리젠시 호텔 마카오 (Regency Hotel Macau) - 타이파

직원들이 매우 친절했으며, 방도 깨끗했다. 불만족스러운 점은 없었다.

호텔위치는 베네시안쪽에 가깝다고 보면 되는데요 외관은 그냥 우리나라로 치면 명동 한복판에 있는 오래된 호텔 정도라 보시면됩니다. 다른 호텔이나 리조트들이 워낙 화려해서 초라할 정도지만 오래된 외형에 비해 내부는 깨끗하고 객실도 가격대비 만족스럽습니다. 제가 묵었던 객실이 뷰가 좋아서 다리건너편 mgm 과 wynn 호텔, 그랜드 리스보아가 다 보여서 좋았구요 전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 크게 호텔방에서 머무실일이 많지 않으면 가격대비 이호텔을 선택해도 좋을것 같은데 한가지 단점은 택시기사들이 영어를 못하는 사람도 많은데다가 이 호텔이 유명하지 않아서 잘 모르더군요. 또한 유명하지 않아서 밤늦게라던지 이른시간에 호텔 바로 앞에는 […] 택시가 잘 없습니다. 거리로 나와서 잡아야한다는 단점이..^^ 더 보기

타 호텔에 비해 저렴하게 이용하면서도... 1.셔틀버스 이용가능하고 2.서비스 우수하고 3.청결하고 친절하고 4.조식도 만족스럽고 5.다만 주위 편의시설이 조금아쉽고 6.전망은 그다지.... 하지만 전체적으로 굉장히 만족할만한 호텔

생각보다 불편한점이 좀 있네요. 가격을 생각하면 꽤 괜찮지만 위치랑 부대시설이 미흡해요. 오랫동안 투숙하지 않았는지 침대가 좀 눅눅한건 제외하곤 객실은 괜찮습니다. 그리고 샤워기가 참 불편했어요.

마카오 공항에서 가까운 숙소를 찾다가 숙박하게 되었어요. 공항에서 택시로 10분정도 거리고요, (홍콩달러로 45불: 짐 2개 포함) 셔틀도 다녀서 마카오 본섬으로 갈 때 좋았습니다. 단, 객실 침대 시트가 청결치가 않아서 이불을 못 덮고 잤어요. 비행기가 새벽에 도착해서 새벽에 체크인을 하다보니, 프론트에 말하지는 못하고 걍 잤습니다. 조식은 먹을만 했어요, 이 가격에 조식까지 나오고 만족했습니다. 시트가 청결치 않을 때 바꿔달라고만 하면 괜찮은 숙소인 것 같아요. 항공편이 새벽 1시에 마카오에 도착하는 거라 숙박을 할 까 말까 고민하다가 묵게 되었는데 쉬기 좋았고, 주변 환경도 괜찮았어요.

제목 그대로입니다. 위치도 어중간해서 단체 여행객일 경우는 단체 관광 버스를 타고 다녀 교통이 불편하지 않겠지만 개인 여행일경우 한시간에 한번 있는 셔틀 버스를 타고 나가고 들어올 때는 항상 택시를 타야 합니다. 택시비도 싼게 아니라서...아침 식사도 너무 안좋아서 먹을게 소시지하고 삶은 계란 밖에 없습니다. 물론 도착한 날에 비가 오긴 했지만 방에 오래된 냄새가 많이 납니다. 냄새 때문에 애들이 머리 아파하고 옷에 밴 남새가 잘 안가셔요. 기분 좋은 여행을 즐기자면 차라리 비용을 좀 더 주고 시설이 깨끗한 곳이나 도심에서 묵는 것이 차라리 기분 좋은 여행이 되거나 택시 비용을 아낄수 있는 여행이 될 것 같습니다.

Breakfast buffet was pretty fine but most days are having very similar food. Just 1-4 dishes maybe changed daily. Room condition was fine and a picturesque view. External surrounding are nice but old e.g. paint on wall are peeling off.

the hotel is a few steps away from the two bus stops serving the taipa and macau islands. for true tourists, it serves its purpose of giving the weary body a place to rest. the complimentary breakfast was good.

Hotel doesn't have any casino and really comfort for relieving. Beautiful swimming pool and gaming room makes customer happy. Hotel is clear and breakfast is excellent. Faculties are very nice and kindly provide information what you need. Hotel has free shuttle to airport and Lisboa in comfortable time. Also bus stop is really near hotel. Amongst the Macau hotels, this hotel offers free continental breakast as part of its services. there are no airport pick-ups, only ferry transfers to Macau Taipa terminal. Budget wise, this hotel is a star.

交通非常方便，楼下有很多公交车cover了大部分必游的地方~酒店非常舒服，服务生态度也很好，另外酒店的早餐自助餐也很不错~样式很多~！！

All reviews were very accurate. Ok hotel if you are on a budget. Felt safe but not fancy.

The furniture inside the hotel is a bit old. The Breakfast is so so. Can only consider as 3 star hotel.

The Regency Hotels was quite good but I don't feel much comfortable cause the first night we came in I never had a good sleep, i keep sneezing and I just need to take my asthma puffer. Nothing special about the room that I should point out. I've spent a few nights in Macau and I was hotel hopping and this was my last stop and my favorite thus far because it was convenient. Taking the taxi can really add up really fast, hotel/casino shuttles don't take you exactly to the sightseeing spots, and walking can be a bit far, so taking the […] bus was the next best choice. This hotel has a bus stop right in front with many GOOD bus lines. You can take buses to many major hotels, to other islands, to the Zhuhai border, and etc and they are all in front of the hotel. You're getting a comfortable and clean hotel for a great price. Although situated next to the big casino chains or major tourist attractions, you can reach those places easily with a taxi ride. All-in-all the best value for money in Macau.

We booked this hotel thinking we would live in a resort with low rise dwelling, based on what the website showed us. But we in for a rude shock when we discovered that a 11 storey building is where our rooms are. I remember when the hotel was built and opened in 1986. It was 'state-of-the-art' then. Now it is a little run down but it is still good. The dining area and bar is still very nice. The pool, spa, steam room and fitness room are huge bonuses and the value for money is excellent.

I have stayed at this property many times over the past 18 years. This hotel was formerly the Hyatt Regency Taipa Resort, and declined for several years following the changes in ownership and management. I was pleased to see some effort and funds have been applied recently to freshen worn common areas and rooms, and especially to repaint / repair much […] of the attached resort facilities. The huge free-form pool was spotless, spas were renovated and clean. Spa staff in particular were warm and attentive even compared to staff at spa facilities of the Grand Hyatt Macau. Good rates, nice and spacious room! Love it, but not at the Lisboa area. Taking a taxi over would easily cost HK$22 for 1 way. But still like it, just got to know how to use the buses.

A mid range hotel with good public space, however the room are dated. Staff very helpful, the hotel is a bit out of the way you will need a taxi to fisherman's, the sands etc or a tip is take the hotel bus and walk a little, bus drops off at lisboa which is central to macau.

As with other reviews this hotel is dated and needs an upgrade and I would say is more a 3 star Hotel than 5 but the price reflects this compared to the other hotels. The staff were very helpful and friendly and for what we paid we cannot complain just do not expect much when you arrive and you will be OK.

The room was nice. We took the room with the harbour view and it was perfect. Checking in was easy but it was a little difficult to ask for directions because they didn't speak english well. The breakfast was so-so. And the restaurant staff was not very warm and friendly.

The room is big and clean with a nice pool. But the location is not near any of attractions. Overall stay is nice.

The hotel was affordable for a pleasant stay in Macau. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit run-down, but the hotel itself is pretty top-notch. They helped us book and extra night at "their best rate", and were very helpful when it came to getting around, and ferry schedules. Breakfast was outstanding, rooms were very large, and the pool/spa/resort […] area was clean, well-attended, and a great place to relax for a while. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It is close to the major bridges, to go across to the casinos and historical sites. It is also close to the other group of casinos in Taipa. The hotel is decent. The location is nice because it is close to the airport, but not close to anything else. The staff were very nice and the room was clean, but seemed old. They have a lot of amenities, but many of them are substandard. It is a stretch to call this a resort by Western standards.

As shown in your website the Regency Macau is 4 stars hotel and i went to stay there last week. I think this is just 2 or 3 stars and have cockroach on the table while i had breakfast, it quite understandard for me and my family.

Hotel room was nice and clean. The price was reasonable... But i needed the internet connection which was optional and very expensive...

Good location and great staff.

Though far from the city center bus stops were accessible. Hotel staff were accommodating. Good bfast and the pool area had that resort feel -- very relaxing!!
