Me and my friends stayed there for 5 days (Jul. 12~17). When we first got there, we found out that our bed sheets had stains, dirty floor, and wet atmosphere, so they changed our room. However, on our second day, when we got back from our tour, there were some kind of dirty and smelly towel was under my bed! The worst part was when we called front desk, […] that guy in front desk just said he can't do anything, and it’s not his fault. Even without apology, he just hung up!! While I was talking!! So we went downstairs and what he did was ignoring us, seemed bothered, and even yelling. Was that all this hotel could offer to customers?! And he made an apology when we told him we want to talk to chef manager (Well, he introduced himself as chef manager while he can't control the problem), in tone of 'so what? Fine, there~ you happy?'. (Please watch out the guy who stays in front desk at night time) On our third day, our room was cleaned, but bathroom stuffs were not filled in, so I had to get downstairs to get them. I've been to many hotels, inns, but this place was the worst place ever! I would never want to stay there again! The only good thing was its location to Disney world, and nothing more. 더 보기

I enjoyed my stay but did not get to eat breakfast because they ran out of a lot of items an hour before they stopped serving it.

The staff was overall excellent, polite, helpful and frienndly The cleaning could have been a little better a dirty towel was left in my room and the floor was not always properly vacummed but the bed was quite comfortable and the wide variety of breakfast choices were good . Location was also excellent to all of my travel locations during my stay.

hotel was okay, nothing too bad and nothing too great. Very thin walls, however very close to Disney and lots of food options.

Great value for the price......among the best in a 3-star category. Next to Disney resort.....which is like 5-7 minutes. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast and Wi-Fi is free. However they need 1-2 workstations for guest with printing capability as one may need to print vacation details, maps or coupons. Clean, friendly staff, good driving to Disney and Universal. Unsure of the neighbourhood at first but no problems - nice and quiet.

Overall the hotel was nice. However for the price per night I wish I would have found another hotel due to the fact that the others may have been cheaper for the same thing this 1 provided. I was NOTsatisfied at all with the breakfast selection, there WAS NO breakfast meat at all, only breads and pastries. The rooms appear to have been refurnished but the maintenance needs some work. Our rooms bathroom fan was loud we couldn't use it. The bathroom floor was sticky. I went with my husband and my two kids ages 2 and 1 and we have no complaints of the hotel. For the amount we paid (which was a very good rate) a night you get two queen comfortable beds, a kitchen sink (a big plus when you have small kids), a frig, a microwave and a pretty big bathroom. The furniture in the rooms was new and modern, im not going to […] lie the hall ways are very out dated but the rooms are perfect. If you are going to go just to sleep and shower and are spending most of your time at the park it is definately worth it. Literally 5 mins away from magic kingdom with out the magic kingdom price. The room and hotel was okay. The pillows could have been more comfortable and the couch cushions looked old over used. The continental breakfast was very limited and could have been better. If you are going to Disney the location is perfect. I have stayed in the Orlando area many times before and won't be visiting this hotel again.

The first clue that this was a bad hotel should have been the sign in the parking lot that said "hotel does not assume responsibility for vehicles." We checked in and the lady at the front desk was pleasant. She gave us the keys to our room and we journeyed to our room. When we got to the room, the key did not work. When we got in the room, it was musty and the air was damp. The bathroom had mildew (or mold, not sure) in all the corners, and my wife found hair on the toilet seat. We were so tired from a twelve hour day at WDW that we were able to sleep in this not so pleasant atmosphere. As soon as we woke up in the morning, we immediately packed our things and checked out. We stayed for 5 days. Just my girlfriend and i. We had gotten the room with 2 queens because it was cheaper. When we f got there, they upgraded our room to the king room for free. The staff were very polite. Rooms were very god looking and clean. Perfect location if going to Disney. We went 4 days. Everyday we were already parking the car in Disney […] within 15 minutes of leaving the hotel. Only thing I didn't like was an abandoned hotel behind it. But that wasn't really a big deal. I loved it 100% I would stay there again which I am planing to stay there again for memorial weekend...

Very difficult to find in the dark...not sure we wanted to go in once we arrived! Room never cooled adequately. Breakfast had few good selections. Not anything we would ever stay in again.

Overall - the hotel had a nice appearance and the room was very clean. Just a few minor complaints: Our AC did not keep our room cold. It was kept at 60 degrees all night and without the use of covers - we got through it! The Ice Machine on the fifth floor was the Only one working that weekend. Breakfast was HOT and it hit the spot!! Very close to Animal […] Kingdom & Typhoon Lagoon (our destinations). This is an okay hotel, but nothing special. We expected a kitchenette but only got a microwave and very small refridgerator. On our final day, we woke up early and were greeted by cock roaches--Yuck!

Overall, this was a very nice hotel. The staff was were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The location of the hotel was on a busy street, so you had to be patient entering and leaving the hotel. But then again all of Orlando is busy!! The only complaint I had was that our AC did not keep our room cold. I'm normally a very cold person that […] barely uses the AC but I kept in on 60 degrees..and still didnt use covers at night. If I turned on all the lights in the room it still was way too dim.....made it hard to look for things in the suitcases. Also, the hot water on one of the double sinks in the bathroom did not work and if you forgot it was broke and cut it on, it made an awful loud vibration that shook the whole sink........guess maybe my expectations were too high.

Anything we asked for they tried to accommodate. They were sold out and could not upgrade our room...don't have anyone sleep in the pull out, the mattress is approx. 3 in. thick.

This was a decent hotel for the price and location. The female desk clerks had the tendency to give answers to questions they really didn't know the answer to. I would have appreciated an honest "I'm not sure" rather than a made up answer. If you have any of the clerks call a taxi for you, make sure it's a taxi and not a "service", as they will rip […] you off if you don't know any better. Breakfast was ok, it just never varied. A cab to this hotel from the airport was $65. A cab to Universal was $40. A cab to to the Disney parks ranged from $20 to $30. We found this method of travel to be cheaper than renting a car. The hotel has shuttles to the parks, but they only leave at ONE TIME, so you either go when they want you to, or you get there another way. The Universal shuttle stops at other hotels on the way, so you won't get there as soon as you think you will. 더 보기

The hotel was ok. Just ok. Nothing special. One of the reasons we booked it was it's proximity to Magic Kingdom and the free shuttle they offered. What we didn't find out until we got there was that the shuttle doesn't run in the morning until 9am - when the park actually opens, so no chance of getting there right at opening. AND, they do not go to […] Magic Kingdom! They will take you to another one of the parks and you'll have to take the monorail or bus to MK. The desk clerk told me it would be at least a 1/2 hour trip to the park (which is 4 miles away). We ended up driving and parking so we wouldn't have to deal with it. Also, only one of their elevators was working during our stay. The night we got there, there was a note taped to the elevator door that it would be up and running the next day. The next day, the same note was there, just with the date changed. It's not a huge hotel (5 floors) so it wouldn't have been a huge deal if the elevators were SOOOOO slow. We ended up taking the stairs every time. A royal pain when you're hauling luggage. And, of course, we were on the top floor. There was also a lot of road noise. Even on the top floor we kept hearing the "backing up beep" of a truck outside both morning and night. I understand they need deliveries, and I really didn't have super-high expectations of the place. I didn't find the staff particularly friendly, though not unfriendly, and the breakfast left quite a bit to be desired. Not horrible though. As I said, it was just OK. 더 보기

It was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area, so we were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel had just been refurbished and was in great condition. It was a great location.

We spent 6 nights at Galleria Palms during our recent vacation to Disney World. The most important thing is how close the hotel is to Disney. It took us approximately 15 mins to get from the hotel parking lot to the Magic Kingdom parking lot. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The fridge was nice to have in the room. The hotel looked nothing like its pictures. The first thing you notice is the shabby, rippling carpet in most of the halls, followed by the peeling wallpaper. But the worst was yet to come. I was very disappointed with my stay at the hotel. I was given a room with 2 queen beds, when I reserved a king size, I had to go to 5 different floors to get ice. Two of the ice machines were broken since February and the others were empty.

Overall I would say the hotel was good. The breakfast had hot eggs and sausage, and the room was clean. We had a problem with one of the lights not working, and while the lady that checked us in was very nice, she kept stating that she was the only one working and had to keep interrupting the check-in process to answer the phone! It was a very convenient stay for us b/c we were just visiting the Disney theme parks and just needed a quiet place to sleep at night. We didn't need a fancy place to stay since we weren't spending that much time at the hotel. This place met that need. Good location, But needs an up date and a good cleaning. Mediocre breakfast. Crowded shuttle bus to the park and took a long time.

Room was surprisingly big, with a couch that folded out into an extra bed. Room was clean and neat, and hotel proximity to Disney was right on. I only spent 5-10 mins driving to any park using the back roads that the hotel recommended, no traffic.

The Hotel was very easy to find, lobby was very clean, room was clean as well. Comfortable for what we needed it for. The Hallways could have used a little attention, but am hoping that if I go back it will be done. They have redone the important areas!! Breakfast was great, choices for everyone. Very convenient to not hve to go out for breakfast.

The outside to the GP is quite understated. But then you get to your room and find a very nice modern decorated room. The lighting in the room is very low but acceptable. The breakfast was a step above the normal continental at most area hotels. We will definatley stay here again.

Our Room Sink was cracked. Ice machines not available on all floors. Where there was ice there was very little. Wi Fi does not work in rooms where you are the fathest away from the main lobby. When I was able to get connected I would loose the signial. Very frustrating when trying to conduct some business.

I read through SO many reviews before selecting our hotel. In hindsight, I should have just spent the extra $20 and stayed at a nicer hotel. This one was "just ok". Orlando has way too many options to "settle" for this hotel.

We have personally stayed at this hotel over a dozen times in the previous 4 years. It is very convienent to Disney and when we first discovered it, very clean and well maintained after a recent renovation by the new owners. Unfortunately, it appears they have not put any investment into the facility since. Carpets are threadbare and torn in the halls, […] Comforters are on the beds with rips. Caulking in the bathrooms is coming out. The second to last time we were there was around Christmas and when we turned on the heater, it smelled so bad we had to turn it off and prop the door open for over an hour. This time, just a week ago, the A/C was so noisy, we had to forgo using it. Also over the last several trips, either one of the two elevators is out of service or the ice machine on our floor is broken. To their credit, they are still very competitive in their pricing, but their value has fallen dramatically in my opinion. Time to find a new place. 더 보기

The room was too dark, the carpet smell, and the room service was poor.

For the price the hotel was good. The hotel staff had no personality, no conversation etc. Asked for a coffee cup from the housekeeper and she handed me coffee. Remember to yourself breakfast is free that is all I'm going to say on that matter.

Fantastic Place for the Price!!!!! Would definitely stay there again!!!!
