베이요크 스위트 호텔 (Baiyoke Suite Hotel) - 방콕

쇼핑하기엔 위치 좋았지만(바뚜남, 플래티늄 등 걸어다녀올 수 있는 거리,) 호텔 객실 시설이 너무 낡았고 실내에서 이상한 (오래된 묵은) 냄새남. 방콕 야경을 내려다볼 수 있는 전망 말고는 객실에선 좋은 거 없었음. 인터넷도 돈을 주고 써야했음. 요즘 거의 무선인터넷 무료인데... 아까웠음.

The reception gives the impression that you have booked into a quality hotel but this is misleading. The room although large was neglected, tatty and dull and was in urgent need of decorating. The general condition was very poor and the the smell suggested the previous occupier was a heavy smoker. The restraurant was poor and uncomfortable. The receptionists were very unfriendly and appear unwilling to assist. As frontline service staffs they ought to be very service oriented but they dont even look at you when they talk. Even a simple request for the receptionist to help you with a call they charge you when a taxi driver was even more willing to help without asking for more. Bed sheets […] were torn. The room was in a poor condition. One of the light is spolit and the aircon is not cold enough. Look gloomy feels..

Should maintain the house keeping service or improve it ..

these are what we killed in the bathroom during our stay...The condition of the hotel is so bad, it badly needs a major renovation..... The only plus side is its location and the staff are nice ...

Good location for shopping, just that the hotel furniture was old and dirty.

Good location right at Pratanam Market with 2 large rooms in suite. A little bit old but clean and great value. You can walk to Sky train and it cost Thb 40 to go to airport in 25 min

Hi, This hotels looks very old from inside, The rooms are specious but everything is very old. The bathroom stinks, Air conditioners are ok not too good. The carpets seems to be too old and look dusty although they were not. Only positive thing was breakfast. The cost is very low. Sandeep

The hotel was not at all upto the mark not well maintained towels were stinking,toilets having Cockroaches,W/c was very small in size fit for child only not for a adult.Not recomondable at all.They have'nt provided extra bed for my 13 yr old son even after having details at the time of booking.We had to manage it on the double bed itself.Not good as […] it is famous. We were not given the rooms as we are told when we paid for them. The rooms need renovation; the ACs are very old but there are so many fitches to the deal. They staff are ok and the location great; we would prefer better accomodation for the proce we paid.

It is an average hotel which is located in a shopping area. For a short stay (up to a week), I believe it is okay except for the breakfast (predominently you get the same breakfast every day). On that, I believe hotel needs to improve.

good location for shopping - need to be careful when walking as street narrow n full of traffic

Shower clean, very large room, but really really old furnish. OKish for just a place to crash, but otherwise not recommended. Very conveniently location for cloth shopping, not good for touring Bangkok.

The rm condition is abit old, but spacious on the whole. Not all the staffs at the reception speak english, so may have to be patience when seeking for assistance. Location near shopping belt , but far from train station. On the whole, pleasant stay!! =)

This hotel is good in term of the location is close to night market as well as morning Pratunam market. Suitable for those like to shopping and no need to think about transport problem. It also not far from Shopping Mall. However, the hotel should concern on the hotel maintenance as those staff inside the room are old and not in good condition especially […] the bath room. Also, i don't like the smell there ... Also, there should enhance on online booking system as they are really poor to handle that. It take me an hour during check in as they cannot verify me from hotel.com as I have paid in advance. 더 보기

The lobby area of the hotel looks good, where i collected keys to my room. As soon as i enter the room, it was stinking with cigarette smoke. all the furniture is at-least 20 years old, nothing has been changed in the room for many years. No proper lights everything was dull. As I entered bedroom another surprise was waiting for me. Instead on one big […] bed, we had 2 single bed. As I was with my wife and wanted a single bed, I called up, reception and requested to change the bed, on which the guy replied that they don't have room available with single bed and I have to adjust with what i have. they have in room safe, however its not electronic, its some 1942 technology, we need to give deposit money and get a lock from hotel to use it. Bathroom fittings are so old that they refuse to work sometimes, at multiple occasions the shower refused to shut down and had to play with it to close. We are a family of 3 and this was our third trip. All our previous trips we have stayed at this hotel Its excellent....the location, the service, the buffet breakfast.We have recomended this hotel to our friends as well. Will definately stay there on our next visit:)

My parents (age 70) enjoyed their stay as there are alot of shopping areas around, Hotel is a little old and bed is not comfortable but the location is very good. Breakfast is ok and lots of taxi even in the middle of the night. No problem getting taxi outside the hotel at 4am.

the hotel looks good in pictures but it is not the same what we see on internet. the main entrance to the hotel is as if u are walking into a bunker though you wud find security guards to help you climb down the stairs. we checked into an executives suite. the a/c made horrible noise equivalent to a train a/c the room was big enough but all the surprises […] were saved in the toilet. with a executive suite room the toilet size was approx 4 feet by 6 feet. the tiles were falling apart, the water heater was from adams era.. no two people can brush together as the standing area was so small just enough to fit one person.. over all i will never recomend this hotel nor would ever check in again. for the price we paid, i reckon for half the price u can get better hotels around baiyoke 더 보기

Kuudes kerta samassa hotellissa, edullinen paikka ja hinta vastaa palveluja. Hotellihuoneet kuluneempia aina vuosi vuodelta, WC ei vedä, putket ja lavuaari vuotaa, kuluneet lakanat jne. Mutta turvallinen paikka yöpyä, rauhallinen hotelli keskellä katuhälinää.

チェックインした後、荷物があるにもかかわらず部屋に行くときもポーターはついてませんでした。 部屋に入るとなんとごみだらけ。まだ掃除をしていない部屋でした。 朝食の時には、従業員が上司に大声で怒られてるし、ご飯食べてる近くでおばちゃんがほうきで掃除してるし、朝から気分最悪でした。

Нормальный отель, но в нем нас за 2 ночи сильно искусали постельные клопы или еще кто-то в постели.

Hotellin sijainti oli ihan ok. Hotellinhuone oli jo aikansa elänyt. Likaiset kokolattimatot ja kuluneet tapetit eivät olleet kovin mukavia, mutta budjettimatkailijalle ok valinta. Hotellin aula on siisti ja siitä saa sen kuvan, että huoneetkin olisivat, mutta näin ei ole. Aamupalaa sai kattokerroksessa. Aamupala oli kohtalainen.

Rummen var helt okej. Vårt rum var dock slitet. Hissarna var jätte irriterande. Fanns 4st varav alla alltid var upptagna. Bara att ta sig till och från receptionen på detta vis var ett projekt. Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt till för shopping, nära it-varuhuset, mbk och utanför hade bh stora prutunam marknaden.

Vi valde detta hotell pga läget och har vid åtskilliga gånger besökt systerhotellet Baiyoke Sky Hotel och kanske tog för givet att standarden låg i nivå. Rummet(n) var mycket nedgångna. .Badrummet stank av avlopp, duschförhänget var fullt av mögel, trasig tvättbänk mm. Allt var kasst. Vi köpte spray för att minimera alla myggor och annat som fanns […] där. Sovrummet. Vi satte ett glas Coke på vardera sängbord.På morgonen var de fulla av bugs. I delen där tvn stod fanns även bord och 3 stolar. På bordet förde vi en ojämn kamp mot alla myror när vi försökte läsa medhavd litteratur. AC aggregaten droppade mkt vatten på golv och i fåtölj när de var igång. Restauranten på vån 43 bestod mest av slabbiga anrättningar.(återigen en jämförelse med Sky Hotel) Jag intog frukost 2 ggr.(frun vägrade). Samma iakttagelse betr renlighet. Satt båda gånger vid fönster och gjorde iakttagelsen att fönstren var nerkletade med gammal mat. Vårt rumsnummer var 405 vilket innebar 40e vån. Fantastisk utsikt men det bleknar när man skall krypa i säng med eventuella oönskade säng- kamrater. Sammanfattat kan sägas att detta etablissemang håller på at.t köras i botten så länge som det finns folk som betalar. Hotels.com har jag anlitat ett antal gånger och har alltid blivit mkt nöjd. Detta var ett absolut bottennapp Hotels.com skulle göra sig själva en tjänst att ta bort detta alternativ. 더 보기
