Pool was great ;for my granddaughters to swin in except it was very small. Several families at the hotel with young children so it was very crowded and a little hard to swim.

The rooms were clean, the staff was VERY friendly, great breakfast food.

After making it to my room I had loud people staying above me. Three calls to front desk but was loud all night. I was asked if wanted to move but I stayed the night in the room. The next morning I was told to pack my bags and they moved me up stairs. I will be going back.

Great deal for the price.

Wonderful.went to comedy club in moa. Has shuttle to most.

Hotel staff was excellent from the minute we walked in the door. We had an emergency and had to check out in the middle of the night and they were VERY helpful and offered their assistance in anything we needed. The hotel/room was very clean and provided everything we needed.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, the dial on the bed actually works so my husband and I could have our different levels of softness for comfort. Clean room, great staff, definitely recommend it.

The lobby is beautiful and that was as good as it got. The front desk looked cluttered. It took the manager and a clerk over 30 minutes to check us in. They couldnt figure out how to do it because it was prepaid through hotels.com. Finally get to the room and the decorator needs help. There was a huge lamp on the bedside table with 2 over size CFL bulbs. […] The desk lamp had a over size CFL hangin out of it also. The tub had issues, the faucet was screwed on at an angle. The shower head leaked at the pipe it was threaded on and it was not adjustable with an angle that forced you to stand against the wall to shower. 더 보기

Room was very clean and I loved the fact that there was an authentic Mediterranean restaurant right across the street. The food was excellent and the had belly dancing on the weekends. Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn/Eagan for the 1st time. It was convenient & easy to find, and had a reasonable rate. The staff at check-in was friendly. Room was clean, but had one huge flaw - the bed. We had a king size one that hurt both my back and my wife's by the time morning arrived. It was far too soft and provided little support. This was a great hotel it was very clean, everyone was polite and the breakfast was good also. The fireplace setting in the lobby was a great feel and lets not forget the bar! Located by many restaurants and quick access to both mpls and st.paul. I really enjoyed my stay :)

Check-in set the stage for the entire stay. The gal at the front desk was so friendly, professional, and helpful. She gave us the kids' TV channels written on our key envelope, so we could get the kids settled immediately and have some time to get organized while the kids were preoccupied. Very helpful! The room was large and very clean as was the bathroom. […] The beds were very comfortable (great comforters), and it was so quiet, I slept great. I loved having a refrigerator and microwave - saved money by preparing our own breakfast in the room. I also appreciated the "pantry" store adjacent to the front desk - they had pop, juice, bathroom items, etc. I could even have purchased my favorite microwave meal and fixed it in the room for supper. The lobby area was very inviting and open, and the pool area, although somewhat small, looked like a lot of fun. The fitness center had two treadmills and some other equipment that looked in good condition. We were staying there because we had a dance competition early the next morning, and since we didn't arrive at the hotel until 7:00 p.m., we didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the ammenities. If we're ever back in the area, however, we'll be sure to stay here again and try out the pool, fitness center, and anything else we missed this time around.. 더 보기

they were super friendly and helpful from adjusting the rooms to being on the same floor next to each other to recommending restaurants to us and they were great as well. The breakfast buffet was hot, full and very fresh and they bent over backwards to see we enjoyed the meal. they even gave us a broom and window scraper to clean off our jeep when we […] were leaving after the blizzard hit over the weekend. its located close to restaurants, walgreens, target, gas stations and a liquor store. they staff was wonderful and always had a smile. it should have a higher star rating then 3 at least a 4 to 4 1/2. This was a delightful place to stay. The desk staff helped us with our lost luggage, and let us check out late after it arrived from the airport. The room was comfortable, and had a fridge which I always appreciate. The only mar was the breakfast, which was not great, and was served on ceramic plates so one felt compelled to eat in the lobby rather […] than bringing anything back to the room. Oh, and the Closed Caption service couldn't be accessed on the room TV--something else I depend on when traveling with my 11-yr-old after she's gone to sleep. 더 보기

The first room we had was smoky (on 3rd floor and 4th floor is smoking floor), carpet needed cleaning and air conditioner didn't work right. We contacted Hotels.com to cancel the 2nd day. Hotels.com needed authorization from the Garden Inn and promptly called the hotel, but could not get someone to answer the phone. An hour later they reached someone, […] who said only the manager could authorize canceling the second day and themanager wasn't coming in until 2:00, which was after the required checkout time. So we asked for new room on second day of stay. The second room had a malfunctioning air conditioner too--had a banging noise. So they gave us a 3rd room, which also had an air conditioning problem--air coming out was not cool. We asked for yet another room, but they said no and they would look at the AC. When we arrived back at the hotel that evening, we had no idea if we had a working AC or not, but fortunately we did. This hotel needs some updating. 더 보기

We checked in on saturday evening about 9:30 PM. It was 63 degrees outside and we were cold. When we entered our room the airconditioner and fan were blowing full speed and the thermometer read 58 degrees. I could not stop the fan, and when i turned it to heat of course the heater smelled badly, it is summer time. I finally had to pull the plug on the […] unit to get it to stop. Very clean hotel. Super friendly staff. Great food. Couldn't have been easier to find. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. The outdoor dining was nice. We will be staying there again.
