그란 포르투 레알 리조트 앤드 스파(비용 일체 포함) (Gran Porto Real Resort & Spa All Inclusive) - 플라야 델 카르멘

I stayed at this hotel before and loved the service. This time I stayed at their sister hotel across the st.name "Royal". I think words are not enough to explain how great this hotel is. I stayed at different resorts in cancun and playa del carmen but I never got what I paid for in those hotels. Gran porto and Royal are great all inclusive resorts.

Excellent Hotel

On the beach in the middle of Playa Del Carmen, near everything. Food was very well prepared for all inclusive and drinks included. I booked room with ocean view in junior suite. On check-in they asked if I wanted master suite but without ocean view for same price. Glad i did it room was amazing.

Hotel was overbooked--did not get ocean front room as booked until our second day. Management did not seem to care one bit. Food is moderate at best. Great location, nice beach.

We stayed at the Gran Porto Real for 8 days and had an amazing experience. They treated us so well. Right from the time we got there until we left, the service was great. We were on a family vacation and there was stuff for the kids to do, ie: games room, daily classes (for kids and adults). The food was great, again family restaurants and then the […] two delicious ala carte restaurants. The staff were freindly and always ready to help in anyway they could. I like the fact that right in the hotel there were people to book you tours and help you see the sites. The beach area was really nice, clean and well maintained. And nightly entertainment for the whole family meant that you were never bored. 더 보기

This hotel is very close to stores and night clubs and is right on the beach. I would rate it as a 3.5 star hotel. The staff are very friendly and it is all inclusive. There are 2 very good restaurants in this hotel: Italian and Mexican. The service in these restaurants was exceptional and the food outstanding. I stayed here for a close friends wedding but everyone else was at the sister hotel - The Royal. I wish I could have purchased a day pass to be able to go over but this was a great hotel, amazing staff always happy. It is more of a family with kids hotel though. The beach was not as clean as i would have hoped for to much seaweed and sand bags.

I went to Playa Del Carmen for my daughter's wedding which was absolutely beautiful. Everything was just wonderfully done and went so smoothly that I was truly amazed and very impressed. The hotel was fabulous as well as the personnnel and they were very friendly and courteous.

Overall the hotel was good. I think we must have gotten the worst room in the hotel though. There was no window where you could see outside at all. Our door and windows opened into an inside hallway so we could never tell what time of day it was. The service was very good, all of the waiters, housekeepers and bartenders were more than happy to help […] with anything. The receptionists at the front desk were also very nice and accomidating. I would recommend the spa to anyone that visits the area, the rates were very reasonable and the massage was wonderful. 더 보기

If you are looking for a blue sandy beach Puerto Adventuras is a better spot. The beach at gran porto is not the best in the area for sure. The waiters and the hotel staff expect tips and their demeanour change when you dont tip them enough. So tip them well if you expect appropriate attention. You have to tip the bell boy, your waiter, the live cooking […] chef (2-3 of them), room service, person who gives you a description of the restaurants and the surroundings, house keeping and so on. The food was mediocre. I have tried the local restaurants in Playa Del carmen on a previous visit and they exceed the hotel's all inclusive meal by far. The buffet puts out food from previous days' left overs and you can totally tell that. Anyways, the ocean front room was great. 더 보기

Pretty good hotel, a lot of kids so if you don't want to be around kids go next door to their sister hotel The Royal. It was fun non-the-less. Restaurants were good, atmosphere was fun.

great hotel, with friendly helpful staff, the food was good, Maria's much better than the italian resturant. rooms where comfortable and clean. recommend the upgrade to beach front. will go back as soon and as often as possible

Gran Porto Real er et fantastisk dejligt hotel med et meget venligt og serviceminded personale. Da hotellet er All inclusive får man hele dagen serveret kolde drikkevarer på stranden og ved poolen, og øl, drinks osv er også incl. Buffet-restauranten er ok, men der er to a la carte restauranter tilknyttet, hvor maden er rigtig lækker. OBS!! Det kan sagtens […] betale sig at betale lidt ekstra for at få et værelse mod havet, for udsigten er fantastisk, og vores værelse var stort og rummeligt. Syntes bestemt dette hotel fortjener flere stjerner end det har. Eneste minus er at det ikke er så godt at bade ud for hotellet pga mange klipper, men der er en skøn pool på hotellet. Hvis jeg skal tilbage til Playa del Carmen, bliver det helt sikkert Gran Porto Real jeg vælger at bo på. 더 보기

Het Gran Porto Real is in een wat uitbundig aandoende stijl gebouwd (veel gebeeldhouwde pilaren en boogvormige plafonds). Het hotel is pal aan het strand gelegen met voldoende ligstoelen (deels onder individuele zonneschermen). Er worden de hele dag door activiteiten voor de gasten georganiseerd zonder opdringerig te zijn. Een belangrijk element is […] het all-inclusive arrangement. Voor het diner keuze uit 3 restaurants, waarvan een buffet, een Mexicaans á la carte en een Italiaans á la carte. Het buffet restaurant viel voor het diner wat tegen (het ontbijt was er echter goed) maar de andere twee á la carte waren prima (reserveren vooraf is niet vereist). Daarnaast een 24-h self service corner, diverse bars en een snackbar aan het strand. En de hele dag door obers die op het strand drankjes aanbieden. Kortom is zo best een paar dagen uit te houden. Wel flink tegenvallend was de huiswijn, die in alle restaurants geschonken werd (alleen rood en wit): waterig en van zeer matige kwaliteit en zodra een andere wijn gevraagd werd moest flink worden bijbetaald. We hebben kort voorafgaand aan ons 4 daags bezoek nog twee andere resorts in Mexico bezocht en overal was de wijnkeuze vrij. Op de kamer twee stoeltjes die echter niet comfortabel zitten en geen klein bureautje om even aan te internetten (moet trouwens apart betaald). Dichtbij in de buurt de bekende 5th avenida, maar verder is de omgeving niet veel bijzonders. 's Avonds kan het vertier in enkele nabij gelegen hotels wat uitbundig lawaaiig zijn, maar is niet echt storend. Het hotel is niet echt goedkoop. 더 보기

Nos encanto el hotel, excelente ubicacion, ademas de tener una atención increible, fue una experiencia realmente relajante y agradable. El unico problema que no nos parecio tan bien es la entrada al mar, hay bastantes rocas, pero independiente de eso el hotel es muy rico.
