It was inconvenient and over-priced. I have stayed in hotels that cost less and offered better service. If you are going to charge for quality, offer quality.

Perfect place when you have an early AM flight. We were greeted by a smile and a warm personality. Jessie gave us options for what floor we would want our room on and the two restaurants available for our dining pleasure. He also informed us of the weather conditions at DFW for the evening and next morning. We arrived and entered a spacious lobby and were greeted by Jessie. He was most welcoming after our long journey and he expressed that if we wanted a bite to eat the local fair was an option until 10:30PM. A short introduction about the rooms and he even let us decide what floor we would like to enjoy. What a nice touch to have options. Thanking Jessie, […] we went to our room on the second floor and found a clean inviting room with two queen beds, nice full towels and comfort air flowing. We made it down to the dining area and indulged ourselves to refreshment and a light dinner. Considering the service and location prices reflect the surroundings. After a quiet relaxing time we headed to our room and easily fell to sleep. An early morning wakeup and we were on our way on the final leg of our journey....home! Very clean, extremely convenient especially when you arrive late at night and just want to crash, and surprisingly quiet.

hotel staff very friendly/courteous. provided a free shuttle to desired terminal/gate at DFW. I highly recommend staying here for an air travel trip!

Very nice room, was in the DFW airport, great shuttle service, easy check in and out. Very clean. People were very friendly.

rooms clean. great atmosphere. tough to get to . need better signage on entry. GPS put us on lower level road which had problem with access. upon leaving the toll booth operator wanted to charge $19 for parking even though i had a validated ticket. after a 5 minute delay and long line behing me she finally let us go. note sure if they added that to […] the rental bill , will see. 더 보기

I would check out other hotels in the DFW area besides this one! Cafe too busy, staff not attentive, and $$$.

Wonderfull stay

Great hotel and very quiet even though right by the airport. They have a shuttle that can take you into some local areas (for a fee), otherwise there is not really anything within walking distance. I would stay there again without hesitation!

Actually, I had really hard time finding this hotel. The address that the website provided me with is WRONG. This hotel is located in the airport complex, not DALLAS.

Good location for the airport. Room was ok, bathroom small.

Twas Christmas Eve in 2011 and we were excited to be on our way to DFW to gather our loved ones from the airport at 11:58pm, when our phones started ringing. Huge delay due to maitenance issues on a plane coming out of LaGuardia to Greensboro. Here we were, nearly to the airport, it is rainy and cold and cars are zipping by us as though we were sitting […] still. We had driven from Bonham, and just could not see getting too far from the airport on a night such as this. I pulled out my trusty phone and went to Hotels.com to find a great deal near the airport, with free shuttle so that my sister and I would not have to get out at 4am and make a dash to Terminal E. What to our excited eyes did appear....a GREAT deal for the night at the Hyatt Regency DFW. Booked, confirmed and we headed to the hotel. I checked in and explained our situation to the desk clerk, who provided us with the phone number for the shuttle that would go to Terminal E and get our loved ones for us. We had a nice comfy room in which to wait, and all we had to do was provide our loved ones with the shuttle number. At 3:57am, my phone rang and they were at the door. There was not much time left for sleeping, but they did get some rest, and then off to worship services. Staff is superb, rooms are nice, price was excellent and even though it was not how we planned to spend Christmas Eve 2011 it ws a port in the storm in this case. The hotel was nice when you walk in and the room was clean but the walls a thin and we could hear EVERYTHING the person next to us listened to on TV and talked about. Also could smell the smoke from there room since it was an adjoining door there. So although the people were really nice and the hotel is great for airport travel I think the next time […] we travel I will plan a late flight an stay somewhere else or stay at the hyatt grand ( the hotel on the other side of the airport). 더 보기

I was confused when I booked this hotel as I thought it was the Hyatt in the airport. They called a shuttle to take us to the right hotel but it took about 30 minutes for it to come. However, once we were in the shuttle the service was excellent, the shuttle driver, the front desk staff, everyone was over the top nice!!! I would defintely recoommend […] this hotel. 더 보기

Had a great stay at Hyett Regency DFW. Great location, super easy in and out of airport for flights, nice size rooms, and excellent service.. we asked for baby crib and special requests for new infant with us. Every request was met. Great Place and will continue to use this hotel

Convienent for early travel, hotel transfer to airport easy; very quiet

I always stay at DFW Hyatt when flying but more importantly it's my choice when simply coming to Dallas area. Great accommodations at an excellent price with outstanding service!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel on our wedding night before we left to go on our honeymoon. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Upon arriving in our room, we had a plate of strawberries and chocolate from room service. The front desk kindly and quickly made a correction to our final bill during checkout. Staff was friendly and the shuttle pick up was within 3 minutes of call. My room faced the airport but did not hear any planes.

stayed at airport hotel because we had a early flight the next morning. shutlle service to airport gate was quick and easy early in the morning.

A great stop over point. Access to Grapevine was easy.

The hotel was clean and very nice, but the rooms were much smaller than we anticipated. The balconies are also extremely small, and the ones on the top floor have wobbly glass railing. What was ridiculous though was the fact that they had water bottles in the room for $4. If it was VOSS water I'd understand, but it was just a standard brand. You could […] easily get two 1 gallon jugs cheaper than this. The description also says "Free guest parking only during stay", which is true, but there is a toll fee of $19 for staying overnight (basically a parking fee) that was not mentioned anywhere. Overall, if you're at the airport then it's not a bad hotel, but if you're just looking for a hotel in the DFW area I'd say skip this one. 더 보기

There is nothing else to say except everything was perfect...Rooms are spotless, amenities are top class, even the Feng Shui of the room! I have stayed at other hotels in the vicinity of DFW, from budget to expensive, but will continue to select this one any time I need to overnight in the future. We needed a room for a night, close to the airport and this was perfect, it offers free shuttle service, a restaurant, lounge and snack bar. Compared to other hotels we stayed at during the week, I found the bed and pillows not as comfortable as the others, they also included breakfast so the value was much better.

near but yet so far .....booked the hotel in the airport thinking i could walk or take the shuttle bus .....i eventually walked with my lugguage through the parking garage up and down steps a nightmare service was ok but not for the price
