotel, its like staying in an aparment. GREAT BREAKFAST AND IT'S FREE!!! Only complaint the bathroom need to be larger. But that's a minor detail. For the great price you couldn't ask fir anything better.!!

Very nice hotel. We would definitely stay again if in the Dallas area. A little disappointed our room didn't have a fireplace as we thought it would. Overall, though, a very comfortable room.

I stay here every chance I can, and let me say that the upgraded king suite is beautiful, wiuth a fireplace and tub. Love it here! Love the breakfasts, and you will too!

Loved the apartment-like feel to the room, and the comfortable and updated appeal of it; the furniture did not look outdated nor did the room. The Complimentary breakfast was wonderful and Monday thru Fridays are the complimentary dinners..awesome!!!

I STAYED WITH MY THREE GIRLS AND LOVE THE ROOM WITH TWO TV'S AND GOOD FREE BREAKFAST. PLUS THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS NICE LOTS OF RESTAURANTS.

It appeared pretty nice but the beds were hard as boards. My body hurt to where it woke me up. I never could get comfortable. It was warm in the rooms and setting the thermostat at 65 brought it down to 69 after 48 hours. There was also a loud dripping noise in the bathtub drain that also awakened me. I'll stick with Marriott from now on.

hotel was excellent good breakfest, nice friendly guest room was so homey like loved it my husband and I will defitnely be going there continuously 2 thunbs up!!!!!!!

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was nice to have a living room/kitchen area separate from the bedroom area and made it feel like home away from home. Very comfortable place to stay for the money!

We gathered five families for a Xmas get together. The hotel had all our rooms (5) on one floor and was very accomadating to allow us to use their lobby to play board games in the afternoon and their living area around the fireplace for gift opening that evening. I frequently vist area hotels and this suite was by far one of the best and the breakfast was top notch only to be beaten by Embassy Suites (slightly). Best value for the dollar and many nice upscale resturants in walking distance. I liked the home atmosphere.

I loved this hotel. It was a very amazing price and it was beautifully appointed, immaculate, breakfast and dinner (welcome reception) were tasty and well tended to, but better than ANYTHING was the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. When I booked this hotel, I had been told there was not any additional fees for your pet, I was thrilled...until I went to check in and found thier pet policy has a ridiculously HIGH fee! I do have to say HOTELS.COM handled the issue for me. Hotel was great. We were there for a family reunion and had plenty of room and a great location. Will definately use it again for a similar event.

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel at home. The room was huge! It was so quiet, and comfortable. The only things I did not like were no tub. (although they do have a heated pool and hottub) I was dissapointed at breakfast because they only had 1 waffle maker, and ran out of real silverware, but when I asked for the real stuff they […] did bring it to me. Also, if they say breakfast is from 7-10am, do not show up at 10am and expect everything. They started pulling the food right at 10am. I had to ask for more juice. We had two adults with two children and slept well on both the king sized bed and pull out full sized bed. The receptionist was very friendly as well as the young lady who cleaned our room. The rooms were great! Breakfast was great! Our stay was paid up front...however; we found we were charged extra fees that we were not told about. How did we find out about the extra fees? Only when the charges showed up on our card. Explanation: you are charged with a "room hold fee". You can get the money back but you have to wait for it and it doesn't […] matter whether your room was paid for up front or if you had already paid the final bill. It is charged after your stay. The room was very very good but I dont like that the sink to wash your hands wasn t inside the toillet and that like a lot of american hotels, there is not comfort to have a good intimate higiene, i like a spare douch or bidet.

The hotel itself was great. The location was terrible. On a Thursday night, the music from the bar/restaurant across the street from the hotel was so loud the windows in our room shook. We did not get to sleep until around 2 AM when the music finally stopped. This was my husband and I second visit to this hotel. We really like this hotel. The staff was very polite and energetic. I like the fact that is close to everything in Addison. If you want to want you can. Also, the breakfast is real breakfast not just cereal and muffins.

The only down side to this hotel was there was not a bath tub. With little ones a bath tub is preferred. Enjoyed the closed off sleeping area.

Excellant kept grounds, easy access, near numerous places to eat. And quiet safe area.

had to change rooms and left 2 bottles of liquor in the fridge. called down a little while later after remembering and it had been disposed of. Yeah, enjoy that $50 tip guys......so glad it wasnt any jewelry. Id say lost and found is pretty ridiculous.

We loved this hotel! Staff was great, our room was great,beds were great. Just a great hotel.

This was a very nice complex and the breakfast spread was awsome. the room gets plenty cold and the bed are extremely comfortable. I traveled alone with two kids under five and found this hotel to be very kid friendly. I will say i had no comp coffee in the room unless i overlooked it.

This hotel does not have Wireless for the rooms, yet - to be added next year. They have some "small rooms" which have showers only, not bathtubs.

This place was awesome, Addison is apparently an up and coming neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

This was an awesome place to stay! All of the staff members were welcoming and courteous. There was complementary dinner and breakfast. It was wonderful! We will definately return!

the hotel was great the staff was so wonderful had grills by the poll so me and my family grill some food on the grill we come back to stay once a month just for relaxation

We were particularly impressed with the accomodating nature of the staff - they seemed genuinely friendly and anxious to please. The free breakfast buffet was also great - with seven in our party, the breakfast alone saved us $100 a day. And to all you guys out there, I have just one word to say: BACON!
