I would never choose to stay there again as there are better hotels at the same price. Rooms smelt dank/damp and cleanliness was an issue. The spa bath was not usable as it was filthy. Fly screens don't lock so it's not possible to air the rooms. Rooms facing the street are so noisy it's like lying on a building site and for some reason a member of […] staff was drilling holes in walls just after 7am every day of our stay. Admittedly, it was a last minute booking, but the room was very very basic, the room and furnishings very bleak - no colour, no paintings on walls. We couldn't wait to get out. We were there on a Friday eve, noise from people on the street throughout the evening. Don't get a room at the back near the carpark over the generator, like we did.

The hotel is in the centre of Alice Springs, and it is fine. the location, however, is a problem in that it is surrounded by drunk, violent people who were verbally abusive. I was advised by a local not to go out after dusk. I felt very unsafe and couldn't wait to get out of there.

Urinvånarna var ständigt närvarande och gav minnesrika dagar. Vi återkom en natt till i slutet av veckan till samma hotell.

Gut gelegenes hotel das alles bietet was nötig ist um zu Übernachten und tagsüber ins Outback oder die "Stadt" zu gehen, da es unmittelbar im Zentrum gelegen ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur das Reinigungsmanagement hatte ein Problem: Das Bad war nicht sauber bei der Ankunft und die Gläser waren nicht abgewaschen. Wir haben […] dann mal ein Auge zugedrückt, nach dem 2. Tag haben wir dann aber reklamiert weil wieder nichts gemacht wurde, nicht mal das Bett wurde gemacht. Excellent service!!! Vänliga, snabb service, MYCKET frächa å fina rum. Ett minus att det inte finns WiFi på rummet, bara kabel... Ytterligare minus att WiFi finns i lobbyn till skyhögt pris.

値段については、周りのホテルなどと比較しても、こんなものかなぁって思いました。場所については、近くにスーパーやレストラン、メイン通り？などあり、立地条件はめちゃくちゃ良かったと思います。スタッフもツアーの予約や洗濯機の使い方など親切に教えてくれたし、対応も良かったと思います。 ただ、一つHotels.comさんのサイトからここのホテルの設備を拝見すると「カジノ」と書いてありますが、スタッフに聞いても「ここにカジノはない」と言っていましたし、あるとしても歩いて２０分～３０分ほどのLasseter's Casinoしかないと言われました。ここの部分は間違いなのでは？？
