크로스랜드 투손 - 버터필드 드라이브 (Crossland Tucson - Butterfield Drive) - 투손

I was happy with my stay here for 6 nights. Each night I came back from the conference I was attending, it felt like a little home away from home. Obviously not as fancy as other places, it still felt safe and comfortable, and I slept well. The bed was pretty firm, but I like that. Shower was fine, too.

Air conditioner did not work

Bed was so hard, had to go to nearest Wal-Mart to buy air mattress to put on top of bed to sleep on

I really can't say much about this hotel. I was tired and wanted a reasonably inexpensive place to sleep. It provided that. The bed was OK. I didn't watch TV. All my service issues, as few as they were, were taken care of by the staff. It isn't the Ritz, but I didn't have to pay Ritz prices, either.

Half of what was supposed to be in the room, wasn't. Front desk was useless and they could not help with my concerns because I booked through Hotels.com - for the last time.

It was sufficient for what I wanted it for. But true to the course of the Holiday nature there was an incident with the resident next door of some one wanting to get connected at 2:30 am to which my daughter opened our door and asked if she could help in anyway. to which the woman who was pounding on the door next to mine, said No and keep pounding […] on the door and stated if they did not let her in she was calling the police. So it as it was my sleep was interupted rather rudely which was no fault of the Hotel itself. The Waffle House right next door serves excellent food and service is fantastic. Highly recommend the steak dinner. I would recommend this establishment as for a "run away from home" experience for the kitchenette is very sufficient and would be great for weekly stay for those who need to until able to get their place in order. For this to be an extended stay type hotel, the room had no iron and the kitchette had no cooking utensils. The mattress on the bed had a lot to be desired and sunk in the middle. I smelled marijuana smoke throughout the balconies near my room.

I booked the room for my 65 year old mom who was traveling cross country with the dog. She called to tell me that it was a wondering place, very convenient, pet friendly, friendly guests and staff and she really liked the kitchenette. The price was very reasonable as well.

Austere but adequate for short trip. Reasonable cost.

I was amazed at the value of the hotel. My fiancée said she didn't like the last place we stayed at in Tucson and she found this place. I am glad she did. I will stay there next time i am in town to see her.

Not much near hotel for eating. Commercial area. Bed was SO hard I had a terrible time sleeping. Hotel itself was clean and close to I-10

This Hotel room did not appear to have been cleaned upon my family checking in. The sink, shower, and toilet were all dirty. The floors were dirty. The Linens were not good quality and the beds were hard and not comfortable.

The Hotel was good, nice and clean. Had to check out early,but my refund was given with no problem.

Had it not been for the fact I heard absolutely everything my neighbors did I would have given this place FIVE stars. The walls are waaaaaaaaaaaay to thin. If you are a heavy sleeper and don't mind hearing your upstairs neighbors walk around then this is a great deal.

Beer cans under the bed, room smells and dirty dishes. I called the front desk about it, employee was rude she told me was nothing she can do about the room. I will never stay again

The Crossland Tucson was clean, located near food/gas, quiet and comfortable.

All I really cared about is that the room is clean and I don't feel gross touching things...This room was so gross I didnt feel comfortable at all. The bathroom was disgusting. The floor, the bed everything. The shower did not have a tub and so it was level with the ground and there was only the outside shower curtain not the inside so water literally […] covered the floor when I showered (wish I had shower slippers becaise the ground was so dirty) and I had to use half the towells to soak up all the water. 더 보기

Nothing fancy for sure very basic, room clean, exterior had carts of trash, litter on sidewalks and parking lot.

I reserved a non-smoking room because I am allergic to cigarette smoke. When I arrived the night of 12/10 they told me that I had to take a smoking room becasue they were overbooked on non-smoking. Then she insukted me by saying they did not charge the extra fee for the smoking room! It was late and I had drove 10 hours so I was to tired to try and […] find a different hotel. No iron or ironing board. Sheets and towels had hair in them like they werent washed or they just were not cleaned well that kinda grossed me out. I wound up leaving a day early and checking out. They said I had to pay for the night anyways!

Very disappointed, even for this price. No ice machine in the entire complex. No refrigerator in room and this was "extended stay" facillity...They sent me to a local gas station to buy bag of ice. Alarm clock was broken and they refused to provide wake up call service. Very poor service at front desk. The room we rented was a single kitchenett with one double bed. The room was small but efficient. Very neat and tidy. It would be great for a single person staying for an extended time. The area around it was nice and secluded even though we were close to the highway. All in all for the price you paid it was well worth it.

Pink bubblegum, dried and squashed jalapeno peppers gave color to the sidewalk. The green water pool was closed, for good reason. Duct tape over water leak holes, then painted over were interesting. No coffee in room, lobby breakfeast was gold cereal. Just not a nice place...

Nice hotel for the price, the staff was very helpful. Close to Pima air and space museum and desert Diamond Casino.

The hotel was very neat and clean, and the kitchen comes equipped with basic pots and pans and dishes. You can't beat the price, and I'll definitely be staying there again. If you're looking for a romantic getaway this is definitely not the place but if you're looking for a clean place to sleep and relax this is perfect. I read several other reviews before booking this hotel. Most of them said that it's a good room for the price, but I would have gladly spent another $20-$30 to stay somewhere else. The room smelled weird. The carpet had stains and what looked like cigarette burns. The neighborhood wasn't much comfort either. Won't stay here again.

The room was clean, comfortable and great for the price - especially for Tucson. The wi-fi wasn't too user friendly but it wasn't that important!

The staff was very friendly, and were very helpful. The building was a little run down, but hey....i didnt have to sleep outside so i didnt have to look at it Overall for the price i would highly recommed it.

I have read bad reviews for this motel but it seemed to me to be quite decent for the price you pay ... it is clean and without any preventions.

When I made this reservation the price was the biggest factor because we would be traveling for a week and needed to watch expenses.
