Late,First night had sewer smell in bathroom. In the am we told the clerk at the desk. She was to put in a work order, and it was never found. Waited until we got back in hotel late the 2nd night, and roommate noticed also. Manager had us move late that night to another room. We were never given any comp for at least one of those 2 nights we had this […] inconvenience in our stay. Hotel found leaking of methane gas from sewer being sucked back inside from a broken fan. My wife and I found our room very clean. The microwave and refrigerator came in handy. We were very well rested in our clean bed. The only problem we had was that the previous people that stayed in that room put coffe in our iorn. I started iornning my pants and instead of steam, i got coffe all over my pants. My recent stay was very nice, everthing was great from check-in to check -out. Look foward to staying again when back in Town.

If Internet, TV and a clock radio are important, don't stay here. Wireless is so SLOW you will through your computer at the wall in impatience! The TV is a HD set with 1970's cable into it. Very snowy Analog picture. Clock radio was broken. Light bulb burned out, etc. Hot water took forever to come out.

The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were crisp and soft. Staff were all freindly and happy to be there. WOW. The breakfasts were different each day and such a variety I have not seen at other hotels. A very great stay.

The first room I stayed in had water damage above desk area, with spots of mold along wall / ceiling crease. Second room I was put in it took over 8 minutes for the hot water to come on. Other people traveling with me during the same visit also complained about the same timelag for hot water to arrive.

The room was too smal for the amount of funiture that was in the room. the heater/airconditioner was not on a thermostat had to get up and turn it on or off

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Comfortable bed. Convenient location.

Not much quality in the breakfast area. The egg "muffin" was fair at best.

I like Hamptons as a general rule but this one is exceptionally clean, the AM buffet is better than normal, and the hotel staff is cheerful and helpfull. Very well operated. If they had room service, which of course Hamptons don't, I'd rate it as high as a Ritz.

Our stay was very nice! Very clean rooms/bathrooms, comfy beds, excellent service. The AC unit was a bit loud, but they did offer complimentary earplugs! ha ha.. we'd definitly stay there again.

Having stayed at many Hampton Inn's, I was okay with the extra price for an economy hotel with a good location and breakfast. Spent the 1 night in the room, was supposed to be non-smoking. Walked in the room with an overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke. Decided to stay, had my 3 year old and 1 year old there needing to go to bed. Would have changed […] rooms if had gotten there earlier. Never been disappointed with the hotel chain till then. Also, a lot of bugs in pool, I guess mostly because of warm summer night. Not that big of deal, staff very friendly and fast. Breakfast was good, considering free and two hungry girls, saved on equivilent from fast food or sit down. The location of this hotel was perfect. It was only a 5 min. drive to where I was going. The continental breakfast was also very nice. It was fairly typical to other hotels we've stayed. There was ample seating which was very welcome since we had a large amount of people from my family who also stayed at the hotel.
